I had a great experience with Dive Right In Scuba. My friend and I rented 8 tanks from them as well as a wetsuit and hood. The tanks were ready for pick up when we arrived. They will have you try on the wetsuit to make sure it fits and you are maneuverable in it. I bought some dive gloves at a fantastic price. They were responsive when I called.

Absolutely exceptional service. Most companies would tell someone interested in starting their SCUBA training to buy this, or buy that. This company told me to basically rent whatever I could, and decide what works for me. Theyd be there to help me out when I finally decided on what fit me. Thank you, so much, to DOm for the time he spent with me online discussing purchases, sizes and random questions.As a You Tube creator, I really appreciate this company assisting a fellow YouTuber, Exploring With Nug. Not impressed with my first order. Slow shipping (its been over a week) when 2 day overnight was requested. Hard to reach them on the phone and when you do they arent truthful about shipping dates.Stars added because owner reached out. I shouldnt have been hypercritical. People are busy. My own communication could probably have been clearer. Owner is a class act and I will order from them again.

Ordered a pony bottle, straps, and SPG on 20 May. Called a week later because I hadnt gotten a shipped notification. Items were on back order. Tank to arrive at DRIS 6/2 and SPG to arrive on 5/28. Got a shipped notification on 5/28 and another on 5/31. Everything arrived 6/3 in one box. DRIS really needs to up their game on item availability. There are systems out there that show real-time availability. They need to invest in one. So many negative reviews are of the same issue: Ordered something and it wasnt in stock. Youd think Dave would tire of apologizing for the same issue over and over again.

Absolutely best service ever!! I went in looking for some gear and was given the best service ever. Not only did Tim explain everything about the different options available, the pros and cons but went out of his way to make sure that I got the best deal on everything. He showed me around their repair facilities as well and discussed the options for customization. No sales pressure and I left spending less money than I had budgeted and got more gear than expected. I would absolutely recommend them for ANYTHING.

Very helpful customer service, I really liked that they had a price match feature and with the live chat support I was able to get the price match approved within seconds of placing the request! I was able to use that plus the loyalty points I received just for making the account to bring the price of the item I purchased down to just $1.10! They were one of the few places that had the specialty tool I was looking for. They had multiple shipping options and were honest about the timing of shipments. Hello. I own a D.U.I. TLS 350 SEAL Drysuit. I really didnt like the Zip Seals. I was tired of the hard plastic ring ripping my nose, and ears off. I sent my suit to them in order to replace the neck, and wrist seals with latex. They were able to get the manufacturer seals, and the turn around time was fantastic. As far, as, the work is concerned. I dont know what to say. The craftsmanship was perfect. I turned the suit inside out to inspect the seams. The adhesive was perfectly layered, and there wasnt any excess glue.....Anywhere.I have made purchases in the past, and they certainly believe in customer satisfaction. Probably, close to Shearwaters which speaks volumes if youve ever dealt with them before.D.U.I. has had some inner turmoil as of late...regrettably. So, if youre looking to buy a Drysuit, or need yours repaired. Dont hesitate to contact them. You wont be disappointed.Cheers.

They always cheat on product availability and delivery dates. I ordered tank - they havent shipped it within two weeks, and I canceled the order. I ordered a regulator which was marked as 2-day free delivery, a week passed by but nothing shipped yet. The same thing happened with my other order with some small equipment parts. And they never can provide any estimates and proper time: we are working on your order. Just for comparison, I ordered three tanks from DGE, and all three of them were shipped on the same day I made the order!UPD: in addition to problems with order item availability, they put the wrong address to my order. For several days I was wondering why I was getting no one at home from UPS when I was at home and was receiving other packages. Dont have any deals with them. They screw your order and waist your time and money.

My local dive shop sent my drysuit here for repairs turnaround time was fantastic about 3 weeks with shipping there and back i just tested the suit and not a single leak it was perfect and it was actually realtor affordable i will do business with Dive Right In Scuba

If you need any gear, check out their shop online; their selection is pretty massive! Poor customer service regarding a return. Return shipping is ALWAYS on the customer, despite little or no information on site about the true sizing of product. Three weeks after returning my item, I had to reach out check on the status of my return. Return was still not yet processed and there was no mention or offer to reimburse shipping cost. Taking my future dive needs where the customer is still viewed as who keeps the organization in business.

This store does not update there website and sells products that they dont have in stock and then sends you an email saying they will send it as soon as it gets in. They should not sell anything thats not in stock. The reason I order online is so I can have it now, otherwise I would have ordered it at my local dive shop and waited for them to get it in. I understand mistakes happen, but this has happened more than once, and its not acceptable.

These guys are awesome. They put up with me on the phone/email with them for weeks trying to hunt down very specific gear for a dive class I am going to. These guys have my business for the rest of my diving days, that’s for sure. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of diving. Solid customer service. Friendly. Great selection of tech and rec related gear. Have mixed gas refills. Drysuit repairs on site. This place is great.

My fiancè and i came to dive right in at the end of September needing to get me certified for a trip we just got back from at the beginning of January. On top of needing to get certified quick i didnt give them a easy schedule to work with either. But they didnt push me away, they worked with me and we got everything done by the middle of October. Steve was my instructor and he is amazing! He made me feel so comfortable in the water and took his time with me and i passed with flying colors!I highly recommend dive right in scuba for gear and training!

Ordered a Reg system through them almost a week ago, on short notice due to having to take a trip. It was a rare occasion where what I ordered had just sold out. Dive Right stepped in a gave me an upgraded system of the same brand, free of charge due to the unforeseen circumstance. I can’t say enough about the service of this place and I’ve never set foot inside of it as I live in Massachusetts. Tim and the Drysuit Repair Dept was instrumental over the phone and emails answering all my questions and providing guidance for me to tackle replacing my zipper and seals myself. The guys at DRIS are top notch. They always take the time to help you get everything you need taken care of. They’re not pushy and they’re all total pros. I had a specific instance where these guys helped me out of what could have been a huge jam. The wife and I were going to be leaving on a dive trip to the Dominican. Well, about a week before we had to fly out, I had a problem with both my reg and dive computer. Now I know the old adage of “your failure to plan does not constitute my emergency,” but the guys in the regulator service shop definitely did not see it that way. They totally pulled off the impossible and got my gear shipshape in time for us to catch the flight to the Dominican. Not only did they get us all good to go in record time, but they took the time to come up and hand me my gear in person and explain everything that happened and everything they did. The whole place is packed with professionals, but I have to extend a personal thank you to the guys in the regulator service shop. My dives were great thanks to you guys!

UPDATE: I wish I could give 6 stars! My drysuit that I ordered, which they warned me it might not be done in time will not be done in time. When I called to check on it, they offered to rent me a dry suit free of charge to cover my upcoming Florida dive trip. This is absolutely the best dive shop around. I love talking to these guys on the phone just as much as I love stopping by their store (which is 5 hours away from me, and worth the trip). Look no further you have found your one and only dive shop!I have had the privilege of speaking on the phone, ordering online and shopping in person at Dive Right In Scuba. I have been more then impressed with the online service, but I was blown away by my in store experience. First off theyve got a shop dog, so you know the place is great. I stopped in to look at purchasing drysuits. Im 63 200lbs, I feel like its always a challenge to find a correctly fitted wetsuit Im always between an XL and XXL. I was having difficulty finding a dry suit that fit, they kept finding new ones for me to try on, the owner even let me try his on and I was able to find one that fit me perfect. They explained every bit of the different drysuits and the functions. Multiple staff assisted myself and my wife, who I think tried on every single wetsuit in her size. This place is AMAZING! The staff is very educated and friendly who will bend over backwards to help you. Its amazing the selection they have available in their store. I wish this store wasnt 5 hours away from me, that being said I will make at least an annual trip with online shopping between. If you havent stopped in or shopped online youre missing out!

Dive Rite In Scuba (DRIS) is my new favorite shop even being 40 miles away from it! I was in need of some technical diving gear (currently taking classes in PAD Tec 40,45,50). Its tough for me to make it there during the week so Tim L. at the shop was willing to come in on a Sunday morning to help me get fitted out in the new gear. We looked at different options for setup and equipment and I never felt pressured. Ill be coming back when I get a chance and will also recommend to others anytime someone needs a good scuba shop. Tim was an unbelievably fantastic resource and instructor.

I hate leaving reviews, but they really screwed me on this one. Did not ship my order in timeframe they said they would. They Didnt even have it in stock although the website said 48 hour shipping.. Ordered a birthday gift and paid for 2 day shipping, 3 days later they let me know they dont even have it in stock.. Needless to say the birthday was kind of ruined. Cheers guys. I usually use DIve gear express and have never dealt with anything like this, Id head there if you need something delivered on time.

This is the best place to go in not only the Midwest, but all over the country and sometimes the world. I am amazed when I am in Florida and people tell me about their purchase from DRIS, I always make sure they are not mixed up with Dive Rite. (DRIS sells Dive Rite equipment too). Another great addition in inventory is DUI dry suits among many other brands. Their dry suit repair is top notch. They have a big inventory and the online store has almost everything.

Very important for me that the goods arrive fast to switzerland because i go to holiday at 07. June. Extra prioity mail booked for 150usd extra! . Order still PENDING.. since two days i try to call them. No respond. Called about 6 times. No anwer. Even the mailbox from them is full. If you are looking for a dependable outfit to repair your drysuit this is not the company to use. I contacted them in mid August about a drysuit zipper replacement and they assured me that they would be able to return my suit by mid September. They received my suit on August 23rd and did not start the repair until 3 weeks later - and only after multiple phone calls on my part. They said they would still be able to meet my timeline but only if they could install a longer zipper (due to not having the correct size in stock). I reluctantly agreed since I needed the suit back for a major dive trip. Sadly, despite assurances from the store manager the suit will not be back on time.

During my first shopping experience with Dive Right in Scuba, I placed an order for a product which the merchants website said was in stock and would ship for free. Upon checkout, I discovered that the shipping was NOT free, and that my least expensive shipping option was to pay $12.75 for a medium, Priority Mail, flat-rate box even though I only ordered one small part (I checked the actual cost to ship: $2.67). A day later, I received a notification saying that the part was not in stock and a new shipment wouldnt arrive for another 5 to 7 days. Two weeks later, I received another notification saying it would be several more days before the shipment was expected to be back in stock, and therefore it would be at least another week before I would receive it. To date, Im still waiting for the one small (2.4 oz.) part which I paid $100 for, was lied to about twice, and charged $10 more for shipping than what it actually costs to send. Not a good first impression at all. I will never shop here again, and will tell all divers I meet to avoid buying anything from Dive Right In Scuba.

I am thoroughly impressed with my online shopping experience here. Kim gave me a date that i would have my gear from HOG and it showed up at the store late. To meet the timeline Kim and I talked about, my gear was sent overnight UPS to Minnesota with no charge to keep her word.So many businesses loose the meaning of customer service but this place takes takes a VIP approach even to a online customer. DRIS you have a customer for life! (my shop up here is going to be pissed that im saying that :-) shhhhhhh)

How would I describe the customer service I received from DRIS? In a word: PHENOMENAL. I worked with Mike and Terry directly to pick out the right suit for my needs and get the order placed. There was a slight delay in production (not DRISs fault) but Terry kept me up to date on the suit status. Additionally, he could tell I wanted to get back out and get diving, so he offered to send me a rental suit......for free. Yes, entirely free, didnt even charge me shipping.Once my suit was in Terry made it a top priority to get the p-valve installed and get it sent out to me. I received the suit in time to get a few test dives on it before my trip. DRISs customer service has won me over!

What a joy it has been working with Dive Right in Scuba. While I ordered my Garmin fenix 5x on their website (which was seamless), I then had a few questions about the watch and the different models. I called them up and they were willing to switch the order if I wanted to (decided after speaking to them to keep my original order). Fast Forward to the next morning and I decided I wanted to get my watch quicker than regular mail. Again, via their webpage I was able to speak to Mike Pedersen and sure enough he was able to get me expedited shipping and now Ill have my watch in time to set it up, play with the feature a bit and be able to to race with it the next day! I cant say enough good things about Dive Right Ins Customer Service after the sale had already been made...a rarity these days!

I have now purchased 5 drysuits and one wetsuit from dive right in scuba. Service is exceptional, products are backed by customer care. Today i received a nrs rescue drysuit replacement at no charge for a less than perfect suit. I have searched within 100 miles of albany ny and scuba shops just dont measure up. Most in my area have closed up. It is of critical importance to me to have a exemplary shop and dive right in scuba is just that exemplary!

I use them and all my scuba friends do to!!! I take my classes there because I want the best training at a great price. They also have tons of TEK gear. When you buy stuff, you get points, then the next time you buy something you get a lower price (you gotta buy online to get points!!). Lastly their fill station rocks, Air, Nitrox, Tri mix,they do it all; they have huge banks of Nitrox and Air, so I can get a quick fills on 3 120cf tanks and doubles. They form relationships with customers, I like it that they know my name. Lastly they have their own dive boat, they go on cool dive trips everywhere. If you are just thinking of starting diving or you need a TEK shop, they are a class act.
