Great experience from start to finish! Getting new glasses for the first time in a couple years, Lisa was awesome at guiding me through which styles would best frame my face. She and the doctor talked me through my daily routine, to get an idea of the best type of lenses for me.Professional, easy-going and attentive, the staff turned what was a nerve-wracking appointment to a relaxed experience where I did not feel rushed or pressured. :)

This branch of Visionworks is fantastic. Their doctors really take care of you and always take the time to answer questions. They even recommended that I change contact lens brands which was much more comfortable and was 100% covered by my insurance. Saved hundreds of dollars a year! Their manager Lisa was great to talk to and helped me replace my daughter’s glasses much sooner than I expected. Highly recommend.

I came to the Plainview Vision Works today. As I entered, I was greeted by friendly sales people. I needed a 2nd pair of glasses. Dr. Adler was very professional and friendly when giving me the exam. He made everything very simple.After my exam, I started looking for frames. When I got some, Lisa came over to helped me decide which frame was best for me. She didnt rush me and was very friendly.I highly recommend this store and all the personnel.

This was my first time going to this location and I have to say I had the best experience ever. The doctor was wonderful and had me laughing and I am usually nervous going to the eye doctors but this by far had me feeling safe comfortable and nerve free. Lisa, Ariel and Dr. Adler are the soul reason our family uses Plainview Visionworks. There are not always nice people up front but these people always make the experience awesome. They are super helpful. Ariel even fixed a problem with scheduling that your computer system had a glitch with. He made it so convenient. Lisa is always bubbly and Dr. Adler explains everything. Best people in the place.

Not sure where to begin. I read the reviews so I went to this place. Not too happy. They werent straight forward, lady at the front desk told me that my insurance will pay for glasses up to $69.95. A good price because I was not looking for anything fancy. However, after the exam we sat down and this other lady is telling us her own price lol. I am literally looking at the computer and she is telling me that is wrong. When manager came over she was super rude as if we owed her something. Never coming her again. The Doctor was too touchy, during corona not a good idea. Overall terrible experience

I came to Visionworks about two weeks ago. I am sad to say that I did not visit this place years ago. Lisa Flynn was extremely nice and accommodating! She was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. I was a bit reluctant at first because I always went to the fancy-schmancy high-end places that charged me upwards of $1000 for my glasses. I literally got the exact same glasses for $500 less than I normally pay. They have quality frames and lenses and superior service. Expensive does not always mean better. I would highly recommend checking this place out as they deliver phenomenal service, and a phenomenal product at a very fair price. A few days ago I went to get new glasses at this Plainview location and I was impressed by how well they have organized their service to be efficient and still respect the COVID restrictions. I went to the store to purchase eye glasses and from the moment you walk into the store you become family. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I worked with Lisa and she was excellent! She is very knowledgeable and worked with me to find the perfect pair. The store has an excellent selection of frames to choose from in all price points. The store is managing this Covid-19 crisis very well, with everyone having their temperature checked at the door and all staff and customers required to wear masks. Worth the trip!

This is hands down the best place to go for all things eyes. The doctors are so kind and patient, the prices are more than reasonable, and Lisa (who works in the front) spent over two hours with me in the store yesterday to make sure my union health insurance gave me the best price on my prescriptions. 5 stars times 100!!!

Great people and amazing service today.

Came to pick up my glasses and after trying them on the new glasses required tightening. During the process the representative broke the arm of the frame. He did not offer an apology just a bunch of excuses and attempted to have me take home the broken glasses. He then indicated that I would be called back to the store when he’s able to secure a new arm for the broken glasses. Unfortunately this was a very bad experience at this location and I will not return or recommend this location.
