Dont have a sign on the outside of your store saying masks are required, not enforce it, say its employees only, then throw it out of proportion when someone asks for a mask. Sorry some of us actually want to keep people safe regardless of whether we are vaccinated or not.

They have the easiest to use machines. You can copy or scan to email and its very inexpensive. Great staff if you need help. Love it!!

Decent customer service. Did go in to find a Bluetooth mouse however. When I asked the manager if they had any Bluetooth mice without the need for a dongle. He then informed me they don’t exist.....so ya.Also very overpriced on most things

My fiance and I went there on a Friday evening to have a label printed last minute. They said they were still working on orders from earlier in the day, so the soonest theyd be able to have our label printed was the next day. We were fine with that (as is was our fault waiting until the last minute) but literally every employee in the store did what they could to get us our label right then. One person checked us out, one helped us send the file with the label over, another searched for the specific label paper we needed, and another printed the actual label! Everyone up to and including the assistant manager was willing to pitch in and help us out, even though we told them it was fine to have it done the next day! They even printed a few extra labels just in case the original ones didnt work out!

What happened to customer service?? I dont use a fax everyday is why Im in here, even though I do know how to use a copy machine, I didnt come in here to wait to use the self serve fax, in case I messed up Im still paying for it.. thats why they are standing around talking to each other while Im trying to figure this thing out... I should have stayed up in Carmel/westfeild Staples where they take my stuff and few minutes later Im out the store happily spending my money without worries

Horrible service, associate couldnt cut correct lines resulting in multiple trips on Christmas Eve to get a proper product, only to result in the manager telling me well, at least you dont have to work who then promptly left the store to go to lunch. Absolutely horrific service. Not recommended. If you need printing done, order online or find a different printer. Please do not give these people your money. Id give 0 stars but Google wont let me.

Dear lord these people are clueless and carelss. I called in looking for recipe cards. They said they carried them. At the store, it is clear they think index cards and recipe cards are the same thing. Sorry nope. Thank you cards? No, still not right. Lunchboxes! No. Lunch boxes are not recipe cards. Thank you for making walk circles around your store because youre completely clueless.

Incorrectly rang up pricing, took 15 minutes to apply coupon and still got it wrong. Not worth time or hassle and customer service is bad. Youre better off with Quill

I went in to get some photos printed. The women at the counter started by saying that it would be about 4 hours until they got to my order. The flashdrive I gave them had all my photos named the sizes I needed them. She even printed out a sample of one of my photos. What she failed to tell me is that the larger photos, 12 x 12, would have to be printed on the larger printer because thats the only one that will bleed to the edge. She then quoted copies for all my photos only being a couple dollars, so I figured I would get some extras of each. I go the rest of the day without hearing from them. The next day I called to ask when they would be ready, as I was initially told it would be 4-5 hours. They were finished in the morning, and they failed to call me about it. Then when I get there I find out about the larger photos needing to be printed on the other printer, and that for each photo printed there it was $10. I would not have bought extra copies had I known that is how much they would be. The assistant manager was helpful, getting $30 off my total, but I still ended up spending $80 on photos that should have been half that price had someone just told me up front the issue I would have with larger photos. There was no pricing chart anywhere on or near the counter. I will not be printing photos there again, let alone ever shopping there again.

The manager, Jason, was incredibly helpful as we searched for products that would match our needs without breaking the bank. He also explained the benefits of the products we will likely upgrade to as we grow. We were referred to Amar (please forgive if its spelled wrong) for the tech packages we chose and he was just as pleasant and informative. Thank you!

You can tell the kind of people who shop here are snooty tooties from some office somewhere... The comments people are leaving are just absolutely ridiculous. I havent had a bad experience at this location. In fact the manager helped me find the right printer and all accessories i needed for the printer. He talked me through why i needed this and why i didnt need that and so forth. He even helped me all the way through check out. Anytime i need business cards made, the staff is friendly and usually gets the cards made for me while i wait..... Couldnt be happier. I really dont know why people are leaving such bad reviews for this business. Ill be leaving 5 stars!!!

Worst experience ever. They don’t know how to print or how to get the correct size. They had the file and weren’t able to get the right size of poster I needed. They didn’t even help me when it was their fault. Never coming back here!!!!

This location has moved and Google hasnt updated the listing totally. They show the old location as closed but when you search it doesnt show the new location. 230 Perry Rd is just across from Target near Metropolis mall.

Your Manger told me that you no longer carry hole punches in the stores!!!! What kind of office supply store doesnt carry hole punches.......not one hole, not two hole, not three hole?????? Especially in a limited market like Plainfield. Seriously!!

When no one else has what you need, you can generally count on staples to have it in stock and at a good price point. Always a good buying experience.

No professional attention to detail while scanning photo images. Too many overlooked mistakes and repeat returns.
