I had the best experience I’ve ever had with a wireless carrier. I switch from AT&T. The service and customer service is so much better. They listened to my needs and gave me plans and service that fit accordingly I’m very happy. ASK FOR RONALD HES AWESOME!!!

I had the best customer service at T-mobile located at the Broward Mall (the one across from Buffalo Wild Wings). Micheal Richards was exceptional. I stopped by the store on Saturday just out of curiosity and Micheal was so patient with me that I made sure I went back on Monday to make my purchase when I know he is working. I am glad I did. As indecisive as I was, Micheal and his colleague, Troy listened to me, showed understanding and answered all my questions before proceeding. (I am like a cavewoman when it comes to electronics) If you are looking for competent, caring and amazing customer service, just go there. I highly recommend this place!

Associate tried to tell me Factory warranty doesnt exist and his manager also cosigned that my phone wasnt qualified for factory warranty when I purchased the phone less than 6 months ago and it was malfunctioning. I was dismissed and brushed off by the manager only to go to another store and they took the time to pay attention and find out when my phone was purchased which turns out my phone was qualified for a factory warranty. Very dissatisfied with the service at the Broward Mall store!!!

I just became a new T- Mobil costumer, so far i am impressed with their costumer service, it is incredible... As i was shopping around i had the opportunity to speak with several team members, Andy being one of the first ones, he also happened to be the store manager, he broke down all the information to the last penny of what will cost me to be a new costumer, I was going to have a total of 8 lines and its not a corporation. Once i made my decision i went to the store but Any had taken the day off i almost walked out, but then OJ came and asked how he could help us and took care of my cell phone business. Few minutes into my visit i notice OJ called some one to let them know he was going to be late, as he was over his time at the store. Guess what OJ never rushed us through our visit, in the other hand he took the time to explain everything prior to moving on to the service plan, he smiled at all times, and was extremely personable. We interrupted him a thousand times with questions and he answered them, at all times with a smile he was cool like a cucumber and never lost her cool while we interrupted him. On top of all our family questions, he was training John, and they both tag team to assist us, they upsold somethings but didnt pressure us to buy anything. They did speak of the benefits of buying certain things in the store for our convenience.Please pass by the T Mobil store in Broward mall next to Macys and ask for either of them... they will make sure you leave the store with all answers. I must make the remark that everyone in this store was great if I could give them a grade it would be A+, and OJ and John would be in the honor roll.So far a Happy T-Mobil Costumer, Thank you OJ and John.

Stay away!! Ive visited this location originally to open an account and a few months later to add an additional line to my phone. BOTH times additional things were added to my bill without permission. These employees get paid according to how many lines they add. I could not figure out why my bill was $268 for 2 Phones!! After calling the customer service line I was informed I was being charged for an additional phone line, internet service, and ipods(I am a galaxy user😑) I was able to get everything resolved over the phone but I am BEYOND disgusted. Once I find my receipt with the employees names I will add it to this review so hopefully noone else deals with this.

For my very first time switching to T-mobile ive had the best experience with OJ Mobile Expert and he lives up to his position/title. Very engaging/funny and gives plenty of realistic advise. Ive bought not one but two note20 phones for my gf and I and its works amazing and is fast. If you ever need some help and great service, GO TO HIM .. you wont regret it... so heres an update, please dont let these associates fool you into buying stuff youre not looking for. I was offered a case for both phones and a screenprotector that I could have gotten from five below for waayyy less and better quality then what was given to me, within the same week the screenprotector was coming off and I didnt know they were added to my bill? I thought I payed it all right then and there?

Terrible service. Had 4G switched to 5G and still too many areas with spotty or no service. If my company didn’t pay for T-Mobile I’d definitely be using AT&T or Verizon!

Walked in with a friend on a Monday evening to find a surprising number of folks in the store. We were quickly greeted and helped. My friends phone had been damaged and she needed to walk out with a new one that night, but was unsure about her options with her jump plan. Bilal, the main associate who helped us, answered all of our questions and did not make us feel pressured or rushed into a decision. He provided his recommendations for different brands and stayed past closing to check us out. He reviewed cost break-down with us clearly and also let us know the best way to exit the mall.

TMobile in Broward Mall is very good. The service and staff are usually very helpful whenever I visit the store.

Jorge in particular was rude, unhelpful, and told me he really does not know anything about andriods and called my Fiance a curse word in Spanish. Extremely rude! Considering switching from T-Mobile if they feel that the customer service at this store is acceptable.

If I could give negative stars this store will probably have a -5 review. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER. Please dont waste your time coming to this store and if you do make sure Will is not the person helping you. This people are REALLY RUDE and disrespectful. T-Mobile as a company will take advantage of you. They processed my order improperly which caused me to lose almost $1000, admitted over the recorded line they made a mistake, and then said that since I signed the bill they werent gonna do anything to fix it. I will be disconnecting my family account going forward. The salesmen over at the location will purposely misguide you into thinking you are getting what you think you are.
