Had a very easy and pleasant experience with Clothes Mentor. I brought in my clothes to sell; I got a text a few hours later that the clothes were processed, and a day later I got a call with an offer for cash or store credit. They didnt take a lot of what I brought in, but that happens with shops like this. They may have already had enough inventory in my size or maybe the styles were no longer very sellable.. but even so, what they offered for the clothes they did take was fair. And what wasnt accepted was donated. Win/win. I will definitely continue to shop there, and maybe will bring in some more clothes sometime in the future.

I wanted to like this store - it is full of gems. I did find a few pieces that I ended up purchasing. But the older woman, possibly the store owner or manager, made this place a negative experience. The store was closing in less than 5 minutes and it was clear that she wanted everyone out ASAP. Perhaps she was having a bad day, or maybe she had somewhere she needed to be, but the energy was tense, hurried, and unwelcoming. Then, she repeated the size of an item I wanted multiple times, clearly suggesting that she thought it would not fit me. I know my body and I already know that it will fit me nicely, and I didn’t appreciate this stranger repeating, “This is a medium, okay?” “You know this is a medium?” And then, as she let me out, “I hope that fits...” You can have all of the nice merchandise in the world, but if you are not nice to be around, I won’t come back.Update: The dress looks lovely on me :)

Brought clothes to sell to this store. They did not take any of my clothes. Even though they were all name brand in great/new condition. I brought all the clothes nicely folded and organized. When I picked up the clothes they were all unfolded and thrown into the bag. Just because they are not buying they do not need to mistreat my things. Also prices of clothes are wayyyyy over priced for a second hand store.

I have been shopping at clothers mentors since its inception. I have sold to them and continue to buy from them. They offer great prices and awesome pieces. The gals at the store are super awesome and helpful. I love clothes mentors and I am so happy that they are in Plantation. Love their social media accounts, videos and postings of some of their great items. Store is so beautiful and clean and well put together. It is a great place to shop and I highly recommend this store!

Love this store it is full of hidden gems! I almost feel guilty paying such great prices for the brand names they have available. I’ve already bought a purse, two watches and too much clothes to count! It’s my new go to place for clothes.

They pay very very little for brand name items and their prices at the store are not the best for a second hand store especially when they pay so little. Only take items that your willing to just get rid of, this way whatever they pay you won’t hurt as much. They paid me $89 for buying over 20 items items including Michael Kors booties, Michael Kors new coat, raye, Calvin Klein professional dresses, betsey Johnson professional dresses etc.

Awesome finds for great prices. Store is kept so well with friendly staff. Wide variety of high end fashion to more common stores, everything in fantastic condition.
