Pretty good soft serve ice cream, nice staff. Only place in New Hampshire that still had a mask requirement while I visited (take that as a positive or negative as you like). Soft serve ice cream was just a little on the icy side.

So, whenever I visit family back in NH and MA, I almost always end up here for a Black Raspberry Frappe. I love it, and I own that bias. I honestly cant speak to any other flavor there. But, the employees are awesome, they make you feel welcome, the strip mall is pretty cool, and you need to make a visit. Try something else...after the frappe.

Love this icecream shop as 3 scoops of icecream is a small and you get so much for your money and they sell icecream by the half gallon and try the chocolate walnut so good :)

Awesome place to go for a cool summer treat! Great variety and they are also open all year around if you would like a cool treat even in the wintertime! There portions are awesome too,a kiddie size is everyone elses small! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a great place to bring the family for a cool summer refreshment.

Used to be our go to - now well never go back.Not only are the sizes drastically different each visit but the staff has a rude, condescending attitude. Read their other reviews - ownership doesnt care to fix their problems at any of their locations and the issues seem to run rampant throughout their company. Dont bother, theres plenty of other places nearby.

They ran out of soft serve so I bought a small cookie dough. $5 bucks later (including a tip) I am walking back to the table and its only 2 scoops. The cup is barely filled. The sign says a small is 3 scoops. For $5 I could have bought the most expensive ice cream at market basket and got more. I wont be going back.

My party and I had a great experience here. The staff were all very helpful explaining all the unique flavors of ice cream, even offering a sample to try out one of the interesting combinations. The ice cream was good an affordable, all that Im looking for in a scoop shop.

We get ice cream 2 or 3 times a week.On Monday the customer before us was showing the young counter girl 2 poor reviews. She explained the reviews were from the summer when the lines were out the door. The customer got red in the face and his jelled hair dropped.I am giving stilwell a high rating in both product quality and counter service.

They make the greatest ice cream cake around. Its not your usual ice cream cake that is only ice cream. Their ice cream cake had part ice cream and part regular cake so its like having cake and ice cream in every bite. They also have a number of combinations. You can have almost any type of cake you can think of mixed with two different ice cream flavors. It really really good.

The kids working at this location lack enthusiasm entirely. Im not expecting them to be rolling balls of sunshine, but courteous and not being openly unhappy to be there isnt that much to ask for.I frequent this location because its quite close to my home, but Im growing tired of their customer service and I think Im going to the Beach Plumb from now on. I searched unsuccessfully to find a way to contact the owners and air my grievances, but they have absolutely no way to contact them excepting the store phone number.This evening, I went into the store to pick up some ice cream for myself and my partner, and entered the store directly behind a group of 4 people. While one employee took the order of the group in front of me, the other was finishing the couple in front of them. The girl finished taking the order of 4 items, and proceeded to start making it. The boy finished the ice creams for the couple, handing them to them directly next to me. Theres no possibility that he didnt see me. However, rather than wait on me, he instead ignored me, and went and started helping the girl make the ice creams for the other order. Had he taken my order and started working on it, it may have taken a minute or two longer to finish the other order, but they wouldnt have blatantly ignored another customer. When I asked them to take my order, they were surprised and mildly offensive that I would ask for service. This incident isnt a huge deal, but its aggravating and illustrates just how much they lack basic common sense and customer service skills.The one star is for the ice cream, but they dont make it, its Richardsons, so it can be had elsewhere.

Initially the service was good, but even though it was 20:40 p.m & the place closes at 21:00 we were not allowed to sit at the table because they wanted to start cleaning.

We love it here but this Summer they seem to be short staffed. We waited in line for 30 minutes for ice cream while the third person working was cleaning tables instead of scooping to take care of the line of customers that was not moving. This has happened the last 2 times we visited. Unfortunately we may need to make another place our go to for ice cream as this seems to be an ongoing problem.

Serves Richardsons ice cream. GREAT flavors and lots of them . Frozen yogurt is my favorite!!Old time ice cream shop and so much more. Also buy ice cream gallons to take home! YUM!

Ice cream is great but my hubby and I went there today there were a lot of people trying to decide what they wanted standing in line. We grabbed a pre packed half gallon. I had cash in hand and stepped to the side and asked the girl if I could just pay for it. She said um no go to the back of the line . We put the ice cream back and left, I guess they dont need my money .

Great ice cream but it felt really dull and the girls working were more worried about gossip than getting our order right. The bathroom looked like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks and the tables were very sticky.

Really enjoyed Erica Petersons dystopian novella about Americas lost youth, ruthlessly refusing to let her cut ahead of other customers at an ice cream parlor. Hope we can expect a sequel in the near future.Also: Stillwells is my favorite ice cream parlor. Richardsons is more or less gourmet ice cream, and Stillwells gives you more generous portions than you actually get at Richardsons Farm itself. Great little gem of an ice cream parlor!

This is the best place to get icecream. They have Richardsons icecream. And Richies slush.The girls working there are fast and keep the line moving.Bring an appetite because their baby icecream is huge. (Not complaining)
