The place suppose to open at 11am and it’s now 11:40 no one is here. I guess the hours are whenever they get there.

This place has a large selection of hats for your favorite sports teams, cities, and casual hats. I bought a dope pink Nike visor from here as well as a black Brooklyn cap. The prices are pretty decent, and you get a deal on your first purchase.

I wouldn’t shop here again my order was never put in and I paid in full then there’s no one that knows what’s going on . ...do your job it’s just hats and where’s the customer support ...trash

I gave this store a 1 star because they were supposed to open at 11am and after waiting way after they never opened. There were a crowd of people waiting in the mall for the store to open, still nothing. This is very inconvenient and unprofessional of this company.

Your supervisor Nilah as a manager has the worst customer service I have experienced. Or it is your company not giving her the opportunity to correct a mistake. I was told a price of $28 last night over the phone and when I’m ready to go buy it they switch the price to $40. She would not price matcH it. I tried to call back and she does not answer the phone.

WORST SERVICE EVERRRRRRR SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Needs new management . Unorganized no one serious is in charge I wish I could rate it a 0 honestly just terrible

Don’t touch anything. You’re not allowed to get a hat yourself and you apparently cannot try on the hat like you would normally wear it to see how it looks. I would’ve bought it had it not been for the employee. No other customers were in there either. I could see the hats are flying off the shelf there...
