I can see I’m not alone in the way I’ve been treated by this company. Theyhad a class action Lawsuit filed against them for keeping extra money (adjust ments)from their apartment owners & they kept earned refunds from my tenants collecting at both ends. It seems no one will ever collect from them and that’s OK I just hope that they come and get the two broken washer & dryers and take them .They belong at the dump!!!have to pay a dump fee would have answered by tenants complaints and service request they didn’t not ever and now they’ve just abandoned the broken washer and dryer what am I supposed to do with that anyway they’re horrible they’re the worst company I’ve ever dealt with don’t do it

ZERO stars. All they do is empty the money. Nothing is EVER fixed—the same machines in one of the laundry rooms are unplugged EVERY time & EVERY time I send a service request I get a “no problem found” reply. I even tried involving the county health dept., because the lack of basic maintenance & sanitation is a health hazard. There has got to be SOMEONE who they are accountable to.

The new Application this company has doesn’t work to put the machines to wash or dry. Their new system inside the application is a failure. I am very upset because I put $20 dollars to wash and dry and the App never worked. Apart of that this company withdraw another $20 without my consent. So now they own me $40 dollars. I had been for a week trying to get my money back. I called several times at different time and their commuter after 15 minutes of waiting itself transferred you to a voicemail without your consent. I left couple voicemails and they never return my call. Also, I tried to remove my bank account information from their Application and doesn’t allow me to do it. Last, I email to their help support and after several emails they told me they cannot solve my problem that I have to call to their 1800 number. Thing that I did several times already. What type of company and services are you?

6/20 purchased $35 credit after entire system was down for a week. The code instantly failed. Requested refund, unable to reach agent by phone. Filled out form 7/7 for refund. All follow-up interactions by email asked for the same info from portal, then they insisted on a screenshot showing my bank info that was used. I redacted, then sent. Two more times I was asked for the same info. Such poor customer service and still no refund. No call to me, despite providing a number twice. They have a 1.04 BBB rating and are not accredited. Hundreds of negative reviews. Please shut them down and save the customers at apartment complexes who have no choice but to fight this battle.

They actually deserve 0 star but that is not an option. My condo building has their machine. They sell you their service & promise a lot. However once you have the machine expect ZERO service. The repair mechanic is actually pretty good. The company is HORRIBLE. We have the money machine broken for more than a month. We have been unable to get any information from the company when they will come to repair. I have called our Sales Manager like 5 times. One of the other Board member has called the service line & they cant answer a call. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

Google. Make ZERO stars an option. I have had COUNTLESS problems with the CSCSW laundry room in my shelter. I never asked for a refund because its pointless. I dont want a CHECK for $1.75 in 7-10 business days. I want my clothes cleaned now. Actually my request for a refund after the CSCGO app stole $20 went unanswered. All request go basically unanswered. There was never once a day this year where five out of ten of the washers were functional. Ive been sending multiple service request all year long. Once I detailed that 6 out of ten washers werent working, left machine numbers and the issues. Nothing changed... Now Ive filled out my survey for $20 credit on the app. For the past two weeks my entire laundry room has been offline so I cannot use the credits. I called 8 business days ago and spoke to a representative about this issue and it still hasnt been fixed. This means no one can use the CSCGO app at the room, only coins. There is a coin shortage though. This is ridiculous. Do yall want money or no?

This is an absolute horrible company. I just want to do my laundry. They make it impossible to get the money cards and more impossible to refill them and actually use the machines. They use technology from the 80s. Avoid this service.

Their so cheap that they dont even let the machines run for enough time to actually dry your clothes. I have to make a refund request every time I use the machine because there is no way I am paying 3 times to dry one load of laundry!

My building upgraded the laundry machines, and the machines require new cards. Therefore, my previous card is no longer working. I was told to buy a new card.I have a pretty good amount of balance in my previous card. I called the service number several times but there is no answer. I wrote an email to them and never got response. They DO NOT WANT to refund my money!

Please dont send someone out to fix your machines that doesnt know how!! In fact make sure they can read and understand what the problem is that needs fixed!! One of your employees was out to fix a request for a broken machine tha t wouldnt complete its cycle but yet it wasnt touched or repaired but yet the note on the machine said machine fixed! Nothi g was done!!!! Just a note saying problem solved!So I have put in another request and well see what happens?!

I would rate less than one star but cant go below one.I am the Property Manager at a high rise senior facility.One of 13 washing machines has had the same problem for months. We put in service calls, the Tech comes out, doesnt do anything and leaves saying nothing was found or the tenants overloaded the unit. The same clothing in another unit has no problem. Tenants are losing money. The problem isnt fixed after months. Nothing is being done to correct the problem with this washer 671-BTN

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. They are excellent at collecting the money from the machines... but AWFUL at showing up to fix them. We have their machines in a building I manage in Seattle. One of the machines has been out of order since 4/19/21. I put the service order in that same day. Our contract with CSC stipulates repairs will be made within 3 days. It is now 5/7/21. It’s been18 days... and still counting.You cannot go on blaming the Pandemic forever. C’mon CSC, get it together!

The building I live in has upgraded the machines that use the CSC payment cards, and the previous cards no longer worked. I was forced to get a new card and was told to mail in the old one to get the value back in a check. I called the service number on the website, received the instructions, followed them, sent the card back with all the necessary details, and still, after 3 months, I still have not received the money back.If you force me to change the card, at least honor giving back money from the old card!!

If I could possibly give CSC a negative billon stars I would. They provide machines for Frazer Crossing (Harbor Group is another disaster), one machine has been leaking water on the floor for over 6 months and they cant fix it. The other awaiting parts for 2 months and they refuse to fix it. Horrible! Do not hire these clowns to provide service for your complex unless like Harbor Group you care nothing about your tenants.

I use the washer and dryers in Lafayette, Ca the posted price is on the machines. However when using them, CSCSW machines seem to always take more out of your account than whats posted. I thought it was an error after the first time. But its happened to myself, my roommates, and many of my neighbors.I am now in Loveland, Co where CSCSW has washer and dryers in the Hotel. The prices are posted $2.00 for the wash and $1.50 for the dryer. I checked my account as I always do after using these scam machines and I was charged $14 and I used the each machine once and that would be $3.50. Needless to say I have been on the phone for well over an hour waiting and then they transferred me and I have been waiting for another 30 minutes. They claim its an error with the card readers. I have been told this for the last three years. So today I filed a complaint with the BBB and gave them all the information and past transactions where I was overcharged. All in all I have been over charged $100 or more over the course of 3 years. That doesnt sound like a lot but when you calculate the more than one million machines they own and operate according to their website that is a lot of extra cash they are flowing in. Not everyone catches this either. The hotel staff are aware of the $7 charges as other people have brought it up. But nothing is done in order to keep these machines or company from stealing your money.Update: after waiting for an hour and half the lady says okay Im going to put you through to my manager. I said okay, thank you. Its now been ringing for over 10 minutes.....just ringing and then someone answers and immediately hangs up. So they think lying to and hassling and hustling their customers an okay business model.

All of a sudden their app in my Android phone stopped working! Every time I tried to log in I get a notice saying that email is used already! That doesnt make any sense! Looks like CSC has disappeared with the cash I tranferred to the app on my phone!!!! I can no longer trust CSC!!!!

Terrible company, never came to solve problems. I have made many inquiries over the phone and on the internet and do have a confirmation number. The company said that there was no request. The company that clearly does not care about the customer complaints.The worst after service / maintenance any company can possibly have. It took them 3 months and over 15 calls to fix their washing machine. It has now been over 3 weeks since I raised a complaint for collecting coins from their dryer and still no one has showed up. The call agents are not at all helpful and have a standard dialogue that we will pass on the message and send a reminder.

Being that I am work in the office of a 455 unit apartment community you would think that our business is important to this company BUT I have been trying to get in touch with them for almost a month now in regards to the card dispensing machine here in our office that provides the residents, including myself as I am now a resident who lives here, the cards required for us to be able to do laundry. When I log into the portal it says that our machine ID does not exist so myself and other staff members have reported the machine through other avenues on the cscw website to no avail as no one has come out to service the machine. Well correction a person who, he himself, admitted he had no training or knowledge of how to service the card dispenser, came out 2 weeks after our initial requests for service. Well he did not service the machine correctly and here we are 2 more weeks later and no one has responded to our need for this machine to be properly serviced and other residents and myself have been having to hand wash, go to the laundry mat, put clothes into our dishwashers and so on and so forth in order to have some clean clothes and do all the necessary cleaning and washing needed after the storm and pipes bursting and units flooding that we went through last week. We are managing a community the size of a NOT so small town with as many as 2000 + within our property parameters at any given time, AND your company profits off of providing service to those people so we in the management office shouldnt have to be jumping through hoops and ladders and having to be put through such an inconvenient process just so we can have the service that plays a part in your companys net operating income and profits. Also there are several machines that have been reported throughout our 5 laundry centers that have gone through months of damage and deterioration from the lack of the service that has been on more than one occasion reported to your company directly. Could we please get some attention and some common regard our way?

Very poor, nearly nonexistent service. It got so bad that I had five machines out of my total of eight not working. They eventually fixed three but never fix the other two. They kept sending me to my sales rep who was completely unresponsive. And I asked for a manager multiple times and was always told none are on duty but a manager will call me back within 2 business days and they never did. Do not use this service. Avoid it like the plague. I wish I could give 0 Stars.

STAY AWAY FROM CSC SERVICEWORKS/CoinMach!!!Give serious thought before using this Company, as their service performance and quality is very poor. CoinMach, now also know as CSC Serviceworks continues to suffer from horrible service and operations. Our community has 4 machines, 2 washers and 2 dryers per unit. We must have 50 units in the complex. The following is a recurring scenario in our complex. 3 of our 4 machines have been out of service for the better part of two months. Approximately 4 - 4 1/2 weeks ago I contacted CSC Service works to advise about the issue. Nobody answered the phone(s) so I was forced to send an email about the issue. I provided the machine numbers, the location address, and the service issue code (EC-19) for two of the machines. I received an email response timely. The response stated that the issue was a communication card that needs to be replaced, BUT IS OUT OF STOCK. It will be addressed as quickly as possible, upon acquiring the necessary cards. This is a recurring issue. We have had at least three occurrences of this exact issue, bad cards and out of stock.Unbelievable that Operations would not have an adequate stock of the cards since it is clearly a very common issue. The Company has probably lost over twelve hundred dollars of revenue from our one unit alone over the past six weeks. I am quite confident that a bunch of the other 50 units are experiencing some level of the same issue, as ours is recurring. It must be nice to be so flush in cash that CSC Serviceworks can provide poor customer service over the phones and flush twelve hundred dollars revenue for our unit alone down the toilet from just a single unit in a complex of 50 or so. Seems the investors should be raising some serious concerns over the Operations and Service/Call Center performance, or more accurately, LACK of performance.Not surprisingly, when I called back after no repair service has been completed, after 4 additional weeks, I was told that the rep doesnt know why the service repair hasnt been completed, but that she would try to escalate the service. After 4 weeks she was going to TRY and escalate the service repair call. I was eventually transferred to the Executive Resolutions Center, after a number failed attempts to get a manager (Timothy, actively calling me directly on my phone line per the supervisor, which actually WAS NOT happening) to simply pick up the phone and address the concerns. After 40 minutes I finally had a person from the Exec Res Cntr on the line. She politely apologized after answering a couple questionsand stating her concern and disappointment with the service and call failures. I asked for the Company COO and she stated that the Company posted COO, Lonny Warner, was not a name she recognized and not with CSC Serviceworks. She also could identify the current COO. She provided me a name she did know, which is the CEO, Mark Hjelle. She stated no executive was available at that time (4PM) which is/was totally reasonable. She stated that she will be pursuing the matter this evening and try to reach me, if possible. As of 8:15 PM, nothing. She also responded to my request for an executive (or appropriate Sr Rep) to contact me tomorrow to address the serious failures. She acknowledged she would see to it. Lets see if they deliver on this assurance of customer service.CSC Serviceworks is very strongly NOT RECOMMENDED as a service provider or as an investment. Some very serious incompetence and operational breakdowns and deficiencies exist here!!!!Mark B

Whatever their payment entry system is, it allows a card number to be entered without the card. Got 12 fraudulent charges against my card this morning, and the card is in my hands at home. Ridiculous system not requiring more security for payment. Chip card reader should be the minimum. Also, three digit code from back.

I have 2 washing and 2 dryer machines in my hotel from csc. ive taken over the business two months ago and have been calling since to get these machines fixed. no response and not getting my commission checksbutthe rep comes to empty the coins all the time but refuses to talk to anyone.nowthe machine broke and flooded my whole hallway and cost me $2300 in new carpet.i really hope this business goes out of business so it prevents hurting other businesses trying to stay afloat.

Completely unacceptable. On hold for 12 minutes waiting for someone to pick up, then they disconnect. When I finally get a hold of someone, they promise service for a washer within 3 days. No one came. I call back exactly a week later and am told that someone had come the next day and fixed. No. No one came. Nothing was fixed. I tried going to their website to request maintenance. The website is a complete joke. No readily apparent way to report service outage. Get your act together.

The app is useless and the service is borderline fraud. Their machines are in my apartment complex. At least 1 machine is broken almost every time I use them. Over the last 2 years, Ive lost at least 26 hrs and over $60 on washers that didnt work, dryers that only blow cold air on the hottest setting, paying a second time because the first machine didnt work, wasting laundry detergent in washing machines that wouldnt read my card, etc. CSC has never offered to reimburse me despite using this app to report numerous issues. They have also reported issues as fixed, then I go to use the machine again and find out its still broken and steals my money. Incompetence can only go so far before it becomes fraud.

Like someone else said, if i could give zero stars i would. My salesman is awful to deal with. He is nasty and was very misleading. All i can say is make sure you read and reread your contract before you sign anything. As a property manager I am sick to my stomach that our company is stuck with them for another 9 years! Our salesman came in when it was time to sign our contracts and said if we resigned all our machines will be upgraded to new machines and they were going to help us update our laundry rooms. What actually happened was I waited and waited about 3-4 months for the new machines. I was told the day before they came that they were coming so we had no time to update floors and paint before they went in like we wanted to. They put in new machines that are app based but the app didnt work for another couple weeks. No signs were put up or literature sent out to help our residents learn the new system until I asked about 3 times.Now the best part...they took our old machines out and only put half as many back in! So now we have 26 apts. in one building, close to 75 people trying to use 2 washers and 2 dryers. As a result I now watch them all take their laundry down the street where they dont have to wait.Please dont sign a contract with them, you will regret it! Call anyone else!

If I could give zero stars I would. Easing machine broke 2 weeks ago. CSC states the part has been ordered. I work on appliances and can get any part in 3 days or less. CSC needs to learn to use resources to get parts. I guess we shouldnt expect anything more when the machines CSC has installed are old and aging. Bottom line is CSC sucks.

This company is horrible. They used to be decent when they were Coinmach several years back but now they are the pits. It can take 3 months or more to get a response from someone, if they reply at all. They recently started imposing a 9.75% administrative fee off the gross collections when the lease clearly does not allow this. But try & get them on the phone to discuss...

It was horrible working there in IT. A boss who knew nothing, people frightened of being reprimanded all the time, no HR department to speak of, paper reports, employees that didnt talk out of fear and just kept their heads down. I did a lot to get them to go green and paperless via Excel reporting but was not appreciated for all the money I saved them. I taught the other programmers how to do things. Our experts did not understand the workings of the AS/400. Very frustrating.

Absolute worst. Ive had multiple problems with their cards and machines. Not only that, their customer service reps have smaller brains than gnats. Cant even get refund amounts right, spell my name right on a check after slowing down and spelling it three times really, really slow, or just do anything right in general. Id give the company negative 5 stars if I could. Cant we just go back to good old fashioned quarters at the laundromat?

Most inconsistent machines. Always seem to get an error that locks my clothes in and ruins them. When I asked for someone to come unlock it, they failed to say it’d be three days.I’ll go to a laundromat before using them againUpdate: in the week since I posted this, I’ve had to use the machine. It’s locked my clothes again and it will take 1-3 days to send someone. If your landlord gets this company, please express your disinterest and show them these reviews

This company should be considered scam artists. I just moved into my apartment complex and decided to go wash clothes. TO GET ONE PLAIN JANE PLASTIC CARD COST $4. The card dont come with a warranty, life insurance, anything that is worth over paying for something that is very inexpensive to make. The washers and dryers resemble the same as those and a regular laundromat that will ONLY charge $1 for a card that will do the EXACT JOB AS THE $4 CARD!ITS A BEAUTIFUL THING TO HAVE ANOTHER LAUNDROMAT LESS THAN 5 MINS AWAY FROM THE APARTMENT COMPLEX. I REFUSE TO PUT MY MONEY INTO A LOW BUDGET OVER PRICED COMPANY!!!

Horrible! Call on a Sunday about my apartment credit card machine down. Of course it’s subday and my leasing office is closed, so for my convenience I thought using the outside credit card machine would be efficient, but that’s not the case. I called customer service, and of course it was a secondary company helping this company out. Outsourcing on weekends sucks. One rep said I can make a acct online and purchase money to my card that way. I put 20 dollars on the card, only to have nothing to wash my clothes. I called back to a rep that knew nothing. This company sucks and I perfer to use coins than technology which sucks.

Ive always had a horrible experience trying to get broken machines fixed. My leasing manager and I have made many phone calls to get a broken machine fixed. It took nearly three weeks of making constant phone calls to finally have someone come out and fix the machine. Extremely poor management and lack of customer care!

Worse than the Worst!! You will never forgive yourself if you do business with CSC. Do not waste your time with this company you will regret it. Two months ago I cancelled my contract because I could not get them to service our broken washing machine. They have not picked it up and continue to bill me. Ive called several times and the poor ladies who answer the phone can not help me - other than to confirm my contract is cancelled. Simply the worst!

This is a horrible and unethical company. They refuse to pick up their machines and continue to bill us. They are trying to use their legal department to bully us into another 5 year lease even though their service is absolutely horrible and their machines are old and dangerous. One of their dryers actually caught on fire and the fire department said it was due to the age of the machine. THEY DIDNT REPLACE IT FOR OVER A MONTH! Beware of this company!

Ok, here is the update. It has been over 2 weeks and no one has appeared to fix their equipment. The laundry room has been totally unusable. The building manager tried calling them 5 times today, with no results. The company is the passive aggressive king with their pathetic pat responses and never lifting a finger to do anything.God have mercy on your soul if you are actually stupid enough to hire this company to anything more than take out the trash, and I am sure they cant even do that.They dont maintain or fix their broken equipment. If your building has them it is time to sue management to get rid of them. They are a pestilence.

This business place is terrible and you should stay away! I would give it a ZERO if I could. Do not do business with them. We have about 10 machines that need someone to come and collect the coins (the machines do not work when the coin slots are full). I put in the online requests last Friday, called on Monday, put in the online requests again on Wednesday, and called again on Thursday. Today is Friday and no one came to collect the coins. The phone number on the website is to a call center (they can only process the requests) and I couldnt speak to anyone who can actually help solve the issue. I asked the representative to have someone from the office to give me a call back, but no luck as well. The person on the phone was rude - she said that management will not speak to me unless I am the property manager. I am the person who oversees daily operations in the building so why couldnt they speak to me?? Overall bad customer service, bad management, and its a waste of time. I will NOT do business with them in the future.UPDATE: Ive been trying to call EVERY number possible and theyre all busy. I couldnt get in contact with anyone all morning. Is this place still in business?

This is the most horrible company ever! All the reviews are on point. We have had broken washing machines for our building for over two years. Cancelled service in September 2017 and they are REFUSING to pick up their old broken machines so we can get our new company to bring in and install new ones. Stay away.

There was a dryer down in my building for over a month, when I called to request service as many people in my building already had, they stated someone will be out in 3 to 4 business days, and a refund would take 10 to 14 business days. When I asked why someone didn’t already come to the building, they stated they had no record when I personally know a neighbor had called. They are negligent at servicing machines or doing any preventative maintenance, and for a service call to take 3 to 4 business days is ridiculous. Did I also mention when I received the refund, it was for the incorrect amount after the rep confirmed 3 times what the problem and cost was.

Extremely irresponsible. I’ve had three broken washers for three months now. They do absolutely nothing except send their guy to collect money. Next step I’m going to drop these washers at the entrance of their business. Try and ignore me then. Disgusting how they treat their customers DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!
