A good place to shop for all party items especially for the kids. There are several items to be picked and the prices are reasonable. The staff are welcoming and accommodating. Enough parking space to accommodate all at a go. there are funny costumes there too. Nice place in all

My sister had a gender reveal today and we went to party city to have the balloons filled. Three were supposed to be the correct color, two wrong, and the last three empty. They filled three with pink and three with blue. Luckily my sister made the decision to pick up the ultrasound with the gender just in case. We were very unhappy with this issue and how it ruined the reveal.

This an extremely amazing play to go if you are working on a costume of some sort. They have walls full of different colored, hats,socks,gloves. They have isles full of small toys for goodie bags, tons of different brands of candy. There is alot of party supplies for anyone looking to host a party of 6 to 100. Would recommend people check out this store.

If there was another option I would use it. Sometimes you find that person thats happy to help and make your party a success but normally thats not the case as the staff seems not happy to be at work. They usually have a good selection but the prices are high compared to internet options. So the only reason that I typically shop here is to get helium balloons filled.

We were able to get all baby shower decorations, games and paper goods with our theme today! So happy!

Well organized store. I just went in for colored hair spray, bit it was easy to find and I was in and out quickly.

Went to buy large number balloons in silver or black after checking that they were in stock online. When we got there they only had gold. When asking if they could call another store the employee helping us, Jada, proceeded to roll her eyes and was continuously rude. Would not recommend this store due to its lack of customer service and cleanliness.

The check out line is very back wards, it’s hard for people to go in when people are trying to come out as well. The girl at the register named venus did a great job at helping me figure out what balloons to get for my daughters birthday. Great customer service! I will definetly be coming again soon for my sons birthday !

Lots of people working (@ least 2 people making the shelves look nice, 3 people up front), but only 1 register open. They had the way to get to the register blocked one direction. You had to enter where people were trying to get out.

Party City has a ton of party items, most of which you cant find anywhere else. The store is somewhat poorly organized, but the associates are usually helpful. Do a little research on prices before you go.

Bought a costume today, took it home and realized it didnt fit. we couldnt try it on in the store because of the long lines for the bathroom and didnt feel comfortable in the little changing room in the middle of the crowds so we brought it home and tried it on over clothes. We went back to the store about 30 minutes after the initial purchase and were told no refunds.This was not explained to us at all before check out and our receipt was difficult to understand (stating refunds if you have original receipt within 30 days then stating no refunds at all)I understand if you try to return a costume the day after Halloween but its the day before and bought only 40 mins earlier.They offered us an exchange but we didnt want another costume, offered store credit which was apparently our only option. Sadly this wont get used until next year since Halloween is the only time we go here. No more costumes from party city for us. :/
