The food is AMAZING! Abid, our server was very helpful and explained the dishes. The Sultan Feast best suggestion for a party of 6 big eaters!! Everything was delicious and very affordable.

This place is really nice. The prices are not bad for the location and the food is always done fresh. I wouldn’t mind coming in more often to shop for imported speciality items.

I always find good products and meat here but the customer service is horrible. I am a long time customer but still the service is rude particularly with the guy on the counter. He ignores, says nothing not even how much you have to pay after he rings up. Owner should take care of this issue or keep losing customers.

BAD EXPERIENCE THERE! I wouldn’t even put one start if there’s the option. The cashier guy and the pizza guy start yelling everybody like if we were bothering them because we just wanted to buy pizzas and some stuff they were extremely rude to all the costumer who were there. Fix your problem!

I went there by mistake because I got lost to go to my favorite Arab store which was very close to this one, and I decided to try this one for today but it’s so bad sooooooo bad. This store deserves 0 star not even 1. They don’t put prices in the majority of the items, and at the cashier, they put the price they want. I strongly don’t recommend it

One of the best restaurants serving Mediterranean cuisine in Miami area. Tried a number of items, and all of them were freshly prepared and delicious. The lamb chops were tender and the rice and kabobs were tasty as well.

This place use to be very nice use to love shopping here but recently it’s getting worse since Abdulla the cashier is very rude and has no respect for customer I picked up a can of ghee and the price on the shelve states $8.99 and I read the whole price tag so it was for the right can of ghee so he charges me $14.99 I told it says 8.99 on the shelves so he replied this is the price if you don’t want let me know I don’t have time to argue with you take it or leave it. I am asking the owner of the store to please please bring your store back to how it was this guy is just horrible he is going to get it shut down if he keep up like that also jerasalm market is right across at lest they know how to respect customers

Fruits and vegetables dont have any priceswhen you go to pay they put the prices as they want.Also guys that work at meat are very rude and disrespectful, the cashier as well.Unfortunately they taking advantage because there are not to many muslim markets and they put prices very expensive.

Bakery needs improvement, if you want fresh bread early in the morning dont count on getting it from here they dont open till 9 and by the time the guy that bakes finishes preparing to bake its already noon. Never have I seen a bakery that starts so late they are usually prepped and baking by sunrise. I found Jerusalem market more reliable I dont come to Salam that much anymore unless I want cheese bread for LUNCH!!!

Small but nice. A bit dark tho, but you can find lots of middle eastern Asian spices, pastries and candies.

Today I went to Al Salam groceries and had a terrible experience with cashiers Mr. ABD Alleh. He saw me standing as I was the only one there to pay. He ignored me totally and kept fiddling with things behind the counter. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting to pay as I was the only one there. He finally came and rang me up with out eye contact or even an apology for his behavior. He stood looking away from me while I placed my card to pay. He literally dumped the bread and other produce in a plastic bag and left it there and walked away. Horrible service.... I will never go back there and urge other to do the same till they put their act together and treat customers with respect. Join me in saving others from discrimination.
