You can find great bargains on almost anything but not always. Price check with other retailers as they do not always have the best prices. Theyre food selection is also pretty scarce lately... Otherwise, store is clean, organized and well stocked. Employees are courteous and friendly. Been a shopper here for close to 10 years so its been good to me.

Very nice Big Lots. Used the call ahead - pick up service for the first time. Everything we ordered was waiting at the cash wrap and all we had to do was show the pick up email. The cashier was very nice and friendly. Even got 15% off coupon for ordering ahead online. :)

I recently depleted $one thousand and five dollars$ on this mattress and boxspring at Biglots. I seriously regret it, smh. My experience with biglots has been awful. Delivery was terrible, explaining my situation to the store manager, oh goodness 😳 horrible, and at the end of it all, it doesnt even feel like the mattress that I choose in the store, and I will be returning. I would never tell one of my Broward Health co-workers to purchase a bed from biglots lol 😆 smh! Too bad 👎 u must give a star, cause I sure didnt wanna give any stars 🤷🏾‍♀️ Overall, Jonathan who is an employee of Biglots, great worker!

Store clean and organized BUT prices are not like the old Big Lot. Quaker Oats 6.19 across the lot the same thing 5.99. You must know your prices

Customer service is outstanding. Every employee and the manager went out of hos or her way to help me. All were very pleasant. The store is very clean and organized.

I called this location to see if they had any pieces in stock from the Eagle Brooke Collection (Broyhill). I had ordered the (2) couches in grey + the table from their website, but needed to hunt down (2) gliders. I was put on hold on (7) different occasions by (4) different associates over the course of (15) minutes. I understand that it may be an inconvenience to check inventory, but please understand that for a mom with a newborn (in the middle of a world-wide pandemic) -- this is the only possible way to shop.

This is a fav spot for me to avoid Walmart or target. They have extensive home goods, food, paper goods, cleaning stuff, bathroom items and much more. All great prices, always a clean and organized store and friendly staff.

Online order fulfillment needs work. The store is under staffed and slow with proficiency of training in order fulfillment. The two employees that were present seemed to work well together but you could tell they were overwhelmed. The store is currently hiring.

Great prices and I love their rewards cards! You save a lot after your third purchase. You really start to get more coupons and savings after you continue to use your card! This is one of my favorite places to shop because I have a big family! Check out this place if you havent already 😉

Big Lots needs to educate their employees on what is a mandate and what is law. It is against the law to tell someone to put a mask on. You dont know their med history and the LAW protects them. You cant be fined or arrested for walking into a corporate store without a mask. Stop being scared. Be informed. Takes a few minutes and better yet mind your own business if the mask is the ultimate savior.if you are wearing one great you are safe if I dont want to thats my choice. Look at the science and use basic common sense.

This department store is a hidden gem among the mainstream shopping venues. They have many essential items for home, health, household, beauty, souvenirs, light weight appliances and electronics. There is also some shelf stable foods sold here and pet food and pet accessories. Great selection of Bath, Bedroom and Kitchen items. Very popular for there outdoors patio furniture and sectional couches. Separate delivery services are available. Quality and price for bedroom sets are amazing. Ive been buying there furniture for over 20 years. Very satisfied.

First visit, picked up a recliner. Great price and quality not too bad!Store had decent stock, variety of household items, furniture and other miscellaneous items. The employees were helpful and knowledgeable, check out a breeze. Will definitely go back, great deals for sure. Recommend.

Thus is a great Big Lots in Plantation. This location is bigger then most of the other ones in my area. If one of the other locations doesnt have the thing I need this one usually has it. They have decent prices on a wide variety of things. I always come on the friends and family days where you get 20% off everything. Highly recommend coming to this big lots!

Big Lots used to be affordable, a bit pricey this time, I understand holidays just passed but there was nothing, most of the shelves were empty, well see after the New Years.

3 cashiers were working so no long lines to ckout. Christmas stock was great before Thanksgiving. Really picked over closer to Christmas.

You can find great deals here and certainly LOTS of hand sanitizer. They have a cart sanitizing station when you first walk in. Pay attention to the designated way the checkout line is mapped out so you dont risk getting yelled at!

This is my favorite store. Always save money, & their cashier Sonia is SO kind & helpful. Cashier Kathy is super also. Saves a lot of time vs going in the huge discount stores when you need a few things but youre busy. Plenty of parking & wheelchair accessible.

My coffee maker died. I ran over to Big Lots on a caffeine deprived Sunday morning because it was nearby and lo and behold they were open at 9! So many other stores dont open until 10. Staff pointed me in the right direction and I found a fabulous Black and Decker machine with all the bells and whistles for $19.99! Score!

I came in to return 4 items and had the receipt. I was told by the cashier that they do not accept returns on food. My items were unopened, in the same condition as I purchased it and was fine. When she said that I was surprised. I never returned anything actually so this was the first time in 14 years I was returning anything. She called the manager. I was stunned by his behavior. He was very churlish in his tone and as I was asking a question he walked away from me. If they do not accept returns on foods, then there should be a sign at least by the food section that the food cannot be returned. I have been shopping this particular BL for 14 years but this incident has assured that I will never return. I now travel to the one on state road 84. When asked if they do food returns in case I ever need to return something, they said of course with a smile and reminded me I need to bring in the receipt and return it in the time stated on the receipt. I will call corporate about the other BLs food policy and about the managers horrible attitude towards me.

Good place to come get things for around the house. Not to many people working on the floor but they are helpful there stuff is pretty cheap so its worth coming here. I come here once a week to see what they have new they usually have a few good things new every week.

I shop here often with no problem but recently theres this one cashier that never looks at me shell talk to other people in the line or other employees and tosses my change in my hand. When I called to speak to customer service or a manger they hung up the phone on me.
