My wife and I were very pleased with our experience at Mattress Firm in Plaistow. Ulysses worked with us to find the right mattress that suited both of our sleeping styles. We tried an adjustable frame but didn’t feel it was something we needed. No pressure tactics at all from Ulysses. He had us try out several mattresses in our price range and we are very pleased with the one we bought.

The sales clerk David Parker was extremely helpful and accommodating. He was transparent about prices and what was available for our budget and worked with me to find the right mattress and get it delivered to my Moms new care facility in time for her to move in. Seems like a small thing but when caring for a loved one with disabilities you are faced with constant roadblocks and obstacles so being able to have something go smoothly is a big deal. Especially something as important as having a bed for her to sleep on.

Fantastic experience! Ulysses was great! We were extremely pressed for time and didn’t let him go through his normal introduction to all the products but he was very flexible and quickly kept up with our quick questions and although we were extremely rushed he never got overwhelmed. Just worked at our speed and made sure got us exactly what we needed. Also, extremely knowledgeable about all products. 10/10! I will recommend him and this location.

We went in looking for a mattress for a guest bedroom at mattress firm primarily used for small grandchildren. David Parker greeted us when we entered and proceeded to help us. We explained the situation and wanted to make the purchase as quickly as possible. He was the perfect person to work with. He showed us the mattress and box spring in our price range that would withstand kids jumping on the bed with enough comfort for the kids and any guests we have. We agreed it was a great deal. After adding a mattress cover that was half price and $5.00 for the foster children charity they sponsor it came to $594.00. The whole transaction lasted 30 minutes and after David helped my husband load it into the back of our truck we were on our way and had it all set up before our grandkids came to sleepover that night. It was one of the quickest and most pleasant shopping experiences we’ve had. We highly recommend Mattress firm and David Parker in Plaistow New Hampshire.

First experience with the sales person was not pleasant. High pressure sales and intrusive about financial budget.When purchasing an item, it should not be about how much the consumer wants to spend. Its about the quality of the product. Then it is decided by the consumer as to what is a fair deal.Thankfully I went back on a day when a manager was on duty. A lot of mattress sales people get a bad name because of used car salesmen etc... sometimes its not called for and sometimes it is but because of this stigma, we have been dreading this process and putting it off; Im glad that we waited other wise we may not have gotten Joe as out sales person and he was one of a kind in the best way! So informative, so helpful and listened with the intent of actually helping us and not just pushing us on what was going to make him more money, i cant say that for the other guy he was working with but i give joe 5 starts on everything. excellent knowledge and even better customer service which isnt common today.

Came in thinking we where going to get in and out without being upsold by a high pressure salesman. This is when we met Jay. Jay informed us of all the options of mattress there are. Memory foam, purple, innerspring, and hybrid. Oh yeah we had our 3 year old and 6 year old with us and Thats where Dave comes in. A little girl came in selling candy for something Im not to sure about. Well Dave bought it from her and than turned around and asked if my kids could have it. I was very impressed by his kind heart and thoughtfulness. My kids where off playing with the kids area and learning themselves on how to operate all the beds themselves while my wife and I thought ok any minute they are going to throw us out. Nope . We ordered mattresses at Bernie and Phyls we told next day delivery and given a 6 hr window. Three hours in I called to see if the delivery was close or not and was told it was cancelled “not in stock, sorry”. Since it was Memorial Day weekend we would have to wait 3 extra days. We already got rid of our beds I was not using a sleeping bag for the next 3 days and working 10 hr shifts. We drove to Mattress Firm in Plaistow and they had a very similar mattress for my son in fact more comfortable and the same mattress for my husband and me. Next day delivery no problem even though the had a mass shipment for college dorms I was given the red carpet treatment. The next day I was given a phone call telling me within 30mins and they were there. Thank You Mattress Firm!!!! It’s now November and we are loving our beds and rest. I wanted to wait just in case the mattresses were not comfortable but they are. Thank You for doing your job.
