This is without a doubt THE BEST Barnes and Nobel. It is the perfect size to wander around in but not get lost. Very clean and well organized. Before moving for college I would constantly go here just to chill with friends or eat at the cafe. The set up is so comfortable and fun I love that the cafe is on its own raised platform in the center. Plenty of seating and the staff are very sweet and good at their job. If you go to the cafe I recommend the Feta and Spinach stuffed pretzel or the Pizza stuffed pretzel. My sister and I have been going here and enjoying those pretzels for a few years now ! Overall I highly recommend you visit this Barnes and Nobel!

I like the calm atmosphere accompanied with the smell of books, making it an ideal book lovers home away from home. Plus you can pick up a sweet treat at the cafe! I only gave it one star off of perfection, because some of the books can be a bit pricey and they seemed to be low on stock when I got there. Otherwise its an enjoyable place to stop by.

If youve ever been to a Barnes & Noble, this is a good one. They have the books, the kids area, the games products, the coffee area, the music section, etc. Its clean, bathrooms are decent, enough parking, and enough space. The books are always organized, enough sales, and personally, I enjoy the Starbucks coffee area where you can pick a table to study, work, or enjoy your books. My only issue is, some of the staff in my experience, were standoffish. Though some were friendly, some came off rude and short in conversation. Overall though, in an era of disappearing bookstores, this can be your safe spot to read, find books, be around books, buy presents for your family & friends, get some study or work done, and simply get away to relax.

Great atmosphere and good place to buy books and other goodies. Manga section is a bit small but good selection regardless. Very quiet and very nice employees. Definitely recommend getting their membership if youre a frequent visitor you wont regret it.

So this Barnes & Noble doesnt have a/c. There are big white ducts hanging in the corner for what I assume is a portable a/c unit that cools off nothing. So prepare to sweat through your clothes of youre here for an extended amount of time.The Starbucks inside doesnt brew coffee. Its literally a button on a machine and what comes out could never be mistaken for coffee. Imagine 5th time use coffee grinds and being charged for liquid sugar.Horrible experience. With as many locations as they have either find another one or just order it online.

I wish we had a Barnes & noble in pompano beach . Also Aventura or North Miami beach . dont let me forget and the City of Pembroke pines.

The best location! I had problem with my nook book and I wasn’t able to update it on my own at home, so I came there and Lori helped me out, I left my book with her and she did all the updates. She was very helpful. Customer service is outstanding.

The books our kids wanted were there, so we didnt need to go anywhere else! I really hope they dont go away like a lot of businesses are...

Such a peaceful environment. Perfect place for studying, doing paperwork, or simply relaxing away from noise. Of course you can get an amazing book (or a few) and read in peace and quiet. The Cafe is an amazing bonus. One of my favorite places to go to.

First time at this location was a major success! Was able to find everything I was looking for and even more. The selection was amazing and the store was well kept and followed covid protocols. Shout out to Elizabeth who made our experience even better! Was super helpful and polite! Definitely will be coming back :)

Like usual, its a joy going to a Barnes & Noble! Its big, clean, easy to walk through, the works! Inventory is huge in all aspects of books, there is a little bit of everything for everyone if you look hard enough. Customer service was grade A and nice to talk to, nothing bad there! No negatives, the usual quality of everything in regards to a B&N, and it was nice to actually get something to this time!

It has been ages since I visited an actual bookstore. It was a very pleasant experience overall, considering customer service, atmosphere, variety of books and other items available. The chairs they had for customers to sit on were wooden and did not look very comfortable to sit on but maybe those are easier to keep clean. The Starbucks at this location seems pretty popular as many of the tables were occupied.

There is still something to be said about going to an actual bookstore and browsing the shelves and taking an hour to read a few chapters. This staff here was very attentive and super helpful. I highly recommended this place.

Overpriced. Online prices dont match in-store prices. Seems to be a good place to visit if you want to read a book for free, but prices are much better elsewhere.

This store is Amazing!! It was very clean with hand sanitizers located, conveniently, throughout the store. Bathrooms are kept fresh. The Cafe was fully stocked, with both quick and efficient service. The young man working the info desk was very helpful and even offered to pre-order Laurel K Hamiltons book for me. The Cashier was very accommodating and took a genuine interest in all of her customers. The building is a little tucked away but I left feeling like family, and I have a new Hardcover! Deemed safe for all.

My daughter loves manga and this store has a great variety. The store is well maintained and quiet, and the employees are always helpful when we are looking for something specific.

Came in looking for specific books 📚. The help desk was manned. I asked for assistance and received help quickly and expeditiously. It really took the stress out of looking for those books.It is a well lit bookstore and has a Starbucks

They still have some space for you to take a book and read. The café is always busy because who does not want a treat while reading.

Was a really nice experience. The store is well maintained and the staff is welcoming. Is organized like most Barns & Nobles so it isnt difficult to find your way. Due to current circumstances it isnt as enjoyable as it used to be, but despite the adjustment its seating area is still functional.

Good selection and availability for any book genre you might be looking for. The Spanish books are a little limited, but still quite a few options. I love the journal selection.

Okay place no one asked if they could help me when I did ask for help I got a real nasty attitude from the employees

Up until this day, I had never had to personally teach a grown adult manners and respect. I went into this location to return two books never before opened, and the manager would only take one because of a smudge on the cover that I was able to remove with the sleeve of my sweatshirt. I went back to the counter to show him the smudge was nothing more than a removable smudge. He offered store credit again, which I did not want so I kindly asked if he could return my money back to me in full. After standing there for a few moments he hesitantly decided to do a full refund. Being as though I was gracious and thankful, I proceeded to say “Thank you” is the most genuine way possible. The manager then looked at me, turned around and walked away. I then said loudly, surprised by the disrespect, “you could say you’re welcome”, which he then followed in condescending and negative tone “you’re welcome.”After that interaction the women checking me out had nothing to say to me in response to me saying “that was the most unprofessional manager I have ever dealt with.” Since she continued to ignore my clearly upset demeanor, I quietly walked over to the manager again to tell him first that I was grateful that he allowed me to return the book and that he was doing a great job enforcing covid protocols, but the negative attitude I received was really disappointing and shocking coming from a manager and that it absolutely was uncalled for. Lastly, I would like to point out that there was a huge lack of professionalism seen across all levels of staff. To the manager who thought it was appropriate to blatantly disrespect and disregard customers in his store, I would like to say if you can’t hold yourself to standards of treating ALL people with respect please find a different career path. Possibly one that does not require human interaction.

Great Manga collection

In the cafe and outside of the café many patrons were not wearing masks even without food or drink with them. One woman kept standing up without her mask and staff did nothing. Manager was very rude and refused to ask people to wear masks despite explicitly posting everywhere that masks are required! Manager himself was not wearing a mask, only a clear shield.

Love Barnes & Noble! The atmosphere is great. Theres a little coffee and pastry spot in the middle of the store. The smell of fresh coffee and new books...it doesnt get much better than that.

I used to go to the Barnes and noble in Coral Springs until they shut down and I never really liked the one next to my school in boca, however finding this one was a gem. The customer service is incredible and there’s an adorable music section that adds a unique taste to the place. It’s my new favorite bookstore

There is nothing like having a book in your hand. The smell and the texture of the books is something I will always cherish. You can smell it all throughout the bookstore. Its a good place to sit and relax with a book and have coffee. Theres not a lot of people in the store so its comfortable. Its safe during the covid-19 epidemic. Books are becoming obsolete and soon future generations will never experience the smell and texture of a book and how holding one gives the story power.

This Barnes and Nobles is big and beautiful. It has a little coffee shop with pastries. Many places to sit around the bookstore. Well organized and pretty helpful staff.

It was so nice going into a book store after so long. I could have stayed all day but my wife kicked me out.

I LOVE this store.

Wide variety of books. Lots of space to sit down and read and get lost in your favorite book. We went and got a few books for the kids and sat down so my son could read. Also enjoyed a free tall ice coffee from Starbucks located in the store because we are rewards members. Plenty of parking in their easy to navigate parking lot. This location is tucked away on University drive. I recommend turning at Federated road then make your first left. This will put you near to the front entrance of the store. I love how this b&n has accommodated to social distancing and rearranging the store to shop safely. I will knock off 1 star for there poor selection of Funko Pops.I will visit them again.

They didnt have what I went to the store looking for however it was good. Starbucks in the middle of the store, people were reading there. It felt like library. I loved it!

Nice B&N. This is a large B&N. It is a really nice one. There is a centrally located Cafe on an elevated island with two levels of seating. A nice childrens area at the back

Great manga selection

I enjoyed coming in to Barnes and Nobles looking at the new books. Dont like that there arent as many physical bookstores around as when I was growing up during my young adult and adult years. Because now you can read them electronically and or listened to them electronically.

We asked one of the workers for help and he was just annoyed and barely gave us any guidance. We decided to buy the book we were looking for on Amazon. The point of going to Barnes & Nobles is the service and the physical experience you get, otherwise I can do it all myself online and cheaper.

Loved the store, I whent looking for one book in particular, only to reach the register holding nine, and having to remove a few for the sake of my wallet.. it was not easy hahaa, everything was so well organized, and the workers were pretty well versed with most of the authors. My one grievance, was my struggle to find anyone working the floor. It was kinda hard for a little while. Although luckily once you spot one employee, you kinda start spotting em all. They were here and there, I guess my eyes just missed their ID badges. Would deffiently return, over and over again!

It is a wonder that at least one major bookstore has survived the ravages of Amazon. There is a great sense of community within this location. The coffee service is very consumer oriented. The store is clean and neat and well organized. Highly recommended. Come and see and take in the atmosphere reminiscent of bookstores of old.
