Been using advanced for over a decade, after 20 years of mostly napa parts.

Went in to purchase new wiper blades. The store was clean, organized and well stocked. I grabbed the wipers they were promoting in the store window (it had a $10 rebate). Before checking out, I asked what size rear blade I needed. The employee helped me get the correct one, and suggested a different set of wipers on the front. A better quality with only a $2 difference, that will last longer. Thanks for the help!

I went in for windshield wipers. The gentleman who serviced me showed many options and recommendations, which I appreciated. I am extremely happy with my choice and thankful I was serviced so well. I would go back and I do recommend Advance Auto.

Helped me get the right parts for my car

I believe the hours on their website and Google are incorrect, currently says open until 9pm but I believe its actually 6pm.

Greeted promptly. I needed windshield wipers. Clerk named Matt was very efficient and came out and put them on for me..no more than 3 minutes from me walking in to me driving away..Very happy customer..

I went here looking for a special hose clamp for the breather line on a 2916 Ford Mustang, not the whole clamp, just the part that holds the clamp on the breather. The dealership told me that the hose clamp isnt sold separately and I had to buy the entire hose. I went to advanced Auto Parts and although they didnt even show the hose in their computer, the person behind the counter was more than willing to give me help and ideas to resolve the issue without having to cut the hose and use a worm clamp like the dealership told me to do. In the end, the part I needed was exactly the same as what they sold to hold on a fuel line. So instead of spending $79 for the hose just to get this part, I paid $3.99 for 5 of the exact same part I was looking for.

I purchased LIMITED LIFETIME REPLACEMENT brake pads. Evidently their Warranty doesnt cover wear like most other Auto Parts stores.Autozone and Pep Boys offer better Replacement. Now you know why Advance Auto in Plaistow NH doesnt have any customers in it on a Sunday. Drove across the street to AutoZone to buy the brake pads. There were a dozen customers and 6 counter helpers. Hopefully this Advance Auto does the same thing Radio Shack did next door.

Signs all over the store that there is free installation on batteries you purchase from them but neither employee would do it because theyre not allowed in the store alone. I was parked in front of the window so I think theyre following that rule in a bit of a ridiculous way. Take down the signs or do what it says. Sad.
