I have visited Designer Consigner for several years. Most recently a few days ago. I have always had a five star experience. The store is clean, organized, and the merchandise is of excellent quality. What I also like is that the store is family owned. I appreciated the kind assistance that I received from the owner and her staff. I liked that I was able to find a complete outfit from dress to jewelry for my special occasion. Thank you!

Very great high end consignment store with a very wide selection. The pieces are priced very well. Helpful and communicative staff was there to greet and help if I had any questions. Selection was great and I found modern and vintage pieces I usually wouldn’t find in any other store. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this consignment store !

I absolutely love this store!! The staff is so friendly and helpful!! If you have vintage or family heirlooms they are very honest about what you are bringing them. My mom and I love going in just to see what they have, everything is amazing!! Definitely worth the trip 😊

Definitely my place to shop for unique things, as well as consign some of mine. Staff was very friendly and attentive, felt really welcomed! Overall, really clean store, great atmosphere and clothing is in amazing condition.

Love this store....the sales people were so friendly...explained their policies and and the fact that they are very particular in what they accept....It was obvious that this shop was not the ordinary, but one of a kind place....Will definitely be back in my hunt for the most unique finds.

I visited Designer Consigner of Plantation for the first time this past weekend and had a fantastic experience! The store is very well organized and clean. I purchased some items and left a few items to consign. I met the owner and Pam, the manager who were great! They run a very professional business. Highly recommend!!

I was looking for a new store to consign with, the store was disorganized. The Spanish sales ladies were neither nice or helpful. ( They spoke about me in Spanish, right in front of me, I guess they didnt think I understood Spanish) SO LOW CLASS!!! They have ZERO knowledge regarding couture or designers, the best part was I overheard a customer trying to get her stuff back and she told the owner that the only way she would leave her items was if she bought them out right!! Obviously didnt trust her...Sorry but I will not be returning here!!

Awesome as always... but the handbag prices are always a little steep, even when marked down. There are a couple places on East side that are way more reasonable.

I visited the store in February 2009 and was delighted to see new ownership of this wonderful consignment store. The store has been updated and the merchandise is better than Ive ever seen. Anyone that has visited the store in the past and was turned off by the previous owner will be thrilled with the new mother/daughter team who run the store with friendliness, fun and great deals!

Horrible experience!!! Consigned thousands of dollars in authentic luxury items over a year ago and Pam called me wanting me to return an authentic bag and give their money back over another upset customer. What kind of business is that? Not a very honest or reputable one in fact. Pam claims to be an authentication expert but she doesn’t know authentic pieces from fakes. Buyer beware!!! There are plenty of other places (forums on Facebook and IG) to purchase luxury items at a discounted and fair price.

Incredibly pretentious woman Pam who runs this store is a liar. Straight up. She accepted 1000s of $$ of designer items and in 3 months only sold two items. It took almost a month to receive a small check after multiple phone calls to her. The real kicker is she accepted an $1800 Silver Chloe handbag that had 2 handles in tact, she said a customer picked up the bag and it broke. IT ONLY HAS ONE HANDLE NOW IN TACT! I still cant even believe it and am attaching a picture here!! She said only 1 of the 4 handle connections was not very tight, so why did the entire handle come off on 2 places??? It looks like someone sliced them both off with a blunt butcher knife. Its such a thick handle on both ends I cannot imagine how this happened. What am I suppose to do now with a $1800 Chloe Handbag with only one handle?? I cant even carry it for myself on occasion as I simply said I would when she expressed concern. She could care less of this fact and had the nerve to say my reaction speaks volumes of me! Quite wrong, Pam- this speaks volumes of who you are as a person!! Wrong thing to say to a customer! Im quite certain she will come back with a rebuttal here as she has for others- she took my purse to a shoe repair person to try and better secure the handle that was in question according to her. Personally I think she sliced it off. After she let me know the shoe maker said there was nothing he could guarantee would fix it as new she told me and I said I would come for the bag to take it back, no problem. Ive bought and sold my own collection of HIGH-END designer purses for years on Ebay. I gave up the last time a small business owner convinced me to go off Ebay to Paypal for a gorgeous Jumbo $3000 Chanel and I got screwed. I figured Id go local for a few more items now a couple years later. Wrong move! She was still letting customers handle a purse she said wasnt strong and then blaming me as if I am at fault for this. Not cool. I should file a claim in small claims court, the least she could have done was refund me something for this. Businesses like this one deserve to go under. I clearly told her over a MONTH AGO I would keep the purse for my own and carry it on occasion instead. SO WHY IS SHE LETTING CUSTOMERS STILL HANDLE MY PURSE?? Seriously. She is backwards in customer service!!!!!!! Horrible experience. I regret walking in here and wasting my time completely and getting my very expensive item back DAMAGED and READY FOR THE TRASH! And Im overreacting for her tastes?! Wow. Karma will take care of this situation, not me. Im about to throw this useless $1800 gorgeous purse in the trash. Thanks a lot PAM at Designer Consign!! Do us all a favor and close shop.
