We had a nightmare experience with Lowe’s delivery of a $3000 refrigerator. They dropped it in the driveway- flat on its face and spent 45 mins trying to talk us into keeping it, at 10:30 pm!!! Frustrated to say the least, we decided to order the same refrigerator online at Best Buy. So glad we did! The refrigerator came a couple days later. We received emails and texts telling us when it would arrive. The delivery was PERFECT!!! We saved a couple of hundred dollars and didn’t waste 5 hours at the store. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BEST BUY!! I’d give them 6 stars if I could!

The folks are very intentional and take care of the customer in front of them. Appreciate the thoroughness. The gentleman in the camera area was very helpful and instructive, sharing generously from his experience with photography. I am grateful to not have been pushed through a retail encounter....I could get that online. Well done, sir, and others for allowing the curiosity part of the sale to be executed. While Im still curious and dreaming, he helped me have better questions and a foundation to move forward on. A gift the retail experience offers best. During COVID-19, this place was a lifesaver. As someone who primarily works from home — and had family who had to work from home as well — we actually got acquainted with a nice person who works here! To buy 2 TVs, amplifiers, printers and brackets they are great. To help loading in the car terrible. Even when you asked for help. The gentleman in the front door, that does check customers out names Jay was really rude. Not really willing to help and caring less once you’re leaving the store... that’s the type of customer service that you guys provide?Still need to buy other things, will shop around other stores...

I took my computer there on friday to geek squad due to audio driver issues. Gianni was helpful and checked the computer. It needed more work to resolve the issue. Rashid worked on the computer and I was able to get it back on saturday. Awesome turn around time!! When i went to pick it up, Natalie was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very good experience!!

It is a very good Best Buy! Its big, expansive, easy to move around in and very clean to! Inventory was big, but had most of everything I was looking for and then some! Customer service was good, attentive and very friendly to, no problems there! I dont have any complaints, I genuinely enjoyed my experience and the items I got!

They is no one to help you in the store.Im done with best buy. If you want help or need anything repaired find a different company. How is it that you dont tell a customer when their is called protection plan is up when they call cause they have an emergency, tell them everything is fine bring it tomorrow. Then the next day tell them their plan is up that day and you cant do anything. And then tell them they didnt call yesterday so your not helping.This whole company is a rip off in canceling everything I have with them.

This is the worst company Ive ever delt with in my entire life! The good thing is that they carry almost any appliance you may want, HOWEVER, their service is horrendous! First of all, none of the Best Buy stores have working telephones! You cant call them! And, they themselves, cant even call from one store or warehouse to another. If they need to communicate with each other they can only email! We bought a washer and dryer and stovetop and 4 times they did not show up at the scheduled appointments! And, when they dont show up there is no way to call and contact them to find out where they are!!! And, when I did speak to them there were no apologies! They are the absolute worst! If you purchase from them you are making a huge mistake. The service people, for the most part, are incompetent. Do yourself a favor, go someplace else. Ive never been more disappointed in a company than I am with Best Buy. If I could leave them no stars, I would.

Worst customer service ever expected from a tech store. No one really bother to help or recommended . Have to ask 3 customer service people to find a laptop ram and they dont even know where to look for it left or right front or rear of the store.No recommendations on products .Extremely disappointed . Ray was very helpful. If I purchase at Best buy or bring in my own equipment. Ray gave me the confidence both can be done. Either route I go, price is right and he gave me an informed choice to make. I will definitely get my Camry done here. Tried other shops who knew Best Buy would be my top choice for Car Audio equipment and installation. Ray made that perfectly clear. Great guy!!!!

I come to this BB all the time but, today I was super pleased with Cesar helping me. I was looking for an item that said it was in stock. I asked someone else to help with no luck. Went to CS where I they called someone to search in the back. The young man that was assisting me is named Cesar. At first he wasnt able to find the item so I decided to purchase something similar but it cost a little more. I was waiting in line for a while and while waiting Cesar came to me and said he found it! I was so happy and thanked him graciously for his kindness and efforts. Curbside pickup is a huge waste of time. Inching my car in line. Why can I not just go in store and pick up in 2 minutes? Store is open for normal shoppers, but not in-store pick up. Just a bunch of wasted time and inching my car in line. At least Walmart let you just sit in 1 space and wait.

Not that good if you need a refund as they want you to take a gift card. Its a big company, but they want you to go back to where you actually bought it. Not that easy if you bought from them online. So take care, otherwise its what you would expect. Plenty of parking available.

Horrible service. This is what I get for trying to support physical location store instead of buying online. I was told stand in a line for the specific department I was going to purchase from. I know exactly my item. I had it pulled on my phone. I stayed in that line and other customers walked in and got help by associates while I am standing there. I tried to ask for help, no one there cares whatsoever. Dont go to that location. Since when retailers doing customers favors, it is the other way around, customers support retailers.

Pretty good experience. Purchase a DJI MINI 2 drone. Love the drone, coolest thing ever. However Ive been to several Best Buy stores recently and all of the drone accessories are out of stock. Kinda sux but probably not Best Buys fault at all. Other than that, was a great experience.

I went here to buy an over the range microwave. The one I wanted wasnt in stock at any Best Buy. The guy who ran the appliance department went out of his way to even check a competitor for me. Folks, THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! From this point forward, I will ALWAYS try Best Buy first! Rather then send me packing and just telling me, Sorry, we dont have it. He took a couple extra minutes to make sure I was a satisfied customer. You NEVER find this kind of service anywhere. This is why you cant have young people running the place. Light on helpful staff. Walked around semi-lost for 30 minutes shopping for an amp/rcvr and not one person asked if i needed help. Had to interrupt a staff member to ask for speaker wire... he grunted and pointed to a shelf that was barely stocked with 3 overpriced brands. When I asked is this all the wire they had he snapped back THATS IT! Cherry on top is they did not give me a receipt after I paid. They emailed it instead, without even asking, to an unmonitored account. Unfortunately I did not realize I did not have the receipts until I was in the car. I had to then call the the store only to learn they were not accepting calls. Another 10 minutes and connected with Corp Cust srvc which after another 15 minutes was able to email me a copy of the receipt..... not the best experience

I went to buy a dishwasher around two weeks ago. I was greeted in the appliance department by Stephan Shelton. It seems he works for Pacific Kitchen and Home. This salesperson was pushy, inconsiderate and abrasive. He did not listen to one of my needs from a dishwasher although I told him I wanted a certain brand but kept redirecting me to other brands that I was not interested in.I did mention I needed a refrigerator. Although I told him that the space for the refrigerator was difficult for the narrow space I had at home, he tried online without any luck to find one. He was very conceding towards me and acted because I was female I could not measure the width, length and depth for the space my new appliance. He apparently wanted to add a refrigerator to my order I never consented to.In addition, the cashier who handles payment for my Best Buy credit card took all my money and applied to my card without my consent. I had told that I only wanted to pay the amount of the bill for the dishwasher. When I wanted her to change cancel the transaction and apply the credit to the card, she acted like she nothing wrong and called the manager over. Stephen decided to step in at point because he nothing else to do. He decided to take it upon himself to redo the transaction for the cashier.Overall this was the worse buying experience of my life. I felt embarrassed and humiliated. I think Best Buy needs to retrain their staff or consultants about good customer service. I am NEVER buy anything any from Best Buy again. I will also be cancelling my credit card it them.

This location was very busy with customers on Black Friday. I think that the store was not prepared for that huge of a turnout. Very nice store but not enough employees at the time I visited the store. Slow getting in and slow getting out. Best Buy is still one of my favorite store.

We recently purchased a Viking oven from Best Buy. We had several problems with the oven but after multiple service calls and attempts to fix the issues, Best Buy ultimately replaced it. The second oven had problems as well, but these were rectified without issue. (I personally would not recommend this oven because the construction is lacking in quality, especially for the high cost. But that is not the reason Im writing this review). My issue is that Mega Bros did the initial preparation of the wood frame for the oven. The work they did was shoddy and sloppy and left us with open and ragged spaces. We were made aware of the problem by another company (Appliance Pros) that BB called in to look at the first defective appliance. Best Buy didnt want to address the issue with the poor preparation of the frame any further, giving us the excuse that too much time had passed before we made them aware of the problem. However, Covid had just started and we didnt want any more service people in our house at the time. Apparently, in order to appease us, we were sent a letter from Property Claims (through a company called Sedgwick), informing us that we would hear something from Mega Bros in a few days. We never heard anything from Mega Bros and made several attempts to call and email Sedgwick to get answers. We have also reached out multiple times to the Best Buy store manager without any response. This is no way to treat customers, let alone loyal customers. We have bought several appliances from Best Buy over the years and have been satisfied with the merchandise until now. However, the store failed to appropriately address and rectify the problem created by Mega Bros and we are very dissatisfied with the way it was handled.

Curbside pickup could not find my order and waited over an hour. Initially I was told I will just have to cancel the order I dont know what else to tell you ..but after escalating they were able to find it. Total time in line was over 2 hours for a 10 dollar item. No real apology offered either.

Forced into curbside pickup by the website. When I arrived to wait in the disorganized mess they call curbside pick up I was then handed my order whos package was visibly damaged. The rep who gave me the item happily ran off and because of my busy schedule was not able to go back into the store today. I called customer service and told them the item needs to be replaced or refunded ( even partially for damaged item) ASAP for a Christmas present and was told my only option was returning the item after Christmas because their stores are closed. Customer service fell short here. Why are you charging your customers full price for damaged items?

Average BestBuy but the curbside pickup in front of the store is terrible. I dont know who came up with that idea but God is it awful. If they had their curbside pickup in parking spots it would be great. I have no idea why they decided to have this blocked off section of the street just to have a curbside pickup spot.
