Just completed my home theatre with Scott and the crew from IDS. I think it’s impossible to find a better theatre company on Long Island. Pre construction of my house, Scott guided me as to the ideal size and layout of the theatre. He came to the sight and helped plan the room. His team and office are second to none. Dom is as knowledgeable as anyone in the industry. Watching him precisely configure the sound of my speakers at the end of the project was awesome. I have had issues where I needed their help during power outages, Alarm issues, Audio upgrades and help with other items. I usually speak to Jean who not only calms me down, but is extremely helpful and very fair. They are priced right and the service is beyond compare. Highly recommend.

The office manager is extremely responsive and efficient. If I call her with any questions or concerns she gets back immediately with the correct answer or the information requested. Rob Cohen and his team from IDS have been part of my life for the past 15 years. Anyone can create a world class theater and whole house integrated sound system (they did). But the real magic is what happens after these systems are installed. The system upgrades, remote 24 hr service calls and patient teaching are the things that equate to true customer service and is where IDS excels. IDS suggests Control4 to me andThey just upgraded my home with the Control4 home automation system. I found it easy and convenient to use, having one control for all devices is great. The cost to install the C4 system is reasonable compared to others. What a fantastic experience. Most important is they are very responsive and the installers know how to do everything and extremely friendly. Overall, Control4 has more than met our needs and been a good value. It was a pleasure to use them, Highly recommend IDS

We have been having issues with our WiFi for years. After many attempts to have the problem rectified by numerous people, nothing seemed to work.As a result of the Pandemic, my kids and their significant others moved back into our home to work remotely and needless to say were not happy with the lack of WiFi service.
