I love rack room when I was done the young lady checked the box and notice the box had dif shoe sizes in it. She was nice about it and went to look for the right size. Her coworker on the other hand I didnt care for the way she came off but 🤷‍♀️ I am still gonna shop there lol

The store was well managed. I loved the greeting by a team lead name Deandre. He showered me with a greeting the moment I walked in the store. Then he helped me and my husband with a pair of slippers. He went beyond what most will do. The young lady that was there checking us out was very professional. She engaged in conversation with us about our trip, she helped do a order for us even though we was going out of town. I commend Deandre and I believe her name was Melanie. Two young people who Do their job to the T. We are definitely coming back there and just may consider asking for them two for assistance. Thank you RRS.

Robert. That is the only name you need to know. Extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. When you are checking out and the customer ahead of you tells the manager, you need more employees like him, pointing back at Robert, you know you have been treated well! Everyone in the store was nice and helpful, but Robert will be the sole reason for my next stop for shoes (no pun intended)!

Rack room shoes had plenty of shoes and they had ample sitting area to try the shoes on.I think that this would be a pretty good place to buy shoes if someone were looking for a new pair of shoes and they wanted to get a good deal and they werent quite sure exactly what shoe they were looking for. you can go here to rack room shoes and try on a variety of different shoes and find something that you feel comfortable in that looks good on you and its the right price.

Well, its a shoe store, so if youre not at least looking for shoes, youre in the wrong place, but beyond that, I had a suprising experience. Like most, Im picky about shoes and either cant find something I like or when I do, cant find my size. This time I was also in a hurry and didnt want to deal with asking for my size, etc. Strangely enough, while I was trying something on, a man sorta helped me. I still dont know who he was, but Im guessing an older employee ir maybe even a manager who was headed to a break, vc he did not spend a lot of time with me, but when I said what I was looking for, he showed me something that had to be one of the best deals in the store. He could have easily not showed me anything or something more expensive, but he showed me where exactly what I wanted had been clearenced out. With the sale they had at the time, I endex up getting two pairs of shoes that were normally $70-$90 each for $62.50 with tax for both. I dont need shoes again for awhile, and I know it was pure luck that clearance was happening at the same time as the sale, but Id go back again.. hopefully I can run into the old man and say thank you.
