Autumn @ the Plainview store could/should teach a Master class in customer service. Professional, friendly, efficient and effective. Great job!

I went there a few weeks ago to get a battery. The manager was really helpful and friendly. He helped me change it. He had jokes and banter. Im glad he did cause he had to take thebrain off to get the battery out. I had to go again to get brake lights and since I have no tools the guy helped me again. Clean store and helpful staff.

Went with friend to buy a car battery. The employee was courteous and professional.

I really do get in a good zone at auto zone. They will call the other branches the expect my arrival to retrieve parts needed even when the part i need is not in stock.now thats what I call automated pride.☆○

I had the worst experience there with a so called manager Julie! She was so rude and unhelpful. If it wasn’t for the tall white manager I probably would never go back.

So my husband goes in to the store yesterday to buy a part for his car that actually has to be ordered (the part is scheduled to be ready for pick up the next day at 9:30am) well that wasnt the case he went to pick up the part that hadnt even been ordered so now this turns to a 2 day wait .. I ended up calling the store and talked to the manager (Im pretty upset at this point) he ends up making things right by not only getting the part here at 4:30pm (today) but also giving us a full refund! Thanks AutoZone Manager

Ok could greeted me well maybe cuz was formed employee lol needed have some people knowledge with basic automotive parts but tall white guy aka jp and Julie and Cody are guy would go trust get my parts right frist time 👌

Its okay. But, I hate that they cannot go outside and hook up the machine to your car to find out what may be wrong with it. The company stopped doing it since the covid. It was a big help to everybody.

I’ve had to go there several times to get parts for my vehicle and, without fail, the assistance and knowledge of Bacci is impeccable! He goes above and beyond to help his customers! He’s the model that all Autozone workers should strive to be!

The only good AutoZone there is! All the others are full of lazy, rude, and unknowledgeable people. Can’t remember the lady’s name but she was super helpful getting us our alternator. We were driving 2 hours out and the alternator started to go out and we stopped here, this store did not have our alternator but this lady called around to the city we were headed to and found us a store and made sure that the store kept our alternator handy. Great customer service and very helpful! However, all other AutoZones have not been nearly as helpful or knowledgeable and that is a shame.

The people there are fast to help you. They check your alternator and battery for free. They make sure that you have everything you need when it comes to the battery. No pressure to buy extra stuff. Ladies are treated with respect and not like you are dumb.

Great prices and service. Just get annoyed every time I come here for something simple like a wiper blade and they have to get on their computer and ask the famous question, is it a v6 or a v8?. Lol. Smh.

Just about like any other part store. Barely knowledgeable employees but they have a great attitude so that makes it a good experience all around.

Im editing my previous 5 star review to a one star review.There is a tall Caucasian male that wears a yellow mask (I didnt get his name) that currently works at the Plainview, TX AutoZone that is very rude, sarcastic, and condescending in dealing with customers-at least with me. I simply asked for a part that a technician told me that I needed. Instead of helping me find the right part, this employee decided to use sarcasm and condescending speech along with a high tone of voice towards me. This was the WORST customer service that I have ever experienced. I told the employee that he was rude and Ill find service else where. As long as this employee continues to work for AUTOZONE I will inform my colleagues in two separate agencies, my church, friends, and family in 3 different states to shop else where that hires people with basic customer service skills.
