Upon arrival at their store, Uncle Bob educated us on carpet types, installation, and suggested some ideas to us based on his past experience as an installer. Throughout the process, Tony kept us updated with our order and accurately estimated the time of installation for our job, service you do not receive in the big box stores. On installation day, the three man crew, work well together, each doing his part. The lead man worked with us and made suggestions on carpet runner lengths and widths, based on his knowledge, which was very helpful. My wife and I are very happy with the job, and are looking forward to working with Father Sons & Daughters Floor on our upcoming Den renovation!!!

Great service, competitive pricing and very happy with the results. Pics dont do justice, but there is a pattern on the carpet that had to follow 2 turns on the stairs. Sounds easy, but it had to be custom cut with all seams hidden and it came out perfect.

We had purchased carpeting for our apartment in Queens 10 years ago. We needed to get new carpeting for another room. This was the first place I went, and as usual they were amazing. Great help by Bob in the showroom to help me choose the carpet style, and I was able to take home the sample in order to pick the best color. Arranging an appointment to measure was easy-peasy and Tony came to measure. He was on time and a pleasure to deal with as well. Installation day came, and again their installers were terrific---the few pieces of furniture were moved out of the room (which recently had been painted) and then put back where they needed to go. Rob and his team are AWESOME! I was lucky enough to have them install carpeting at my office and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Rob is super responsive to emails and phone calls and he always provided me with all the information about my order. He is exceptionally flexible and was always willing to work around my (extraordinarily hectic) schedule since my company was moving. The day after he received the carpet he was here to install it. In fact, since it came in two separate shipments, he came and installed the first batch so that I could have our cubicles installed so we could meet our move-in deadline.
