Went for the weekend squishmallow event! Staff were nice and store had so many squish in store, was so happy I went!

They are amazing, I needed a donation for American Cancer society event I was having and they made a beautiful basket donated to our event!! I am so greatful they helped out and donated to us! The basket is amazing!! Thanks again for supporting the event!

I loved coming to this store but change needs to be made. Rules are not enforced consistently and favoritism is clear when it comes to customers. Pulling squish from the back to sell but then telling others to come back the next day is not good business technique. I understand it brings in more business when you only release a few every day but the frenzy and lines that start at 3am are getting out of hand. It’s also amazing to see the employees allow people who push others out of the way constantly do so and get away with it. If multiple customers tell you that certain patrons have been a problems and are only there to resell anyways - maybe do something about it. Completely wasted my whole morning and I’m tired of doing so for a business that seems to only care for select customers.

Sugar Crazy is part candy store, part craft kit and toy store, and part camp store. Given the pandemic they also have a large assortment of fun masks and hand sanitizer.I stopped by because they have a small selection of nut free candy and ice cream (A La Mode). The majority of the nut free candy is from No Whey! (which is free of many other Top 8 allergens) and Sweeties Candy Cottage (these items are labeled with NUT FREE FACILITY).The A La Mode ice cream is separate from the rest of the ice cream and they use separate scoopers. In terms of selection/availability, they offer all of the typical nut free flavors (partly cloudy, cooks, speed bump, etc).Prices are pretty typical for allergen-free products: more than what youd pay for other candy. Will definitely keep stopping by for my nut free items!

This store is great for candy, fidgets and squishmallows. My only complaint is that its usually very crammed and very claustrophobic feeling in there. Ive been shoved and touched by many kids whenever I go and it isnt the best experience but they still have great merchandise.

Drove 3 hours to get there today and they told me they didn’t have Benny or Brina… they also didn’t have babs or even half the squish in their pictures on Instagram so I guess I was lied to. This picture seems to be taken after they closed tonight. A lot of them had holes and were dirty… I bought Roman the earth and I had to go back and get a new one and the second one was dirty so I didn’t even bother going back inside. Was very disappointed and will not be returning in the future. Just want to warn people that if you’re coming from a long way it’s not worth it and even though they have stock in the back they are going to lie and say they don’t.

What an awesome store!! With this new fidget craze with the kids, this is the place to go! Aside from every kind of candy you can imagine and ice cream and clothing and masks and novelty items, the fidget toy selection is second to none!! It’s definitely a little tight to walk around but only because they have so much to offer! The staff was very helpful and eager to help. Loved it! My daughter is making plans with her friends to go back!

They let everyone in at once which can be up to 40 or more ppl in a tiny store all going to one section. the owner could care less ab safety and covid. they way they do things is extremely unfair you have to wait in the heat at ab 4-5 am for new drops and have no clue if you’ll even get what you want since they basically bait you and put very few squish of the ones ppl want out yet they have hundreds of boxes of them in the basement. children get things ripped from their hands and cry and they always say “we don’t have anymore” and they post the stock w the exact same squish. the way they run things is extremely inappropriate.

If you want a happy child, take them here!

I hate leaving 1 star reviews but this need to be said if all the repeat customers notices that someone comes back every week and grabbed the same squishmallows they should be told they cant purchase that same one. Also the rules are not being enforced it states that 1 special squish per customer Brina or Benny NOT both but someone got both I find it highly unfair for the rest of the customers Also regarding phone orders. Your rules strictly say no phone orders but an employee was on the phone getting specific squishmallows for a customer. So yeah thats not cool or fair so this needs to be fixed I watch a child get sad she was 2nd in line but did not get anything not Malcom or brina or Benny or connor because of the scalper who comes every week

My daughter favorite place

I had been planning and was looking forward to visiting this store for a bit now. Recently I’ve had the chance to take the trip and was absolutely disappointed. This male employee that was working was very rude, sarcastic, and condescending toward my party and I. If I hadn’t drove 2 hours to get there I would not have given this store any of my money. However the 2 females working were kind and made the experience more bearable (they’re the only reason I’m giving 2 stars). I had debated posting this review due to the chance that perhaps the guy was having a bad day. But after looking at other reviewers, I see now that I definitely wasn’t the only one who had an experience like this.

Iconic store located in a beautiful shopping center in front of country pointe. The store is not only filled with delightful treats, it caters for nut free children as well! To top off the delicious treats of chocolates, candies, and even candy sushi! They have a wonderful display of gadgets and cool items to keep the entire family entertained. Absolute 5 star rating!

My daughter always went there with friends and her dad. i went there today，compared to other toy store this one over priced.

The store is cramped and crowded, as well as kind of messy. There was a lot to choose from, however a lot of it was overpriced and cheap looking. All that could be overlooked if the staff wasn’t so nasty. I watched a grown man i believe to be the owner loudly berate a customer today over a stuffed animal. It was not only unprofessional as the owner of a business, but so rude and uncalled for. Needless to say i left empty handed and will not ever be returning!

Great Squishmallow variety with restocks on rare Squishmallows almost weekly! Line start’s at 8am when they open at 10am on restock day.They limit one style of the same Squishmallow per party (ex. May only purchase Benny OR Brina.) Their prices are kept very close to what Kelly Toys sells them for, anywhere from 1 to 5 dollars extra depending on the size of the Squishmallow.Will definitely be returning for another restock!

Staff seems nice, reacted to some comments I saw and they threatened to sue but overall seems like a nice store I just don’t live in the state to go visit

A kids dream come true! Fidget toy central! Whatever is trending, they have it! Fun store, great music,& a really nice staff! I had to wait on line to get in, but we didn’t mind! It was well worth the wait! Sooooo much candy, a la mode ice cream & so many treats! Expect to wait a little, but the line moves quickly! Soooo fun

The store itself is incredible with a lot of options. Seems organized even though its packed with candy, toys, etc. I need to mention though that when I went on a Saturday around 1pm during what is seemingly still a pandemic state, I was a little disappointed to see no staff members overseeing the candy bins where you scoop and fill a bag. A child I didnt know was also there and was about to reach into a bin with his bare hand and I asked him to please use a scoop and to also pull his mask up as it was exposing his nose and upper lip. This all made me uncomfortable and ultimately I curbed my purchase as a result. Additionally, the store was beyond packed. There is no way to maintain any sort of social distancing. I feel they need to limit the amount of customers in the store at a time and also have a staff member monitoring the candy bin area. I really dont enjoy having to give this type of review, but its important especially during this time.

The ladies in sugar crazy are always very kind. I am in there more than I’d like to admit to buy squishmallows and I feel welcomed every time I step foot in there. Thanks again!!

Respectfully, think twice about giving this business your money. Liz and Suzanne are two employees who have been very kind and easy to speak with. However, the owner Brian and another man Joe treat young adults extremely poorly and are condescending.

Its great over all besides the prices, I think the prices are a bit unnecessary, it’s usually often packed as well. I definitely recommend this store though, it has lots of amazing fidgets!

We went to the store for the first time tonight. There was too many people in the store especially for COVID restrictions. There is so much stuff in the store it was hard to walk around the store with all the people in the store. When I asked both employees about the products they did not know anything about them. I asked if they had any others sizes of the pajama shorts, and a price of an item they did not know the answer to either question. When I checked at the register, the gentleman was rude, definitely not welcoming or asked if I would like anything else. He said are you done otherwise I will take someone else. In fact all the staff had no compassion or patience for people who especially are shopping for the first time to have an opportunity to look around get to know store to figure what we wanted to purchase. I certainly will not be returning to this store again.

This place has so many things to offer, they have ice cream, candy, desserts, and many cute accessories. My favorite part is that they have nut-free ice cream options which is hard to find. The owners are very sweet.You MUST check it out!

So happy to find a place that carries a la mode ice cream by the scoop. My son with peanut, tree nut and egg allergies was so excited to be able to get ice cream at a real place. They are super careful. They change gloves and use a new scoop for every flavor.

The owner is so nice and the candy is good! A little pricey but what candy store isnt. Definitely tailored to 5th grade girls and the flock of them in there for a birthday party was a little frightening but thats just me.

Really happy to see a candy place in the area. I went a week or so ago and got sour belts and skittles. Unfortunately, both were pretty stale. I checked the expiration on the skittles box and it was February 2019. This place might just need some tweaking to keep the candy fresh.

I was given for Christmas a pinwheel container with several different types of pretzels, chocolate covered peanuts, gummy bears, red and black licorice all of which were old, stale and hard. My manager who bought it for me was embarrassed and humiliated when I told him. He said to throw it away and offered to buy me something else. He said he would never buy from Sugar Crazy again.

I worked there and the bosses are disrespectful to their workers, will yell at teenagers when they want off a day, they will blame everything on the teenage workers, and the boss will make under breath comment about the clients to us workers so have fun with that.
