The staff here was very helpful in helping us pick out fabric for cushions I was going to make. They had so much in there it was hard to decide. You can take samples as well. Thank you fabric mill for your help. The cushions I made turned out great looking.

We placed an order for duvet covers and seat coverings for our boat. Tony was extremely helpful in guiding us to the right fabrics to meet our needs. We had our heart set on a specific material for our seating and the Fabric Mill did not carry it. They actually got the line of fabric in for us! The final products exceeded our expectations. The owner is happy to assist as well. Will definitely be using them again.

Very nice selection and extremely friendly helpful staff. Some fabrics are pricey, but tons of choices are available. Also they do upholstery and window treatments, including blinds and shades.

Dropped off 1 chair for reupholstery and refinishing first week of September 2020 and ordered a few matching pillows while I was at the shop. I did not receive this chair back until February 2021. During this time I repeatedly called for updates, the people that answered the phones were nice but could never help me; they would take my name and number and say the designer will call you back. Days would go by and I would never hear from anyone.I finally received a call my order was ready. The upholstery looked good. But the wood finishing I asked for was not completed in the stain color requested, and was MUCH darker, not matching the decor of my home. Also my pillows, the simplest part of the order, were not completed even after 5+ months.Needless to say, the lack of transparency and minimal customer service on a custom order is a combination I would not wish on anyone. Great fabric selection, but go elsewhere for the actual work on custom orders and reupholstery.

The WORST!! I left my club chairs to be slipcovered on October 7th hoping to get them for Christmas no such luck. STILL DO NOT HAVE THEM! Going on four and half months now. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They do not communicate with you. They lack the ability in keeping you informed as to when you could have your chairs done. I had to call and ask and it wasn’t even like a was a nuisance. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service. Didnt even offer a discount for their inabilities to communicate with me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. VERY UNRELIABLE AMD UNPROFESSIONAL! Hopefully I’ll get my chairs this year !

They have been playing around with my order for two MONTHS !. When i called the receptionist said that it is because they are busy.... so why they accept additional work, CHARGE, and cant deliver ........ unacceptable. their favorite response is somebody will call you back

Unbeatable service! I placed my order with Don on Tuesday. UPS delivered it the following day. The fabric I needed at an excellent price. A local shop here in NJ was charging almost twice as much, plus shipping, for the exact same yardage, and the lead time was 2-3 weeks. Thank you Fabric Mill.

Needed to have cushions made for kitchen bench. Worked with Janice who was outstanding. Explained everything in great detail. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Could not give a higher recommendation. Cushions came out great !!

You need help picking fabric go to Tony, he has a definite eye for fabric texture and color. The installers were professional and worked very clean, Tony over saw the entire job and everything was PERFECT!!!! when they left.The drapes were done in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable. Today was my first time visiting this lovely store which I HIGHLY recommend. I was treated like a Queen by Don who is very knowledgeable and helpful with great listening skills. Before I went to the store I had read the prior reviews which Im glad didnt stop me from going, The Fabric Mill is a great store.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. I have been shopping here for decades and have never been happy with their service. Great selection of fabrics and good prices keep bringing me back....but never again after today. Waited for more than 45 minutes for someone to help me cut fabric and walked out. They dont answer their email either!

Alan, the manager, was rude and arrogant. I looked for over an hour to match remnants to the larger piece of fabric that I was buying. When I got up to the counter to pay the woman said that one of my remnants should not have been marked that way, although it was clear that I had gotten it off the remnant table. She said something to Alan and tried to explain their mistake. He just said “no” very rudely and walked away. She continued to try to speak to him about it and he became dismissive and arrogant. After reading reviews and seeing the way that Alan spoke to the woman in the store, it is clear that he is extremely rude and The Fabric Mill has a problem with customer service.

Absolutely horrible service. Placed a phone order with a deposit and was promised fabric in 4-5 weeks. Never received order. Called back 4 times to get the status of the order. Finally a return call to tell me that it was back ordered for 3 more months. Extremely rude and unprofessional sales/customer service employees. Highly recommend choosing a retailer that not only has customer service skills, but understands the ordering/communication process with customers.

Been there numerous times over the years and cant remember every having but pleasant service. AND...there selection is awesome, always come away with something.

Low end to Mid-grade fabrics, not much very high end stuff. A lot of tapestry, old - will type fabrics thats outdated now. Would visit again but not to do my own home
