I purchased a couple of pieces of furniture they look great. Will go back

I would like to share my experience in purchasing furniture from the Plant City Big Lots store. We purchased a living-room set and a patio set for our new house that was being built. We stored the furniture we purchased in our garage for a few months until we could move in. As we were moving in this weekend and bringing our new furniture inside our home we noticed a tear in one of the couches. I immediately called the store and told them. I was nervous because we had it stored for so long that they wouldnt let us exchange it but they did!! They were so nice about it and we were able to exchange for one that wasnt torn!! I want to give a shout out to Toni and Alexandria for their excellent customer service!! Thank you for going above and beyond for your customers today!!! You bothe get a 5 star rating from us!!! Thank you Thank you!!! 🙂🙂

Shelves were somewhat empty as is everywhere. Never shopped at this location. Staff very friendly.

Lisa who works at the plant city store is what you call a dedicated worker, this lady worked with me and my mom and had multiple customers that came in at the same time for furniture .She treated everyone the same with the upmost respect wanting to help she didn’t allow the challenge of different customers needs affect her or her work ethic she showed NO frustration. This is what I call excellent customer service & genuine & not because it’s her job. I live In Tampa and anytime I want to go to big lots I will skip the one by my home and go to plant city on Collins rd just because there is an awesome person like Lisa who work there. She deserves a raise keep up the great customer service we need more people like her when dealing with customers

This place is very good. I went there to buy recliner sofa. Staff was very helpful and friendly, Austin & John guided me. Austin showed be all the available option, Also he answered all my question with patience.He introduced me to John ( Store manager ), John explained me all the details and helped me to get best deal on Sofa. It was great experience.

Prices are Great, nice selection of Linens,Towels,Household goods! Outdoor chairs,tables,lawn statues, food items, toiletries, just has alot, of items needed and explore all !

Staff is very friendly. 5 stars would be deserved if they had a couple of power chairs for handicapped patrons.

They have a lot if kitchen imolements furniture and groceries. Some stuff like Bobs red Mill is over priced in my opinion. But thats a specialty item.

Beware of their Delivery Guys. Their idea of delivery and set-up is to dump boxes where you intend to set up your, in this case, sectional couch for $60. I dont usually complain but thats some pass the buck bs if I ever saw it..

Store is and well stocked. Isles are a little small. Difficult for two buggies to pass. Love to shop here for the good buys.

I bought about $80 worth of stuff and would have got twice that if the items that I wanted had had been priced I would say that if theres as many not priced items as they are priced items Im getting to where I dont like to go there because of that I like to see the price on something when I pick it up

I like the Plant City store, the staff is always friendly and helpful. I save a lot of money here when I buy generic Allegra for allergies, as well as dental treats for dogs and many other items. After 3 visits using the Reward card, you get a coupon for $5 off a $15 purchase or $15 off $75.

Items not priced, or priced incorrectly.Displays are a mess.Merchandise selection is lacking and leaves much to be desired.However, with that being said, the associates are friendly enough

Store is always clean even though it is a extremely older building you do have to watch the food items in the store a lot of times they are out of date so watch before you buy but most of the time I really get good deals when I go in there customer service is always friendly

Tried to go Big Lots in Brandon, couldnt find it, so we went to Plant City Big Lots. Found what we were looking for, and left the store a satisfied customer.

Are you kidding me? Kaleb at the front and Dennis on furniture--friendliest guys ever!! Dennis helped me with a return of a faulty piece of furniture, helped me to the car, helped me get it in the car...with a smile the ENTIRE time! Outstanding customer service and just friendly...rare anymore. Great job Big Lots!, these guys are keepers!

This particular big lots is not good, seems no one here wants to work. Guess I have to give them a star or they wont let me post this but it doesnt deserve a star

Clean and organized with friendly staff. Only complaint is that it needs a cart corral in the parking lot.

Theyre fine. They need to work on their online holding times though. You buy something online and you got to get there in one or two days, or your item is gone.

We went for the Mexico brand pecan frozen treats. They are one of a few stores that carry this treat. We always find good value on pet and other housewares too.

Bought so many bags of chips on sale, everything was decent priced for I what I purchased. Things for the bathroom are priced great. Hand soap refills for 2.00 cant beat it.

Id been looking around for a new recliner and couldnt find anything that I liked, so I went into Big Lots and found a beautiful rocker recliner at 25% off an already great price.

We Just purchased a love seat and sofa, saved over 400 dollars compared to rooms to go.

Its OK. The store is roomy and has quite a few items, although very limited in the variety as compared to other Big Lots I have visited in the past.

My bf used to work here and its pretty good. I wanted Cuban bread tho and they didnt have any lol.

You can find lots of things but I wish it was nicer I side. Doesnt have to feel like a dollar store but kinda does.
