Steve was great and incredibly responsive. I described my current issues with my home theater setup, he came in, took a look and made a solid recommendation on what needed to be done to fix the issues. In addition to updating my home theater controls, he installed/replaced two new flat screens, one mounted and the other on a stand. What stood out the most was how incredibly considerate he was. Sometimes it’s the small things that really make a difference. He treated my home and working in my home with the most respect I’ve seen in a while. Outside of being really good at what he does, the way he treats his customers really made the experience with his company that much greater.

We have had two really good experiences with LuxeHome Theater; Steve re-did our outdoor sound system and it both sounds and looks fantastic! We have also had a tv installed in the family room and outdoor internet installed. Steve is highly knowledgeable, professional and a nice guy. He is extremely responsive and always arrives in a timely fashion. Steve takes pride in his work and that is clearly reflected throughout the process and in the final product. I found LuxeHome Theater via Google, and made the call. Steve, the owner of LuxeHome Theater, answered and we proceeded to setup a consultation around a time that worked around my schedule(I live in the city and he was traveling from the burbs). I had no previous interaction with LuxeHome Theater or Steve previously so when he showed up on time, it was very refreshing (take note of this Comcast, DirecTV, AT&T, Best Buy etc.).Upon arrival Steve and I sat down and he asked me what was my vision of what I wanted to get out of the home theater and what was I looking for in terms of functionality. After I explained what I wanted and my vision, Steve took a detailed look at my current setup and diagnosed everything. Steve and I then talked through everything in detail. I am a very detail/situational oriented person who likes versatility and scalability to which Steve answered and provided very understanding/clear explanations of everything asked. Additionally Steve made suggestions that would be more efficient and user friendly.After the consultation I felt very comfortable and at ease that I was in the hands of a true professional that I knew would allow me to achieve my vision through his installation, product and industry knowledge. I utilized LuxeHome Theater to upgrade my out of date audio/video system to a current, sophisticated, state of the art system that is also scalable. Steve worked with me in great detail from start to finish. What I had on my hands was a mess of wires in a cabinet, wires exposed in places, wires running all over, I had an outdated system and truly didn’t know where to begin.This rebuild, included but is not limited to, removing and replacing older non smart tv’s with new smart tv’s, removing and replacing the older wall mount with new wall mounts, removing old wiring and running new wiring, removing and replacing older receiver and amp, setting up individual zones for me to control the audio and video in each room along with Steve introducing me to the world of Elan.Elan will change your life. You can control your media, lighting, security, thermostats, blinds, your door looks, etc all with your Elan app. You can control everything through one app, no more 2, 3 or more remotes needed, it’s very user friendly, easy to learn and utilize, quite simply I am not sure how I lived prior to Elan as it makes life much more enjoyable.I can’t thank LuxeHome Theater and Steve enough for all their assistance, hard work, education and the overall experience of getting my audio/visual built and working phenomenally. I would very much recommend LuxeHome Theater and Steve if you are looking to do anything dealing with audio/visual.
