Not sure if they were doing some sort of inventory, but the place was an absolute disaster zone! Clothes on the floor, all the things that were supposed to be folded were not. Clothes hanging off hangers. It literally looked like they had a penny sale, and nobody that worked there cared how it looked. Its a shame.

We were shopping for our son a nice casual/comfortable pair of slacks, dress shirt, & a tie. I found everything except for the tie, & spent minimal money. Thank you!

I went there recently to shop for my mums, others day present. The jewelry and perfume staff were very nice and friendly. They even recommended me some to buy for her.

Had a pleasant shopping experience there today. The lady at the jewelery counter was both friendly and helpful. Plus checkout for other items purchased was quick and friendly.

Fast service. Went in to pick up my online order and the lady who helped was fast and friendly. I only waited in line maybe 5 minutes. She knew what she was doing and every transaction went fast and smooth. I was the 5th person in line and everyone social distanced themselves. Great store!

It was clean, but the layout had been a little harder to navigate when finding certain item, and finding someone to ask for help was also a challenge. Could have just been the time or maybe a staffing issue. My cashier was nice.

Got a great Tux for my son. Measured him ordered it. Very happy with the visit, employees were very helpful and enthusiastic. Only not planned was to be shipped to my sons dorm, instead was shipped to store. Home being 3 hours away from home, but all worked out well.

The hours on the sign and on line say they open at 10a, but when I got there they were not open, I called the store and the woman said they dont open until 11 and I said your sign says 10, and she said we open at 11 and sorry about your luck. I will NEVER return there again

Great coupons and sales! Reward members can easily earn $10 rewards. Just got one today and $10 off $25. Can order any product online for free delivery to store.

The staff is friendly and pretty helpful. Nice selection of items. The only downfall is the limited space. The few carts they have are kind of hard to maneuver through the small spaces. But that’s not a reason not to come. It’s a good location close to other stores and places to eat.

I dont know whats going on with Pennys. One of my favorite places to shop but it seems the choices are getting slim and some products are looking a bit on the cheap side. Used to be a platinum card holder but cant spend that much there anymore to keep that status....

Constantly hear that this organization is either in bankruptcy or going out of business They might try staffing their cash registers this way they can collect money from purchases instead of having people standing in line for 15 to 20 minutes for only a couple of registers open just to suggestion.

I normally love to shop here, but the last time I was there they were playing some very raunchy music, I called the manager who seemed to not know a thing about it. ....... hopefully they will stop playing the sensual night club tunes.

We went to the photo studio. They were very nice and easy to work with since our son who is 2. They made it easy to select the photos that were best as well.

You can see the signs of its demise: one check out person at any check out station, dressing rooms not kept up, stock low and seemingly cheap goods. I used to love to shop here. I havent shopped here in the last few years. Its sad. Its going to be gone like Sears and the rest of the big department stores. Sigh.

Would be great if they sold maternity clothes in store not just online. Would be better if their staff new this. I was told maternity clothes were in two different areas before being told by the 3rd staff member that they were only sold online.

Really hard to feel pretty trying on clothes in a place that looks like this. Carpet was also damp everywhere and smelled like mildew. Not impressed for a place that charges 70 dollars for a summer dress. Cant really trust that they treat their merchandise much better than this...

Customer service is great. They have good stuff. Easy to find. Restrooms are not clean though. Probably just a one off chance. The store is clean.
