Very friendly and welcoming! They definitely get the job done and quickly! The service is spectacular! They make any transitioning process nice and smooth.

Lionel was super friendly and helpful and made the new phone purchase/transfer process very easy. He also did excellent managing multiple customers while being the only staff member working.We went back the next day and were fortunate enough to get him again for another new phone set up. Great service again!

The store was pretty busy when we went in so we had a bit of a wait before we could be helped, but Leo was very apologetic and helped us get our new phones set up quickly! Once we got to the counter it only took at 30 minutes!

Terrible. I pay way too much, service is bad and my phone won’t work. Went to the store, can’t fix or replace it. Went online, can’t fix or replace it. Contacted the insurance? Let’s u initiate a claim but the website won’t let it be completed. Every time I call? It says longer than average hold times so I have been on the phone once again for 45 minutes trying to get this resolved.Still on hold and yes I do pay for the insurance on my phone. Unbelievable.
