They have great and respectful people there either service is great and fast and theyre really helpful if you have any questions or needs
Terrible service! We never received our paper bill, and there are no options to pay other than write a check, or go to a pay station whatever that is. They dont accept debit cards which is insane, what utility company doesnt take a bank card? Id give it zero stars if I could.
I would give them no stars if that was an option. They turned my electricity off because they said they couldnt read my meter due to my vicious dog (he is a poodle) and now will not turn it back on because it was turned off at the pole so it will take 5-7 business days for it to come back on
I would also say, if there was a different provider in Plainview I would definitely switch! Can never get anyone when I call and IF u can get ahold of someone, service is less than adequate! Just my opinion.
I would say no stars is what i should be allowed to put on a review for xcel energy!!! I was told my service would be turn on TODAY and it still not on and its just getting colder. I would say go to a different company but there isnt one. Pissed is what i am and i have been on the phone with them all day. Turned on the wrong apartment let them know this and they said it would be fixed and turn on in the right apartment. Im reporting this to the bbb
