Showed up just to look at the 1 series tractors with my wife after looking we went inside to get some more info and we met Dean in charge of sales!! Dean did a over the top job with being relaxed not pushing us into a sale of feeding us a bunch of garbage.He went through and explained everything to a T and made it an enjoyable experience needless to say I took home a 2021 1025R and I couldn’t be happier with it !! Just like to thank Dean and all the guys at United Ag &Turf for an enjoyable experience!!!

I just purchased a X354 lawn tractor with bagger and bumper. I was very please with Dean at United Ag & Turf. Dean knew the product line in depth and was able to address my questions. Dean quickly responded to phone calls and emails. He promised a delivery window and was spot on. Other dealers could not get the X354, but United Ag & Turf is large dealership which gives them both inventory and pull with the manufacturer.

I called here looking to locate a John Deere mower and was connected with Dean. Since our first time talking, he has gone above and beyond and has been so kind and helpful! It has been a pleasure working with him and I highly recommend giving them your business!

Horrible experience. I brought my mower into them in late March or early April. They said they had fixed.. mice had chewed through the coil wires.. I brought it home and didnt need to use it for about a month. I went to use it and it was not running correctly at all.. to get it to run at all, the choke now had to be left on. If you turned the choke off it sputtered and ran rough and was down on power. I brought it back to them.. 2 weeks later I called to check on the status.. nothing.. they forgot to put in a work order on it. This was on a Friday.. they said it was going in next.. I was going on vacation the coming Wednesday... Never heard from them. went on vacation. Called them today over 3 weeks after having dropped it off and they said it was next in line to be looked at.. What? What happened to next in line last week? Ill never bring anything back to them or buy anything from them again. What a joke.
