I had several platter orders for my Moms Celebration of life. The platters were from Deli, Bakery and Produce Departments. I wish I could have gotten everyones name but they went over and beyond to make sure all was perfect for my Moms Celebration of life.With my emotions and stress level of losing my mom, Staff from these Depts  was very curtious, professional and the platters turned out great. I would like to express my appreciation & gratitude for the compassionate & great  customer service that so many businesses lack these days. The event was on August 12th 2021. I normally shop at Aldi and Publix but occasionally stop into this WD when Im in the plaza. I rarely feel as much of a burden to others than when I place my overpriced groceries on the belt for the cashier to ring up for me. Im reminded why I dont come here often when the cashiers are consistently blatantly rude. How Aldi cashiers can manage to fake a smile yet the WD cashiers cant, may have something to do with poor management. Who knows. I sure dont.

Prices are so ridiculously high!! Food is good quality, meats included, but not worth it. Elsewhere has just as good of quality groceries but much better prices.

Very nice location. Clean and only a small crowd. I love that they still have real butchers there. It is great to be able to order special cuts of meats.

I recently had a bad experience with an employee at this store. This person was filling in (not employed at this location) they were an affiliate from another Winn Dixie. I won’t go into details about what happened. Things didn’t go well for me with this particular individual. I had to get the manager involved and he was a HUGE help. I want to send a BIG THANK YOU to Henry Falcon. I appreciate EVERYTHING you did to fix/correct the situation. He was VERY kind and professional. Thank you Mr. Falcon for doing all you could to make it right! :) It meant a lot to me and it’s always nice to see and meet GOOD and thoughtful people in this world. Again, I really appreciate all that you did to fix the problem.

The lady in the deli Tried to give me the wrong deli meat and thought I wouldnt of noticed I had to correct her and she tried to play it off and was a since of adittude afterwards..:(

Shop here regularly all the staff is nice and the bakery does a really good job on their cakes. I brought the Strawberry Shortcake was really good and strawberries were fresh.

Winn Dixie of Plant City is my favorite Grocery store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Cathy and Nitalia are always helpful like this evening. They support and give honor to Veterans of our community. Very good prices also.

We bought French bread from the bakery before the sell by date, which was yesterday. There is mold on it today. I ate some yesterday & didnt notice any but I did wake up sick today. Coincidence? Maybe. Selling moldy bread that says on the label it is guaranteed to be fresh? Disgusting and dangerous.

I have always enjoyed shopping at this store. Friendly employees. The manager has been at this location for a long time and recognizes a lot of his customers. Very local neighborhood feel to this store.

I love it when their fruit be on sale.

At the time of covid-19 you can tell The employees are stressed out but still serving the community. Most are friendly and helpful. I find it disheartening that some are wearing their safety masks at the neck or chin and not covering their faces. They are taking chances with our health as well as their own.

This store has the best prices for groceries in town. A great place to buy cheaper but a good quality of food.

Although there are some good deals here, the customer service is lacking. I walked past employee after employee. Not one said anything to me. Not even a hello or a can I help you. The first time someone employed here spoke to me was at checkout and it was a comment about what I was buying. That was it. Not even a goodbye or thank you. The only employee that was nice and said thank you was the carriage collector. Go for the deals but dont expect any great service.

The store is clean and there are very helpful employees. They actually checked in the back for an item that was not on the shelf. They found it and I was able to get the item I needed. I also liked their produce section. No produce was going bad. They had a nice variety of products to choose from. Glad cashier asked about my coupons because I had forgotten to hand them over.

I want to give a 5 star to Monique in the Pharmacy she helped me save a lot of money on my prescriptions today..She is an Angel and she had a lot of patience with me. She is an asset to the Plant City Store..

Winn Dixie has great sales every week and lots of BOGOs. We especially like the St. Louis style ribs. And they carry the refrigerated Healthy Pets dog and cat food.

I really feel like people sleep on Winn-Dixie. They have BOGOs just like Publix does and they have better prices to begin with. It really is a nice place to shop and inexpensive at that. This location in particular is incredibly clean as well!My only piece of advice to the owner/store manager? Create a system/training to help the customers get checked out more quickly. It can sometimes take longer than it needs to take.

This store is always so clean and organized. Staff is very friendly and Manager Henry is excellent with the customers and employees. I have a ot of respect for a store that treats their employees with dignity and respect. In overall, I usually find great sales and items Im looking for. Highly recommend the Plan City Winn Dixie.

Departments:Deli- Has fresh cut meats, as well as boxed, ready to eat foods. Also has cookies.Pharmacy- Short wait, but selective in clients.Seafood/ butchery- Good selection of premium cuts of beef, as well as generic seafood such as shrimp and crawdads.Interior:Usually clean and well kept.Service:Bagging your items yourself is common, unless there is a spare worker around. Other than that, its quick and easy.The reason Im omitting 5 stars is not due to the store itself, but the road directly outside.The lack of speed bumps, coupled with a liquor store right next door leads to aggressive / speedy drivers who make walking into the store a strained experience.

I love Tana (not sure if thats spelled right) in the liquor store. Shes always helpful and friendly. She is very knowledgeable and gives great suggestions. She gives me tips on whats on sale and is just an all around great employee.

Good selection. Store is always clean and well organized. I use their pharmacy and when combined with Good RX and Blink they have the best prices.I changed my review to 2 stars today. I decided to shop at this store Saturday morning. It was trashed. The shelves were empty and the aisles were blocked with carts full of package trash. Of the 10 things on my list (none of which were unusual) I was able to buy about 5. Go across the street to Walmart for stocked shelves and better prices.

I absolutely love our Winn-Dixie. The people are always very friendly, and knowledgeable about the products and locations of things. They are always pleasant and say hello to you. It is a pleasure to shop there. Even with Wal-Mart so close by, I make the trip to Winn-Dixie for most of our groceries. The rewards program is also excellent.

The buffalo wings from the deli are fire so is the cheesy scalloped potatoes. Very good prices also!

Ok. I have to upgrade my grading. I started saving money by coming here especially since using their membership card. The quality is really good, the deals are awesome. Pharmacy has good deals on my prescription when I am using Good Rx.

They have better selection of dog food than most other grocery stores.Very clean & the store layout is customer friendly.They have cute little shopping carts for children to push! Love it!If all Winn Dixies were like this one, ild stay out of Publix!

Out of about half of their sale items, as per usual. Store is clean, the meat counter is amazing and cashiers are friendly. They have changed their rewards program AGAIN, love the perks of a rewards planner but the maintenance of their continual changes is tiring.

The manager on duty announced he can do business his own ways than Winn Dixie companys policies since there is no uniform company policies, which means each store practice their own way. And sadly it appears there is no concerns by management for customers needs and well being

Switched from Wal-Mart 4 months ago, when they required self-checkout nearly exclusively. I have found a great store in Winn-Dixie, with friendly and helpful employees, good selection and great pricing. Never going back to Wal-Mart again.

Ever since Winn Dixie moved in they are constantly moving product around.every time I go in there I have problems finding stuff. Also finding it harder and harder To find a Shell station to get my discount on fuel.been using the store on James Redman in Plant City Florida for about 20 yrs now and almost ready to start shopping at Publix.

Store was clean and not too crowded, cashed was nice. People were very friendly there.

My family and I come here relatively frequently for our grocery needs. Why? Because Winn Dixie has some of the best BOGO deals on meats. The building is older but the store is always clean and orderly. The only thing that you must watch for is on almost every grocery cart there one of the front wheels always pulls one way or the other. But other than that this place is a great place to find great bargins especially on grocery products.

Winn Dixie has some great buy one get one free. Log cabin syrup, stir fry meat, roast rump, beef stew meat, pork chops, etc. Almost everything I got was on my list and it was buy one get one free. Yeaaaa. Thank you Winn Dixie.

This is a nice store but their produce always looks old to me. You can get 100.00 from using your ATM at cash register which is more than most places though.
