I love being able to just pick up my books and not have to purchase them like at other schools.

Every University should use the textbook center system. It makes so much sense and saves students a lot of money-so easy!

I would give it 5 stars but it is still part of college so it only gets 4. However the staff there is great. It can be 100 degrees and 100% humidity and they will help you with a smile and keep all their thoughts to themselves

Great place to get the books. Only place to get them. Gets very crowded in the lines. There is an express line so if you have less than 4 books go in that line if it’s open.

Honestly, if youre an undergraduate student at UWP, you should be jumping for joy that you get to rent textbooks!....Ive now entered a masters program and I have to buy books...NOT FUN! Enjoy the rentals while it last!

Quick tip: get your books early. There will be no wait and you can get in and out in under 10 minutes if you know where your course books are. Other than that, the staff and students workers are helpful and easy to work with.

Very streamlined process if you know what you are doing. It can be hard to find book locations sometimes but overall its a great campus resource.

Make sure you go early when it’s the start of a new semester because the lines can get pretty long when everyone is trying to get books. They have a lot of books and it can take a little bit to find them all so be ready to spend a bit longer than expected other then that it’s a great service offered by UW-Platteville.

Although the school charges you a fee, the text book center is by far cheaper than renting or buying books from another source. FANTASTIC.

Uwplatt is fantastic because you dont have to pay for textbooks. You pay a flat fee for the semester, and rent the books from the University (similar to high school). The fee is only a small fraction of the cost that the books would be ok their own.

Great for a UWP student to save $$$ on textbooks. Good textbook rental service.
