Rainer works with the service department and he has been a huge help for me. My car had many things wrong with it that were hard to uncover but he gets to the bottom of it. He has made sure I get to work on days when my car is not in my possession and overall just a massive help to me.

On first glance, it doesnt look like much but its a busy shop and theres not much time for chit-chat aside from what work is needed. Tony was a very capable and competent person to work with. He gave me a reasonable estimate quickly and told me what would be expected. The times that I called I had to remind him what car I had and what was being done. To be honest, I was beginning to have doubts especially since the car was taking longer than expected but then I saw the work.The work was beautifully done and the color was very well matched. I needed to have the rear spoiler and fuel door repainted so it wasnt a major painting job but it was worth what I paid and I was very pleased with the result.I had been referred to the location by my service advisor at the Hyundai dealership close by and was told to ask for Lisa but ended up working with Tony. He was friendly and pleasant to talk to when I came and I must say Ill bring my car here in the future. Its difficult to find a good paint shop to trust your car to but I can definitely recommend this location.

My car is just barely two years old. 26,000 miles. They have had to replace my battery three times now, while claiming that the amount of miles I drive is the reason. Apparently it’s normal to replace your battery once a year... now my transmission and engine light pop up for service. Drop my car off yesterday and no one has called me. I have called 6 times, just rings and rings and rings. This place is the worst. I will never buy a car here again. “We wouldn’t sell you a car, we wouldn’t drive ourselves”, yeah I call BS.

Friendly place to visit. Have had my vehicles serviced here for many years. From top to bottom they are too notch when it comes to vehicle sales and repairs.

This collision center is absolutely the BEST in south florida. The customer service is phenomenal and the body work they do is outstanding to say the least. Lisa kept me informed with every step my car went through while it was with them. Even though I live approximately 50 miles from them I will always travel the distance to have them do any work to my vehicles.

I brought my car into Massey last weekend for an oil change and was extremely impressed with their services. I was greeted by a technician named Will. Will was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. He assured me that my car would be finished in a timely manner and it was. But that wasnt what impressed me most about Will. While waiting for my vehicle in the waiting room, Will walked in to inform a customer that his vehicle was ready. The customer, who was elderly and delicate, was sitting down on the sofa. As the customer struggled to get up from the sofa, Will walked over, reached out his hand and offered to help him up. Like I said, I was extremely impressed with Wills act of kindness and want him to know it doesnt go unnoticed.

Had awesome customer service BUT felt very taken advantage of as this was my first time searching for a car - alone at that. Had no intentions of buying whatsoever and felt like I couldn’t leave without saying I would buy. Spent 2.5 hours there when I made it very clear I was only there to test drive and that was ALL.
