I started by trying to purchase my new Fender Squier Offset Paranormal guitar through Guitar Center. As the same poor service happened as the last time dealing with them, I decided to try a local music store and couldnt have been happier. The owner, Guy, was very friendly and knowledgeable and lucky for me, they had the same exact guitar I was looking for. Being a beginner, I wasnt even sure what questions to ask. He answered any questions I wouldve had and was very patient with my lack of knowledge on the subject. I have been back other times, dealing with different employees and received the same great service. Guitar Center is dead to me and All Music is my new go to store. Thanks guys.

Guy - Tommy and the crew are 1000/0 dedicated to your sound needs. More than fair whether a trade/sale or lessons.I travel from upstate to this shop for the good old mom n pop brick n mortar relationship I have been missing for 35 years! Simply my only go- to musical store on my radar.

They have a beautiful shop here, but a word about their repair service: I brought my telecaster in for a fret level, crown and polish. They did a fine job and not only was the turnaround time really fast, they actually got my tele back to me a day ahead of schedule, all at a very reasonable price. I wont hesitate for one second going back to All Music if I have a guitar that needs a repair I cant do.

I brought one of my dads old acoustic guitars into All Music shortly after he suddenly passed away. Mike V greeted me and I told him I was looking to get some trade in value towards an acoustic guitar more styled for my playing. Hes a New Yorker, Im a Philly guy. We immediately bonded over some guitar playing, good humor, and story telling. He gave me plenty of room and time in the acoustic room, and gave me some great insight regarding the different instruments. He offered me a generous deal, and helped me out every step of the way towards my new guitar.When I came back to pick it up a few days later (one of the great techs at AMI installed a pickup), the guys at AMI happily accepted a donation of a bunch of my dads music gear, making the general transition much easier. Mike threw in some strings, T shirts, and a Martin hat. I absolutely recommend All Music INC for any music shop needs on Long Island. Great people who give you the personal kind of treatment and knowledge you wont find at the box stores. A+++

I have been coming to the shop for more than 10 years to most of the needs for my 2 daughters music lessons need. Amused to find almost everythings in such a small space. Well managed. Staffs are very knowledgeable. Very helpful and polite. Even if they dont have some rare music pieces, they are eager to find it and to order it for me.

These guys are great. Their guys do a great job setting up my guitars, and the sales people are always honest and helpful. I always prefer to come here rather than Sam Ash or Guitar Center.

Guys All Music is the best thing thats happened to Long Island musicians and the Island entertainment scene since the dawn of time! No really, incredible and well educated staff - amazing array of instruments looking for a good home - terrific pricing. Look local before searching online - youll find this is a diamond in the rough!

Normally I say a lot of things about places, but I dont have go because this music store is overall good and I have nothingn bad to say! Service is great and so are the workers. I love the lessons and the teachers.

Incredibly rude staff. I walked in and asked for an quote on a instrument repair and before I finished explaining the issue the man with glasses at the counter walked away on me. Additionally used instruments are overpriced. I saw a used Yamaha YTS-23 (a beginner saxophone) being sold for $1,799, that’s ridiculous! A brand new model doesn’t even sell for that much. For $1,799 you can get a Yamaha YTS-62 (professional grade saxophone).

The team at All Music is top notch. I recently purchased a new guitar, and had my Ibanez set up. The sales team was not pushy whatsoever, and allowed me the space to try out a variety of guitars from their wide selection. I made a decision after a few really solid recommendations from the staff, and I couldnt be happier. The work performed on my Ibanez really impressed me, careful attention to detail is quite obvious. A big thanks to Guy, Mike, and the rest of All Music Inc. I will be a life-long customer.

Bought a strange, unknown (to me, anyway) Strat style Stadium guitar from these guys through eBay. The write up about the guitar on eBay was glowing -- but the guitar was ridiculously cheap. I got it for $90 bucks, plus shipping. We were still without power here in Hawaii due to Hurricane Iselle, so there was a weeks wait for electricity so I could plug er in and see what happens. The action is amazing, and the sound is terrific. Ill have to play it side by side against a real Stratocaster to see whats the difference. I was nervous about trusting the write up, but the review of the guitar was spot on! A new toy for $90? You bet! Thanks! (By the way, this outfit goes by musicdungeon on eBay.)
