Do not order from here. Our item took 3 months to arrive, and when it finally arrived, it had missing screws on both doors and a huge paint chipped on the front of the console. Customer service did not offer any incentives and only offered to deliver another furniture in 5 months from today. City Furniture has never given me this problem. I will not be returning to this location.

Worst furniture shopping experience of my life! My husband and I go to the rooms to go store to buy a new sofa for our house. We met a nice salesman and he helped us pick one out, easy enough. We were charged for the sofa sign no problem. We get a call for our delivery date to confirm a time. We then got a call the day of the delivery to tell us they were not delivering the furniture because they do not have it and it won’t be in for another month or more. My husband is a veteran and he has plates pins and screws in his back and he cannot sit on the floor as we had given away the old sofa when they told us a new one was on the truck on the way here.Then I get a call saying that the sofa isn’t coming, Our couch is gone because we gave it away and now we have nowhere to sit especially my husband. I spent several hours on the phone between rooms to go, the delivery service and anyone else that I could find to talk to about this issue. So finally I find a very nice manager Rafael Martinez he is a nice guy and was trying to come up with a solution. At first he wanted to loan me a couch and have me pay for it and then they would pick it up when they brought the couch that I already paid for in the first place. Well guess what the couch came just fine they took back the loaner couch just fine but they double charged my credit card. I got charged for the sofa twice once in September and once in October.I am still on the phone arguing with them over why would I pay twice for one sofa so due to this reason I definitely cannot recommend the store I myself will never step foot in the store again and I recommend that to save yourself the headache you don’t either!!!! It is absolutely disgusting that they double charged and now guess what Rafael Martinez is not so helpful anymore!Save your money a headache and possibly being charged twice for the same item and just stay away from this Rooms To Go. Shame on them for taking advantage of anyone let alone a veteran!

Michael was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the products. I came into the store looking for a specific leather sofa. He was able to immediately let me know without looking that the item was on back order. He directed me to four other leather recliner sets in the color of my choice. He was helpful, not pushy and gave me time to make a final decision while staying nearby in case I had questions. I would definitely go to him for future business.

Went looking for a recliner sofa there are some nice furniture in there. The sales person was helpful, informing me of the different options as I wonder around the store which had a fresh atmosphere.

My recent trip to Rooms To Go at Sawgrass was pleasant. Bill was very patient while we browsed the store and picked out new living room furniture. Prices were also reasonable. Product delivery will take much longer just to supply chain delays like everything else right now so don’t expect immediate delivery.

I absolutely would recommend purchasing furniture from this Rooms-To-Go! Everyone there is so proactive and ready to help but also allow you to explore the showroom without feeling the pressure to buy. When we found the couch we wanted we had the pleasure of working with Rosita. She really took the time to understand what we wanted and got us the best deal! Unfortunately due to Covid our shipping date was over 2 months away but she assured us she would work hard to try as get it to us sooner. Rosita touched base with us every week and she was able to get us the couch a month and half before our original expected delivery date! We are thankful for her diligence behind the scenes. The prices were reasonable during the Memorial Day weekend sale. The only con is we have to wait about 45 days to receive our items which was to expect. It’s almost the same everywhere .

2 years ago I went to this store to purchase a living room set. I went back today because I had a great experience the first time, and once again I was not disappointed. My husband and I recently bought a set of queen size mattress and bed frame. The frame delivered was the wrong size so we contacted the store: We had the pleasure of speaking to Mr. Rafael (manager) who immediately gave instructions to the pick-up area for the correct one to be waiting for us. He met us personally when we went to pick up the new frame, and made sure we were happy with everything. Today, I called the store to follow-up on a credit to my account and spoke to Marta (showroom) . She was as helpful, courteous, and professional as Mr. Rafael. She quickly resolved my issue and explained when I might see the credit on my account. I can only say wonderful things about my experience with both employees. I bought a carpet that was on clearance from them thinking they might have too many. The sale floor person Camela never told us that it was a dirty used carpet from the sale floor. When we took it home we found a dead crockroches on it, it was super filthy When I call the store to explain that to one of the managers Rachelle she was very rude, yelling at me, no apology from her. She told me the store doesn’t have crockroches. I wonder how it got there since I never open the carpet. Be careful what you buy from them, you might get infested products. First time I saw a crock roche in the brand new house I just bought.

The salesman told us when we bought our sofas that if we purchase the extended warranty, any damage to our sofas will be covered for the next 5 years but it actually only covered the next 4 years so of course when we finally need to make a claim, we discover that it’s actually no longer under warranty and there are actually several types of damages that aren’t covered. Confirm exactly what you’re getting with the warranty before you purchase instead of trusting what the salesman has to say

Chris was a great help at the store. My complaint is with delivery. I have had 2 deliveries with damage. My first delivery the leather power recliner couch had scuff marks on the bottom and it was not aligned. The love seat had a scratch on the arm. Replacement delivery arrived and one of the recliners is very noisy so after waiting 2 weeks for service someone comes and tells me well be back we have to order the parts. Next delivery was for my 4 tables that have been on back order since August 16th. Tables arrived on Friday and 2 of the 4 tables have scratches and dent on the wood.
