Very helpful team. They come to the office, pick up handpieces in need of service, and very reasonable turn around! They even come and teach handpiece maintenance at no extra charge!

I have been working with Hayes for approximately 10 years now. Initially we used them exclusively for handpiece repair, but I now also order some supplies from them. Our rep, Jason Frencl, has always gone above & beyond. At one point he even came into an operatory and fixed a suction hose that was jammed (wearing a shirt & tie!). The evac solution at Hayes is the best, we have not had an issue since we made the switch. Betsy calls us regularly to check to see if we need any handpieces repaired, which is also a very nice service they offer. I would highly recommend Hayes to other offices.
