Rude staff at this location, even though theyre never busy. I waited a few years to post this review, because I wanted to give him a shot to get better, but theyve been consistently rude for 3 years now. Even the managers. I cant speak to other locations because if Im going to drive that far Im going to go to their competitor anyway. They also mislabel the ingredients in their prepared foods sometimes. Other than that, food is mostly good. Just pray you dont have to ask anyone simple questions about it, or they will ruin your day. Its no wonder they barely get any business. The seafood guys are pretty cool though.

Clean, fresh, plenty of organic options, and while some items are slightly at a premium, other items are fair market value. However, the customer service is top notched. If youre even in the line of sight of someone restocking, youll get a, May I help you find something? That alone separates the Fresh Market from the other players in this field.That said, the fishery, butchers, and produce sections are incredibly clean and well stocked. This location is by far my favorite! The service here is always above and beyond. It truly starts at the top! From all the guys over in the meat section, to the deli with Alex, he’s always the kindest and remembers his customers. To the front registers to Ken who is always smiling and happy to see customers. With Manny being their manager, it’s no wonder the team is so great. They make it feel like you’re walking in to a small town market and as if everyone knows each other. What a pleasant experience each and evertime!

Were able to find things that were healthy that we could not find in other stores in that area but bit pricey.

My go-to place for fresh, organic produce. Also this is where I get my fresh chicken and seafood. They make excellent chicken kale sausage in the store. The rotisserie chickens are also excellent and I get at least one or two every time I go. Good homemade salads at the deli counter. Not the place to go for most packaged goods. A little pricey and you could get equivalent things elsewhere.

I usually like Fresh Market, but I had a annoying experience this morning. I saw the nut bread were 2 for $5.00. So, I took two up to the cashier and the first thing I said was “They’re two for $5.00, right?” And she said “Yes”, so she rang them up and said “Well, they’re two for six, is that ok?” and I paid it, but I’m thinking the sign said “2 for $5.00”, so I go in the back to look at the sign again and there was a girl filling up the bread, so I asked her about it and showed my receipt and she said “Look it says “- 1.49” and walked away. So, now I brought them up to be returned, because I feel a little ripped off. When she put in the return, it came up as $5.00 and sends somebody back to check and they said “It was 2 for $5.00” and the other girl said “She paid $6.00, so give her back $6.00” and I tried to say “Are they two for $5.00? Because, I’ll take them”, but I don’t think she heard me and once I got my money back, I just left.

Great food and friendly staff

Itd be nice if I could shop. Too much stalking here for me to give a really good review. I would say under usual circumstances, they would have a wide selection, and one could freely browse them all. Even the selection of water is a high here. The coffee at fresh market will usually leave a coffee drinker shopping for a while. But the whole profiling thing here just got too much. I may have to make a complaint at the corporate office.

I visited the Fresh Market to grab a few items for my Mothers Day brunch. A lot of great deals. Fresh food. Excellent service and friendly staff, willing to assist. An overall great experience.

Love the deli and the pre-packaged food section.Would have given this great store five stars if they had more vegetarian options, including plant-based meat (example: beyond meat) in both their deli and in their pre-packaged meals. Ok, I was skeptical of fresh market at first for some reason - but I LOVE it here. Lots of great sales, many gluten free options and a super cute wine section.Also - they have a build your own 6 pack section for beer with the beers already chilled. I think it’s only $10 for a six pack which is a great deal.Also love the build your own six packs at total wine, but you do pay per beer which can create a surprising total (but definitely more options); but they’re also not refrigerated.Love that if you have a craving for a beer you can pick up a chilled variety here at fresh market!

Absolutely wonderful, everything is always so fresh, and great looking, as well as tasty. I havent been since the beginning of the pandemic, but it doesnt look like anything has changed. Thank God for that.

Service is OTJ but not necessarily available. I like Fresh Markets choices of Decaf Coffees and Decaf Teas. Therefore, thats for what I shop for here. Most of the other items I get elsewhere for the same quality, but a much better price.

Always friendly. They have great stuff. I got the sushi for $5 on Wednesday and there panini sandwich on Wednesday is also on sale. I love the ham and gouda with fig spread panini. So yummy.

Clean. Lots of sanitizer around the facility. Orderly, and more importantly the shoppers have a clue for the most part and are observant and respectful on the wonderful distancing we should at least be trying to respect, if not for ourselves for others. I love this store. Its more convenient in location than Whole Foods and they have better prices. I love their sushi which is made fresh daily and the salad bar is a favorite of my kids. As are the wraps that they sell. The produce is always great and there is an extensive coffee section that you can get whole bean or ground from Fresh Market. They routinely have specialty flavors that are rotated out.One of the best deals that they have is the Big Meal Deal. Each week starting on Wednesday, they bundle a set meal deal and you save on it. Generally it costs $25 with a $5 overall savings, but it can be less than that at time pending on the meal. You get everything you need to feed a family of four. Best deal out there!The checkout process is the only this that really sucks. Pending on what time you go, there might be 1 or 2 cashiers but a long line in each. Its very similar to the lines at cart. Tons of lanes, but only a couple open.

I love going to The Fresh Market. While shopping, you get to sample many different types of foods, which is a nice way to be introduced to new things. The prices are a little higher than your regular grocery store, but the quality and a selection of organic items are well worth it.

He made sure that this time when I left that I was happy and I continued to make his store my neighborhood market. Just bought a “Turducken” for Christmas Eve dinner, after looking closely to the tag, no duck listed in the ingredients. Now I have to go back out shopping.

Great selection of gourmet stuff. Awesome candy bar and cheese deli. A but pricey but you get a good experience. Kids will have a good time. If you need something last minute for a party its a good place to go. Coffee is available to sample too.

Food is good, but the Dinner-for-4 area isnt tended to. More than once we had to find an employee to see if they were bringing out more items. Also, items are priced higher there than the same items found at other stores, so I only buy what I really want and cant get elsewhere. Their coffee area and premade food areas are good.

My fiance and I come here when we want to eat something light and healthy. They have a couple salad bars, sushi, quite the selection for entrees. There sushi is fresh. The consistency and texture of the sushi rice from a grocery store is mind blowing. They also sell the yummiest bag of gummy bears. Always love coming here.

The butchers are always helpful and friendly ..yesterday the deli person had all waiting 15 minutes..she didnt even acknowledge, the other person by the whole cooked chickens was trying to cover everyone and was trying very hsrd... I only shop at fresh market but this was not the best usually its wonderful

I spent over $250.oo in the market. I have never stopped in until 1 week ago. I went a couple days ago...and everyine extreley helpful accept for the pregnant meat cutter in deli. She is not very inviting and seems like your bothering her just by asking questions. Maybe she had a bad day... everyone else and the quality is amazing

Nice market. I like coming here for quality items to cook with or for entertaining. Love the meat selections, fish counter and vast bakery items. The produce is slightly more than regular grocers but there are some unique items you wouldnt normally find.

Its a Wonderful store as far as groceries, wine etc with fabulous selection but the personalities are very lackluster compared to Publix . The the customer service is very poor and my check out experience is lackluster each and every time. Need more customer service training.

I love, love, LOVE this place. Always the freshest and sweetest berries. Great selection or produce. The only place I purchase Alaskan Cod. Good salmon, pizzas, and hot meal variety. They are the only store that carries a certain mascoto wine from Italy. The distributor visits with samples and usually something to munch on too.

Requested help Nobody showed up, disappointed, but, I found what I was looking for eventually. Then at register, I did not realize I was overcharged on 1 item until I got home. I had just heard a complaint from the guy in front of me, and I was satisfied w the clerks answer. So I did not pay attention to what she charged me.

This store has a very nice meat department with high quality cuts. They have specials all week long. Check their website for details. I really appreciate their 20$ family meal for 4. When I am short of ideas or have last minutes visitors that is where I turn to.

I was very sadden by my experience the other day while shopping. I am an edlery women who has chronic back problems.Which makes it hard for me to bend down.While shopping yesterday my mask fell to the ground. I asked several empoyees for help. No on would pick it up. A kind customer ended-up picking it for me.Then I was told to put my fallen mask back on my face. Which during these times should never be requested. The floor is exactly were the vitrus lives, droplet fall to the ground and surfaces.I was escoreted out a side door. This made me feel shameful.I understand we are in crazy times, I understand we all want to stay health.What I do not undersatnd is how we lost kindness! An Empolyee could have easily gotten some glove from the meat or deli department to help pick up the mask.Fresh market could have been allowed to get my scraf from my car.No one showed compassion, If I could pick up the mask Iwould have gladly done so.I do not want to harm anyone, just have some compassion.Maybe store should be requires to give out masks, or paper atlernative if they are going to be fined. I am not sure, I just know the your employee need to have a kind protocol to help others while not endangering themselves.
