First thing you see you when you walk in the door is behind the counter. No wall dividing customers from just walking back there. And it wasn’t super clean. Two of their menu boards were on the fritz so I asked if they were doing Sundays. I was told only hot fudge. Great yes please. I ordered my flavors and he put it together asked if I wanted whip cream and cherry nuts etc. No problem. Then they hand it to me and I look at it and it’s the hardened cone coating chocolate, like magic shell, not hot fudge. I tap it with my finger nail and it’s audibly hard. I say this isn’t hot fudge. Worker says no, it just gets like that when it hits the ice cream it’s still chewy once you start eating it. I shrug my shoulders and give him the benefit of the doubt. I should’ve known better. Definitely not hot fudge! How does an ice cream counter server not know what hot fudge is?! There were also two homeless people camped outside. I can sympathize with homeless but no corporate place is going to let people camp outside like that. This franchise is in desperate need of new ownership and management. There are plenty of other ice cream places in plant city and Brusters is only 20 minutes away. I will not be back to this Baskin-Robbins.

The order came out quick and correct, they were out of liquid sugar but iced coffee still tasted ok with regular sugar.

Terrible service, terrible product.I have been to a couple different Baskin-Robbins and I always get the same thing. (Which I have enjoyed until this point) Chocolate chip sundae. When getting to this location I was told they don’t have that but he could try and put something together like that and preceded to tell me how. I say ok that sounds like it anyways. (Mind you the pic of what I wanted was on the menu) I can try. Husband orders soft serve which is everywhere listed on the menu (he wanted m&m). When he asked for soft serve he is told they don’t do soft serve and the only thing they can do is make an m&m milkshake. We decided against m&m milkshake, just order sundae. Once we received sundae after asking and being told what was in it. We find nuts (which can’t eat) and nothing but a cup full of fudge with one scoop of ice cream.

Just moved to Plant city and wanted some ice cream. We normally go to the Rev but didnt want to drive to Brandon that late. Got a waffle cone, drink, and a kids cup. Everything we ordered was out of stock (no chocolate ice cream, brownie pcs, plain waffle cones, etc). I also asked about a pup cup for purchase and they said no but a kiddie cup, so I got that for my dog. When I got up to the window, a lady(a man took my order) asked if I wanted a pup cup for my dog after I bought the icecream cup...frustrating. The dipped waffle cone was stale, no crunch at all. My husbands refresher drink was all syrup, and my icecream tasted freezer burnt..not just a little, but full on nasty. Waste of $10 bucks. Ill go to the twistee treat from now on or go to Brandon to The Rev

So I came for two milkshakes.... my wifes chocolate was severely watery and had ice chips floating in it (idk but Im pretty sure ice isnt an ingredient in a milkshake) and my cookies and cream had literal chunks of ice and was also watery. When youre charging $6 for a milkshake you could at least make a real one and take the time to make sure its fully blended. Will never come back here again and if you dont want to get ripped off I suggest you do the same

I will never again order a birthday cake from them.I placed a special order for one from this location. When I went in to pick up the cake I was informed that there had been a freezer malfunction and that my item had melted. I asked them to re-order the item and was told there would be no problem. After two weeks I had not been contacted by anyone, and went in to ask about my order. I was told that they could not find any record of my order, so I filled out a new order form and was told management would contact me about it by the end of the week. That was 4 weeks ago and counting.All I want to do is give them money in exchange for a delicious grasshopper pie. I dont understand why this should be as much of a struggle as it is.

Change your gloves!!! The girl that served me had a glove on one hand and proceeded to handle the register, money, get coffee and then touch my donuts! Eewww! I had to ask her to change her gloves. Another hotel carried a glove around wadded up in her hand and then put it on. Its been in her sweaty germ infested hand for 5 minutes!! Not very happy to serve you either.

WE went to this store for the 1st and LAST time tonight. Instead od 31 flavors, they had 16 available with 4 more covered over. Only about 4 of them were properly identified. You had to guess what was what. Mt wise and I went ther to get a waffle cone with hard ice cream, although wr could have gotten a waffle cone almost next door aft Twistee Treat with soft ice cream. They had NO Congress, other than the very small child size. We were alsoconsidering getting some doughnuts to take home for breakfast over the next couple days. They had, maybe, 4 choices and only 1 or 2 of each of those. Suffice iyer ti say, we will drive to Lakeland in the future to go to a Dunkin/ Baskin Robbins in the future.

Love the product but I wonder if this store could be cleaner than it is?

This location is one of the worst in 3 counties! They never get the order right, they rarely ever have what you want. The store floor behind the counter is always wet and slippery from what looks to be spilled milk. We went in and ordered for multi people and only after we waited on our order did the girl come tell us that they had no waffle cones and no special of the month ice cream left. It took us 30 mins to finally get our order for four ppl. So very sad

The Baskin-Robbins is pretty good. Too bad the Dunkin Donuts is terrible.

They are part of Dunkin Dounuts which when you want just an ice cream you may wait. I stood there 7 minutes waiting for someone to help me. Better to get a doughnut.

I paid $4.59 plus tax for a very very small Reese milkshake that was just really cold milk with with a crumb of Reese at the bottom No ice cream in it.
