I dont care WHAT your rules and prices are, tell me up front and let me decide. Dont rent me the space and spring hidden fees on me later…Metro storage makes me feel safe and secure.I know what I am goin into end that is important to me. Yes, it does cost a little more, but truth in the words, you get what you pay for.

Miranda was amazing! I stopped in on my lunch break on Friday 3/20/20. I have only been in Plainview for almost 4 months but recently lost my job & had to move during the global pandemic. She was so helpful, giving lots of options for me. I told her Id stop by or call to put on hold. Well, the next day I had to go get some things so I stopped in to find it closed. I called and found out corporate closed them because of the virus. I started to panic (I was already stressed from being jobless and homeless) but Miranda went above and beyond. She rented my unit over the phone, walked me thru every step, put my welcome kit to sign in the unit. She is amazing! I was so scared I wouldnt have a place for my things. Thank you so much for all your help! Congratulations on your new bundle of joy too! 🥳

The 5x5 units are NOT 5x5, they are more like 4.5 by 4 FOOT! VERY disapointed,the 1st unit they gave me was 43x4 and paid for 5x5, the 2nd unit was 4x4.6i dont know if the bigger units are like this as well

The manager Miranda was very rude. She is very unprofessional. We were at our unit and she approached me and my wife with attitude. And to make matters worse she goes to my family and tells my sister that what SUPPOSEDLY happen. I will never rent from this place again.
