White Satin Bridal was a fantastic place to go shopping for my wedding dress! My consultant, Heidi, did a wonderful job taking care of me and making me feel comfortable. Not once did I feel like she was pressuring me, and she took all of my likes and dislikes into consideration as we went through different dresses. I am so excited that I said YES to the dress! I recently had an appointment at White Satin Bridal and it was an excellent experience. They were so prompt in responding to my request for booking and their texting system made it easy to communicate on the fly. A few days before the appointment, they sent a questionnaire that was so helpful in organizing my thoughts and starting the appointment out on the right foot. And they were so kind when I texted saying I was running a few minutes behind in arriving!But far and away the best part of the appointment, hands down, was my stylist Maggie. Maggie was an absolute JOY to work with- she was so positive and fun throughout the appointment and made me feel so beautiful as she clipped and cinched the choices!While I did not ultimately choose my dress from White Satin, def recommend checking them out and most of all - asking for MAGGIE! Total star.

I am writing a review not to intentionally say negative things about the salon but in hopes of helping another bride avoid my experience. I will preface by saying they have a large selection of beautiful dresses. HOWEVER. I had an appointment a few weeks ago. Prior to the appt, I received a survey to complete to help the stylist find my perfect dress. However, when I made it to the salon, I was informed that the stylist hadnt had time to review my info and didnt know what I was looking for. Unfortunately the plus size selection was small, did not contain a variety of sizes, and did not have any dresses that fit the description I was looking for. I felt during the appointment that the focus was on my size (and hiding parts of my body) rather than making me feel special or beautiful. While the website specifically states having dresses for plus size women (even though their social media depicts very few plus size customers), if you are plus size, I encourage you to do your research and shop elsewhere. Those of us who are size 18+ also deserve all the joy of finding our perfect dress and feeling absolutely beautiful on our wedding days. Find a salon that makes that possible... Im happy to say I did! :)

I went here to try on dresses for my wedding and I was more than pleased! Even with a last minute reservation, and my sisters calling them separately and surprising me with their wonderful presence, they were Awesome!So NICE, helpful, and all helping each other, they were open, knowledgeable, realistic with grace, and excited for us! I would go again and recommend that you go, too!Briana was assigned to us, but really they were all helpful and complementary!!!

I just purchased my wedding dress here today and I cant say enough nice things about Dawn. She read my survey before I arrived and started pulling dresses that Id like immediately upon walking in. She did everything for me, including putting me in the dresses! She even gave me a few options outside of my preferred style to compare. I ended up purchasing a dress style I hadnt even considered in my previous gown appointments. She never felt pushy and was honest about what looked good and what didnt. There was even a dress that I liked, but didnt have sleeves and she gave me an insert and pinned lace into it to create the visual of sleeves for me. Absolutely loved my experience here and I cant wait for my big day!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was at White Satin Bridal! The wide variety of dresses available to try was truly remarkable and the personalized service made the day so special. My consultant Brianna listened to exactly what I wanted and helped me narrow down the selection to the most perfect dress for me- my dream dress with everything I wanted!! The owners were also personally involved with me and made me feel right at home. It was a no pressure environment and everyone was so helpful, knowledgeable and fun! I have nothing but positive things to say about white satin bridal! I had an appointment here on Sunday, with Barb, and she was just amazing! Understood we were running late due to weather and was completely accommodating because if that. Never once did I feel rushed or like another sale. She took all the time to listen to me, hear my dislikes and likes and find me the perfect dress. She even gave amazing accessory suggestions that I ended up buying them all because they looked so perfect with the dress! Barb and White Satin gave me the dream dress shopping experience and for that I am so thankful! I will be coming back for my bridesmaid dresses!!

A large selection of wedding gowns, bridesmaids dresses and mother of the bride gowns all beautiful. The staff is fabulous and eager to be of service. Reservations and masks are a must but it is worth it.

WSB was my second stop when shopping for my wedding dress, they should of been my first. I had a terrible experience at David’s bridal, I left that appointment feeling overwhelmed and like every dress was not going to look good on me. When I walked into my appointment at WSB I was greeted by my stylist Dawn who had already viewed my Pinterest board and started pulling dresses for me already. She did an amazing job at figuring out what I liked and what would suit me best when I truly had no clue. Dawn and the rest of the staff at WSB gave me a shopping experience I will never forget! At David’s bridal they limited me to dresses I could try on because of covid, here they did not!! It was nice to go here and also feel a sense of normalcy while planning for my big day! I will recommend ALL brides to come here to find they’re dream dress!!

I really could not have had a better experience here. First of all, this boutique had a pretty large variety of dresses varying in size and style. You will definitely find something that you love here. Sarah was the first person who helped me, and she was an absolute angel! She was so patient and flexible with me, helping me figure out what styles looked best for my body shape. She really knew the look I was going for. I came back a few days later after thinking and Heidi assisted me with finding accessories and veils. She knew what looked best with my dress and only grabbed accessories that were my style. These ladies are nothing short of amazing-- they are wonderful and my experience here was wonderful as well. I would recommend to anyone looking for dresses. Thank you so much WSB!

I went into White Satin Bridal with somewhat of a unique story and NO CLUE what I wanted as far as dresses. I was lucky enough to work with Brianna who was AMAZING! She made me feel totally comfortable and did an incredible job at helping to select dresses that I would be interested in. She was able to pinpoint and put into words what I liked (and didnt like) about certain dresses, and then go out and find dresses she thought I might like. Brianna took her time, was patient while I tried on TONS of dresses, and was very informative when it came to options I had in making my dress my own. She spent a lot of time with my mom and me, but was never too opinionated or too over the top. She literally was PERFECT.The dress selection was great, as well. They had a lot of different styles that were well-maintained. The shop is super cute, too!Overall, it was a wonderful day that Ill remember for a lifetime... and White Satin Bridal will be a big part of those memories!

I purchased my wedding dress from White Satin Bridal and could not be happier with my choice!!My shopping experience was so personal. My first appointment was on a Tuesday afternoon, and I was the only appointment at that time. Dawn was my consultant, and she was so helpful and thoughtful with her dress suggestions. I felt comfortable with her right away, and we spent a great hour working together.I went back for a follow-up appointment on a Saturday morning because I had narrowed my options down to 3 dresses - 2 at WSB! The salon was bustling and vibrant during this appointment, there were several other brides there at the same time as my appointment - and my experience was the same as when I was in the salon alone! They take their time with you, and make your appointment feel personal. I worked with Dawn again for this appointment and Robin the owner who I met that day. I really got the feeling that everyone that works there wants you to be happy, not just make a sale. I never felt stress or pressure to make a purchase, they were informative with production and shipping expectations, and all of their pricing was incredible reasonable.If I could give the salon more than 5 stars I would, I cant recommend them enough!

I am a plus size bride that was looking for a bridal shop that caters to plus size women. I found White Satin Bridal via a Google Search. Although its in Plainfield and I live about an hour away it was WELL WORTH the drive! I found my dress in one afternoon, this was my first stop, and it was the 2nd dress I tried on! Dawn, Diane, and Grace (Seamstress) are all nice, helpful, and friendly!

I walked into White Satin Bridal for the first time to get fitted for a tux for a wedding that I’m a groomsman in........AND LET ME TELL YOU. I was completely blown away. I have been in multiple weddings and have dealt with multiple tux rental companies and I can’t exemplify enough the professionalism I received from Kristen, Heidi & Barbie. I know what you’re thinking.... “Dude chill out it was just a measurement” well that’s where you’re wrong. It was if I tried on a wedding dress and looked in the mirror and said “yes this is the one.” I left there almost buying a wedding dress that I would never need/wear. Whether you’re getting fitted, picking out a tux for you or your groomsman or wanting to fall in love with the perfect dress this is the only place you need to check out.

I did not have an idea of what kind of dress I was looking for when I first went to White Satin Bridal. I am having a beach themed wedding in North Carolina, so I thought I wanted something very casual. I had a tight budget, and Heidi was still able to work on finding my options within my price range. After the end of my visit I was ready to buy one of the dresses and Heidi suggested that I think about it before buying the dress. I am so glad that she did, because I ended up changing my mind on what style I wanted to get.I went to a few other bridal shops after White Satin Bridal, but not only did I not like any of the dresses I saw at the other places the service was not even comparable. I ended up going back to White Satin Bridal about 5 weeks after my first appointment there. I tried on styles during that visit that I would have never considered on my first visit there. Heidi was very patient with me as I debated between a few styles. I was able to narrow it down to two options and ultimately got my dress there. Heidi gave me great suggestions on accessories to incorporate for my big day.Not only did I find my dress at White Satin Bridal, but my bridesmaids found their dresses there as well. Had an absolutely INCREDIBLE experience at White Satin Bridal! I created such a strong connection with my consultant Barb! We were laughing and sharing stories! I felt so comfortable! It was the first bridal store we stopped at. I thought I found my dress but was having some commitment issues. I went in this store because I saw a mother of the bride dress online that I liked. I made an appointment with Dawn and I couldn’t be happier. She was very helpful and patient with me because I had several dresses that I liked. She also gave me suggestions for seamstresses for alterations and shoes.

Robin and all staff at White Satin Bridal were extremely amazing to work with! Buying a wedding dress can be extremely daunting and stressful, but Robin and her staff made it such an easy and breezy process. The staff were all very patient, they made me very comfortable, and they made finding my dress and bridesmaids dresses so fun and exciting! All I had to do was explain the look I was going for, and they brought numerous beautiful dresses for me to try on. I was in love with multiple dresses, which in my opinion is not a huge problem to have! Working with a bridal store is a lot more than buying a dress! Not only did White Satin help me find my dream dress, but they helped me plan my 14 bridesmaid dresses (yes I said 14) and groomsmen outfits! They helped me with every detail, and were very flexible to let me call or come in whenever I needed help with something! If you are looking for a friendly bridal store to work with throughout the wedding planning process, this is definitely the place!

Heidi was amazing. White Satin Bridal was the first place that we went to and I fell in love with the very first dress that I tried on. Heidi let my mom, sister and I walk around and pick out things we thought I would like and Heidi also picked out styles that she recommended. She encouraged us to take lots of pictures. She also encouraged me to try on different styles of dresses just so I could figure out what I liked and didn’t like. She never left my side and helped me get in and out of every single dress. Once we were done, she didn’t pressure us into making a purchase that day, if fact she said we should keep looking just to be sure. The next day we went to 3 other stores and had completely different experiences. Some of them did not allow photos. Some of them just left me in very small dressing rooms and expected me to get in and out of the gowns myself. Some of them were very rude to my guests. Ultimately every dress I tried on got compared to that very first dress. We found that exact dress at the last store and they even offered us a better price but only if we purchased it right then. After discussion with my mom (who was paying for the dress) we mutually decided that we wanted to go back to Heidi and White Satin Bridal even if it meant paying a little extra because we had such an amazing experience there! I don’t have the dress yet so I can’t comment on that but so far my experience has been 5 stars!

I recently tried on several dresses at White Satin Bridal and was extremely impressed with the service offered by Barbie. She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to help me look for a dress that was in my vision and budget. She also made the experience very comfortable and was very positive throughout. It was overall a very positive experience and I would recommend for brides who are looking for their dream dress!

I had a wonderful experience at White Satin Bridal. I bought my beautiful wedding dress from there. I also purchased my veil and the bridesmaids dresses. I am planning from out of town, and they were always able to work with my schedule and get me in when I was coming in town. Dawn was my consultant and was fabulous throughout the entire process. She made me feel comfortable, was fun, and worked extremely hard to find exactly what I was picturing in my head. She really listens to what you want and is so patient. More like 2.5. I loved the seamstress and the dress, but overall the store sucked. A month before my wedding I had my fitting. I get there and they gave me the WRONG dress. I was livid. Then a week before the wedding, I dropped off my dress to get it steamed. I go to pick it up and my veil was not steamed. Got my dress back and it was gorgeous. But overall, Im not impressed with the store. Grace the seamstress was amazing. She did a perfect job and was very friendly.

Had a truly amazing experience at White Satin Bridal today. I made a last minute appointment when I heard they were having a trunk show and was able to come in the same day. I was greeted by Dawn who was my dedicated personal stylist for the 3.5 hours I spent here. She is absolutely amazing. This was my first time trying on dresses for my wedding next September so I didn’t know exactly what my “style” was yet. She helped me figure out exactly what I liked and what looked good on me. She is patient, friendly, and kind. She took her time helping me decide and went over and above my expectations. I never felt rushed and she didn’t pressure me into buying a dress. I was able to narrow it down to a few incredible dresses but still couldn’t make my final decision. I felt horrible that she spent so much time with me and I didn’t end up choosing a dress today. I appreciate everything that everyone did for me at White Satin Bridal. I would highly recommend to friends and family. 5 stars!

Heidi was awesome! They have an excellent variety of dresses and styles, and they were honest with providing suggestions! Heidi helped me with picking out the perfect dress, and working with their seamstress (I used Sulah) and for fittings was super easy. Would absolutely recommend!

I’ve known that I wanted to find my perfect dress at white satin bridal growing up in Plainfield. Dawn B made the process fun, informative and simple. I was able to try on so many different styles to figure out what I really wanted and was given as much time as I needed to make the decision. It really was all about me and I am so happy to have found my dress through WSB.

I think that there were many positive aspects about working with White satin Bridal, but please do not get Sula as your Seamstress. I already had a lot of other things stressing me out for my wedding and Sula lost the sleeves they were going to attach to my dress and when I went to go pick it up they were a little bit of a different color than my dress. In addition, she lost my belt and supposedly found it, but the belt I had for picked out was totally different than the one I had originally chosen (I have pictures to prove it). It was too late when I picked it up. For paying so much money for a dress and alterations, its just flat out ridiculous.

Went into white satin bridal today to look at dresses for my wedding and Heidi was truly the best she was extremely sweet and helpful I recommend this place for anybody looking or anybody that knows someone who is getting married. AMAZING place. I worked with Robin and she was awesome. She made everything 100% about me. She did not make me feel rushed AT ALL. She was so patient & friendly. She did NOT come off as a Sales Lady she was NOT pushing anything on me in any way. She made it a point to stay within my budget and not tempt me with anything else. Robin is amazing. I was the Maid of Honor for my sisters wedding in October 2013. She had two bridesmaids from Kansas and one shipped her dress to Naperville - long story short it was lost and most likely not going to make it in for the wedding. Thursday before the wedding when we found this out I frantically called bridal salons in the area to see if anyone had the dress we needed. I left a message for White Satin Bridal and Robin called me back right away. She told me about the options she had and I went straight there. She was so sweet and understanding. The dress options were perfect and Robin even called her seamstresses to make sure someone could come in to do rush alternations. The next day when the bridesmaid arrived to town I took her to White Satin Bridal and Robin took care of us right away. The seamstress was there and knew our story and was willing to do the alternations overnight. On Saturday, the bridesmaid ended up having both dresses, but she chose to wear the one from White Satin Bridal. And the best part, the bride didnt even know any of this went down :). Thanks Robin - you saved the wedding!!!

I bought my wedding dress from White Satin Bridal and I could not recommend it more! I worked with Dawn and absolutely loved her! For my sisters wedding we went to SEVERAL bridal stores and NOTHING compared to WSB! We had some pretty awful experiences at other places: ladies being rude, unwilling to help, you can tell some were annoyed if my sister wanted to try on dresses again (NATURALLY as it’s a big decision!), or annoyed from trying on multiple of dresses (I mean isn’t that the point ?!), the ladies at the front desk looked cold and stuck up at certain shops. This was not the case AT ALL at WSB! After all that, I knew I did not want to buy my wedding dress from ANY other place! Sure enough, a year later, I made only one appointment at WSB and picked my wedding dress that day! I’m more than content with my decision knowing I missed out on nothing at any other bridal store ! Dawn helped me pull a TON of dresses from the floor without hesitation and made me feel so comfortable! She even encouraged me to try on more dresses! Truly went above and beyond, thank you Dawn! This is the only place I will recommend to all my friends!

My experience from this Bridal Shop is poor at best. I thought I found my perfect dress but they ruin my whole wedding experience. I have been living a nightmare dealing with this place since February. They were insulting and have terrible customer service. They do not support nor stand behind the products they sell. To make matters worst they altered my daughters dress for my wedding and took it in too much to the point she couldnt zip it. This was after they had already messed up my wedding dress and it took 10 visits to do something that should have taken 2 visits tops. I called the shop about my daughters dress and they werent very accommodating and my wedding is next week. Poor customer service, no follow through and overall a terrible place to do business with considering the nature of their business. Cute shop, small selection of dresses, terrible customer service and DO NOT GET YOUR DRESS ALTERATIONS DONE HERE.

I purchased a dress fall of 2014 for my September 2015 wedding, and I could not have been happier! White Satin Bridal was my first and only place I went to try on wedding dresses. The entire staff was extremely friendly- especially Heidi who helped me try on numerous dresses. I had no idea what I wanted, so she helped me try on one of just about every single style of dress until I found the one I loved! My sister is going back for her wedding next year! Great experience! Oh - and my Mori Lee Dress was absolutely stunning!

Amazing experience!! I walked in extremely nervous(almost threw up outside) only to find my best friend, my future sister in law and my future mother in law.. with out all of them and my mom I would have been a wreck the entire time. After looking thru some dresses I picked one, had each of the ladies picked one and the experience continued. The first dress I tried on was perfect!! I cried!! I don’t do emotions well so that was a sign.. I had to try more on just to make sure. Tried the first dress on and I had more tears and extreme happiness. If you know me there isn’t many things that I get emotional about. I didn’t want to take it off. That was it. I said yes to the dress!! Amazing one on one service. They even stayed late to finish my appointment! Can not say enough about this place!! So excited about fittings!!

Unique selection. More expensive than other places, but its worth it if you want higher quality. They didnt remember an appointment I set despite calling again to confirm it the day before. It made me feel unwelcome there right from the start. Also, they misspelled my name in my paperwork and it took me telling them so twice before it was corrected.

I thought that finding a gown was going to be the most stressful part as I am self conscious and if the samples didnt fit, Id want to tear them off and run out of the store. When I walked in and was greeted by, Carmen, I was immediately at ease and ready to try on gowns. She made everything so easy and made me feel not only comfortable, but beautiful. That was the only bridal shop I went to and found my dream gown. Its like it was meant to be. Thank you, Carmen, and to the rest of the WSB team for everything. This was my first place to try on bridal gowns, and I honestly only made the appointment because they had a dress I had been obsessing over that another shop didnt have an didnt make any effort to see if they could get it in. I am SO HAPPY the other store didnt have it, because my experience here was amazing! (even went to another HIGHLY recommended store two days later and was not impressed at all)Dawn helped me out and quickly learned what I decided I liked and didnt like, and got rid of all the dresses we pulled in that I would end up not liking. She also got me all the information needed on shipping times because I decided to have my wedding 4 months from my engagement :) I knew I found my dress day one, but I had to think on it for a couple days. She texted me following up two days later after having reached out to the designer with ship date options and Black Friday deals that were going on. She got me in the next day to try it on one more time and thats all it took! Not to mention....she offered up buying it off the rack because it fit like a glove and was fairly new to the shop, so I took it home that day!We are definitely getting anything else we may need for the wedding through White Satin and Dawn!

I am 5 weeks out from my wedding and I went in for 2nd fitting to discover that my dress had been messed up beyond repair during alterations. I went into panic mode, couldnt even think straight .my mom who was with me immediatly called white satin bridal and they had me go in right away to start my dress searching. I had to find a dress that was off the rack in price range that fit me well that I actually liked .I was super nervous. I walked into the store and found so many options. I hadnt had that luxury at any other stores, and I traveled everywhere for the first dress (that was messed up) . The employees/owner are amazing, very personable. They helped calm my nerves. I couldnt decide on a dress so I went back today and ended up finding the perfect dress. I am so thankful that I went to this store, this situation could ruin a girls dream wedding . My only regret is that I didnt start my dress searching at white satin bridal the first time around .I highly recommend! The woman who helped me is Barb . Although all the employees and even the owner helped me so very much. 😁👰💍💒

I had been to many dress shops looking for plus size dresses and wound up with very little...but when I went here not only did I find my dream Pinterest dress...but I found one even better! Everyone was very helpful and I was able to buy off the rack. Great place for any size!

Thank you White Satin Bridal, my mom bought a dress from you this summer, it was beautiful. When it came in she picked it up and brought it to her local alterations place. Thats when they noticed stains everywhere. There was a manufacturing defect with the top layer of her dress. This was less than a week before my wedding. My mom spoke with one of the owners and Within two days they had another dress brought in for her and altered in time for the big day! My mom looked gorgeous and we are all happy and grateful! Thank you!

Had a wonderful experience at White Satin Bridal! I worked with Heidi for my bridal appointment. They have a good range of styles and prices and I appreciated that she was honest with me about how the boutique worked and any questions I had she was able to answer. I felt comfortable trying on dresses there and didnt feel pressured to buy anything. They were also very flexible with my schedule. I had a first of the day appointment but my mom couldnt make it until later in the day. They allowed me to come back when my mom was available so she could help me narrow down my selection between dresses that I picked. I would recommend this store to anyone searching for their dress to say yes too!

This is my 3rd son to get married and I found it odd the father of the groom and bride had to pay for thier tuxes($186.00)My understanding is from my other sons is that the father of the bride and groom are free.They are not a tux place! Almost all of the groomsmen tuxes were wrong when they came in,so the following day is when we recieved the correction.(That was the day of the rehersal) When I went in to get my corrected tux I asked if they had contacted all the people to let them know that the tuxes are in.Her response was that they are busy,instead of saying they will make sure to contact everyone.I told her that the rehersal dinner is in 4 hrs and the wedding is tomarrow.So if you are fine with settling for what they give you they would be ok at best.THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN THE Tuxedo business.

My wedding is in a wedding is in a week and still needed to get a veil, we came in on Saturday and they were so lovely and helpful! I walked out with a beautiful veil!

I would not book a Saturday appointment, too crowded.

Triple D- Disgusted, Deceptive and Disappointed. Three words that describe my experience with this place. I thought I would give this place a try as it is local. Stupid me. I should have known right away the type of place this was when on my first visit to the store, I was walked past several times by the only 2 women working at the time, one being the owner, for about 20 minutes before either asked if I needed help. I was patient because i figured they were busy helping other people in the back. Wrong! I was the only person in the store. Red flags should have gone up then, but I let it go.I found a dress that I fell in love with and I purchased it for my sons wedding. I found out on Friday evenig that I needed to have an unexpected medical procedure 3 weeks before the wedding. Today is Tuesday, as they are closed on Mondays. I took the dress back to either exchange for a dress that had a lower neckline. I had seen another dress that would have worked and had wanted to exchange it explained the situation to the sales lady, and immediately she said no returns. The sales lady took the dress into the back to the owner, came out again, and said the owner said no. I asked to speak to the owner to once again explaine my situation. The owner comes out from the back and immediately she began to come up with stories of how people are always trying to rip them off by returning dresses. And how weddings are always cancelled, and how people lie. (Why, as a business owner would you ever tell a customer that you have customers that always lie to you, or try to scam you?) I told them the day I bought the dress that the wedding was In October in another state. The wedding was not cancelled,Clearly the dress had not been worn, nor had it been altered. I asked why she would refuse the return of the dress and she says well I probably wont be able to sell it But then, she tries to RIP me off by saying she would return it minus $50. OK, WHAT? GET THE HELL OUTTA HERE! So what is it, no returns or let me rip you off by trying to charge a $50 restocking fee? Why would she not be able to sell the dress? Its a beautiful dress, but having to have open heart surgery, and the scar being as high as it was, I needed a little lower neckline to prevent the collar from rubbing it. They goat roped me into buying the dress without tags by telling me the dress was new, and I took their word for it. The owner then says, well where are the tags? I said I was told by the salesperson that the dress was in fact new, but the tags had been removed for some unknown reason. Now this really brings their integrity into focus.To add injury to insult, they claimed that I missed the return date by a day. Considering they were closed on Monday, I went in on Tuesday. I filed a dispute with my bank due to their deceptive practices. I did not win the dispute because I had missed the return date, but they were closed on that day. Lesson learned.Never believe them if they say the dress is new, but the tags are gone, because I later found out that they sold me a sample and did not tell me that it was a sample.I ended up having to find another dress in a hurry, and took a huge loss on the price of this dress. Sadly, this beautiful dress has sat in my closet.

I was extremely disappointed with the staff here. They treated us terrible. We got a total of 6 dresses from here and 5 out of the 6 were all the wrong sizes. When we went to see if their mistake could be corrected they scammed us completly. To “help me”, all they did was give me a seamstress’ phone number who charged outrages prices instead of them changing the dresses to the correct sizes. My dress was 5 sizes too big and instead of trying to help me, they belittled me and we’re extremly rude. Do not waste you’re time at this place. They are terribly rude people and are a complete scam.

The lady Sarah was amazing she found the perfect dress for my sister but I dont recommend bringing food one lady is super rude I forget her name though
