I had an horrible experience with them. They had told me they were able to get my shirts done for a clothing line I had. Once I went to get them, they were never ready. Workers steady lied to me about when it would be done and once I finally got them over an week later, the colors of the stitch were still wrong. They had left out things I asked for and tried to change the price different times. So instead of correcting the mistake they just told me they couldnt do my clothes anymore because it took to long to do. Horrible excuse as an EMBROIDERY company. Never have I experienced such bad service from the owner as well as the workers.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I dropped off 1 item to get a name embroideried on a Wednesday and told it would be ready that afternoon. I returned on Thursday and told it was not ready and promised it would be done before the end of the day. I returned on Friday and told it was still not ready. When I told the rep that this was simply unacceptable and the only response I received was We fell behind. Terrible experience.

Nice staff that did good job, had an issue with 1 of the grafics that was done and they replaced the whole thing instead of just fixing was was wrong
