I have always had a good experience with the Plaistow Meineke. There are many local options for service, but I went out of my way to make my appt. with them. I was not disappointed at all! Very highly recommend.

The mechanics in Plaistow are everyday people. They’re not pushy and this makes me want to be a repeat customer. They know what they are doing but they understand not everyone has the money to repair their car. They tell you what’s critical and tell what can wait. They give estimate and possible time until repair has to be done. They don’t try to push sale if you need time to save up.

Meineke on Route 125 Plaistow NHHonest, Exceeded my expectations.I went in for Brakes and Sway bar Links(The brakes were embarrassingly noisy)As it turned out I only needed the Links.Now it rides great and (magically ?) No morebrake noise … nah, they had to have donesomething. Thanks Guys.BTW this is the first review I’ve ever done.Maybe this review is better than my browniesbut then again they’ve never had my brownies 

I frequently have services done at the Plaistow location and always have a pleasant experience with the manager and staff . They perform the work as professionals in the allotted time they say it will be completed.

I had my son bring his car in for an estimate and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem within an hour for a reasonable price. The man at the desk was very polite and helpful and made this the least painful repair I’ve ever had on a vehicle. I would definitely recommend and will be bringing my car there in the future!

Excellent service. Called late Thursday to get an appointment. They ordered the parts then and said they could do the repairs Saturday AM. Which they did. Service was done on time, as quoted and to my satisfaction. Will use them again.

I am so impressed with this location! I made an appointment with them for my exaughst which I was intending to be very expensive.. and take a long time. The man I spoke with on the phone was very professional, I dropped my car off thinking that it would take hours to do the next day, someone from the shop called me right at my appointment time to go over what needed to be done and the cost which to my surprise was very affordable - he Also gave me a discount on my oil change! I was anticipating needing a ride to work because in the past it would take days to fix. so I asked what time my car would be done and he said an hour and a half! I got a call at exactly an hour and a half that my car was done! Wow! What a great service! Thank you! I will be back!

Had an inspection done here, after not being able to get in with my mechanic and in a time crunch. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable and although I didn’t pass because of my rear breaks (which I told them my husband should be able to do) They told me to come back and they will check them and give me a sticker. No pressure to get me to use them. Just kind, professional service. I will probably return when it’s time for my next oil change

I’m reviewing from my kids device.I didn’t realize each Meinekes owned as a franchise so your points wont’t transfer from one store to the next without a key tag. I decided to use them anyway because they were closer to me. No regrets. They were awesome. They squeezed me in same day. Cranked the car up and showed me exactly what the issue was. Fixed in an hour. My rotara were dangerously worn out and breaks and pads were spent. Friendly and fast. Will use again. Cathleen

Awesome guys, same day appointment for an inspection and exhaust replacement. Took them less time and less money than they quoted me. Both guys I dealt with were wicked polite and seemed grateful for the business. I’d do business with them again, no brainer.

Went in for a re repair on the flex pipe of my exhaust. They had done it 2 years previous.They found a spring bolt had corroded had broken, causing the flex pipe to fail. I asked why werent those bolts replaced at the original repair. The tech didnt know.I was quoted 330.00 for the repair. They then took 50.00 off.Not what I was expecting but the work was done correctly this time.

They have taken me in the same day for my car repairs! (Pre Covid) Always gave me a better deal than my Local garage. I drive beaters because of my 1 hour commute so I appreciate the honesty and fast repair times. I drive with confidence knowing I can count on these guys.

The individual who looked at my car had no intention on helping me he just wanted what was in my wallet.He lied to me saying my headers were leaking oil, my car dosent have headers.Also just saying it was leaking oil was a lie cause when I brought it to a certified mechanic elsewhere as soon as you lift the car you would have seen oil leaking from my so called headers.Then he tried telling me that my front two rims were bad so my tires failed for that and after he tells me this he tried selling me two tires for 275 bucks combined my vehicle comes stock with small tires (small car) so nowhere in this country does a glorified donut times 2 cost 275$.Never ever again will I even entertain the thought of going to any meineke anywheres.Awful awful awful.

I got there with my big bertha she needed a fix. So I took her here and before I did I checked out the reviews. Great ratings btw and my big Bertha deserves that.......so I took her and now she runs nice and quiet oh and there’s a guarantee so I went to sleep well knowing that too thank you guys!!!!

The people who work there are very nice and practically know my fiance and I by name. They do our muffler work and recently did a catalytic converter for us. They werent too overpriced and they did a great job and were extremely friendly and worked with us on price and ordered the part for us

The best bang for your buck you’ll find anywhere around. Trust me, I bought a used car that was always breaking and sometimes didn’t have the easiest access to Meineke every time, and I’ve never been to a better place. Staff are absolute professionals and the most courteous and respectful people you’ll meet. Been using these guys for 5 years, and have always received nothing but the best. Bought a new used car the other day when I had no other choice and am moving across the country, these guys got me right in again, we’re talking with me and inspecting the vehicle personally to help me move safely and not worrying about another car with problems. Going to miss these guys when I move, they are THE BEST!!!

I would have given a 5 stars however the service writer was not wearing a mask in a very small write up area. When the tech came out to my truck, he did not have a mask either. After he changed my oil, he became the service cashier and did not put a mask on when cashing me out. I should have walked when I saw this initially and regret that I did not.

Do not go to these people for inspection they will make up laws and try to rip you off.

Explained everything well with regard to brakes and what I needed now and what wasn’t needed at this point. Friendly and fair priced.

Oil change great job

They got me in same day to inspect my van. They were very nice via phone and in person. The only reason not 5 stars is because for the first time ever I have a nice van, a new 2019 that I just paid 25k cash for and I didn’t appreciate having to scrub the oil stains/residue off my steering wheel, floor and seat for about 10 minutes before I left the parking lot. I’m not a yuppie and I work in the trades so I get stuff is messy, however I think there could be more effort to be conscious of the cleanliness of there customers vehicles. Especially if it’s brand new, spotless and there are 2 or 3 brands of protectant wipes in the vehicle in plain site.Please don’t get my review wrong they were VERY nice and got me in quick! Just a little more consciousness and it would be 5 stars!
