I cant say enough good things about these guys. From the sales person, installers, and owner they were all exceptional. I walked in with a budget and a very tight deadline. My salesmen arrived the day of installation to make sure everything was squared away before install. They went above and beyond to make it happen. One of the owners even came out to finish up and get it done. Communication was excellent as well. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

A few years ago Alltech installed new flooring throughout my entry, kitchen & hallways. I had a great experience & had them back a year ago to update my master bathroom. They completed gutted the bathroom & started from scratch. Everything turned out awesome! My wife & I are very pleased with the work & how friendly their entire team was to our family. These guys are local to me, which I like but not necessary. They are friendly, to the point and prompt. I have absolutely no complaints about their work. They were quick, did high quality work and were DETAILED. Many other contractors that I have had worked with before could not complete the detailed work, such as cleaning up at the end of each day as well as coming in after the crew was done and check for completeness. They also worked with me on getting materials and let me pick and choose on suppliers with the understanding that I would gather the supplies. I did use their suppliers, which I found were more reasonable than the ones I found and were of good quality. OR, they would do it all. Communication was good too. Vendors that were necessary would call well ahead of time and worked with me to verify colors and materials quality.

Was told misinformation right off the bat!! Delivery date was totally non realistic!! Called back 4 days after ordering flooring and was told it was being shipped out that morning. Called back 4 days after that to see where my flooring was, I was rudely hung up on after a short conversation by Tony! Very poor customer relations!!!!!! After requesting they deliver flooring for my inconvenience, they did follow through with that.Thank you Mark!!!
