Its Walmart it has the less adequate version of all the items you need in life. In some cases it even has the adequate version. But at the same time I am wondering why not just go through amazon.

WalMart was good shopping there. Had to pick up a prescription and few other items. Was in and out. That was great.

Unfortunately it wasnt a very good experience. As usual 10 registers without a single one open. We had a cart full of groceries and took what seemed forever. Keep in mind I am a flooring installer I am not trained to run a cash register. So my level of frustration had already started to grow as I already was having trouble getting things to scan. An employee finally came over to help after she finished txt g on her phone, Only to inform us that in fact the machine we had chosen did not accept cash but card only which was not an issue thankfully. Upon doing so we had accidentally left a cell phone and $60 in cash sitting next to the register. We were out in the car before we realized it. By the time we made it back into the store to recover what we hoped would be all of our things, we did get the cell phone back however someone was kind-hearted enough to return our money just a little bit short like say they helped themselves to an extra 20 bucks! While Im grateful to have 40 of the 60 back it still made me lose just a little bit more faith in humanity.

Great store. Can find anything. The team here are all very friendly, however, if youre able to find anyone. Very sparse or busy.

They have a good selection of items, but the store lacks employees and sometimes the items arent in until the next week or even later.

Most employees are great, some should simply go be a government union employee so they never have to do anything again. Biden will be more than happy to give them your money to stay at home too. Look for generation x or older, millennials and younger, dont waste your time with them. Its the new america and the shameful way of life is obvious here. There are some hard workers, but once they realize their value, theyll leave soon.

Better than any experience had at the Dubuque store

Well I was stimulating, needing new glasses.Went in with the glasses I bought, according to their records, 14 yrs ago. They had the frames, & my lens still fit. 54 bucks!!!! Wow!!!

First off I wouldnt recommend doing the grocery pick up. The service isnt really the best and they dont seem to have a sense of urgency or consideration of the customers time. Second the grocery app isnt always accurate as far as order updates and items available. I feel the people who pick the orders just dont care or incapable of going quickly.

This is one of the most clean and neat Walmart’s I’ve ever been to. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely visit again even if it’s 35 minutes away.

Very organized and clean store compared to other walmarts ive been to, But there were two middle aged ladys at the self checkout who asked my girlfriend to get out of the cart. We said okay and she did. Then the lady said we are adults you should know that... and i said well you could have left at that after she got out. Then another customer said you should respect people who are a little older than you and i did but when mentioned my anxiety to the lady the other worker said oh dont even start that over all this made my experience a lot worse if i could give a zero for customer service i would i truly hope they retire soon...

Less than 1/4 of their checkouts actually function. The employees are too lazy to even stock correctly. The management might as well not exist. Ive seen bad, but this location is a whole new level.

Place was crowded. Not enough check out people. Im not going to use the self check outs, I dont work there.

I dont mind the remodel. I will admit its a bit upclassed. The only thing I hate about it is that the new display racks in the shoe section do not have a sit-down bench of some kind to try on shoes. Before the remodel there was at least 2. In the old/original location(now Farm & Fleet) had 2-4 portable ones. IM NOT SITTING ON THE FN FLOOR!😠

Twas a dark and warm night...

All check outs were marked card payment only...except 2. So I waited in line at least 10 minuted since I wanted to pay with cash. Finally made it to the checkout & swiped all my items - only to find out it wasnt taking cash either. Needless to say I was frustrated & furious. As a result I canceled my cart & the worker came over to approve it & was very sparky- told her they really should put a sign up to mark it as card only!

Is Walmart everyone knows the experience they will be getting. I am disappointed in the lack of ownership by the employees and the management. Keep the shelves stocked, keep the floors and store clean, help customers when they have answers. Customer service goes a long way.

The Platteville Walmart is one of the least stressful shopping experiences. The shelves were nearly always stocked pre-COVID. The shelves are still, however, well stocked all things considered. The workers are usually always polite and they do a great job of keeping the store looking clean and fresh. The parking is laid out quite well and there seems to always be ample available spots.

Have everything you need except a decent 4k movie selection and never have any ammo.

I was there today and no one was in the entrance area enforcing the mask mandate. I asked an employee in the grocery area and she said they were short staffed and so no one was at the door. I saw at least 10 people without masks in the half hour I was there. People won’t do the right thing unless it is enforced. I would think Walmart would be a better example and help get us past this new wave. I am so disappointed.

Was waiting for a register to open up by the masks 😷, and once a cashier said I am opened here. I went to check out and she flat out was rude!! She said I was motioning for them, youll need to wait. Even though I was already there first. Needs to have better customer service skills. I then went to self check out for 8 items, and had to wait 5 minutes for an employee to come over and take something off. The employee seen the light going off and still continued standing there talking to another co-worker.

Average Walmart. Grocery aisles are narrow, employees stocking shelves made no attempt to move out if the way.

Only go here because of convenience. 30 miles closer than equivalent competition. Because of huge changes the store is disorganized, many empty shelves and conventional personal preference items no longer there. Have to shop online! Cashing in on coronavirus BS!

Always so clean and organized compared to other Walmart stores.....always stocked as well...love it!

Get actual staff to cash out and bag products. If not then there should be staff in every row to aid customers.

Asked a simple question from an employee. I was as nice as possible with the considerable pain Im in from my sprained spine. The lady got an attitude with me and told me they dont have no more. I didnt feel like I could ask if theyd get some in or not.

Pretty clean, employees are hit and miss some are nice some are rude.

Last night I put in an order for pickup between 12-1 today. It’s currently 3:15 and all they are saying about it is that it’s delayed. I have a ton of stuff to do today but I’m stuck just waiting until I can pick it up. It wasn’t even a complicated or big order

They set the bar pretty low...guess thats one way to meet expectations of the clientele. Disappointed that employees do not take pride in themselves or their work! NO motivation orget-up-and-go in any of them...if you hate your job so much, quit and let someone else have it.

Walked around the whole back half of the store looking for an employee to open the video game cabinet on electronics. There wasnt a single employee anywhere. I found them all gathered in the front of the store talking with each other. Your job is to provide a service ( not a hard one at that) and you failed miserably. Walmart is the employer of the incompetent and lazy. It really showed today.

You call out there to see if an item that was coming in and you sit on the phone for 20 minutes and nobody in electronics answers your damn call

Its a mega store. Wally world, you can get about anything.

Called on my way to the store and the phone rang for over 5 minutes before anyone decided to pick up. It wasnt even someone from Customer Service, just a random employee who apparently got tired of it ringing. I asked for someone to meet me at the front door to help unload a bike, and her response was : Why cant YOU do it? In a snarky attitude tone. Got to the store and unloaded the bike with my messed up back and there was THREE customer service people just sitting there talking. This is the laziest store I have EVER been to. Self Checkout has RUINED this store.

Found many clearance items and and the store was laid out so items were easy to locate.

Sometimes the website is not at all accurate at what they actually have so if your going for one specific product might be best to call ahead otherwise nice walmart!

In the state of Wisconsin you have to be 18 to buy ammo. But at your local Walmart you have to be 21 that is dumb.

How are they going to let the people handing out masks not wear gloves and sanitize before handing them out

Horrendous experience, we came in looking for help and we were turned away, our car had ran out of gas, and we had just missed the open hours after just coming from the hospital, but we were turned away even after explaining our situation. In fact we were berated for walking through the open doors, so we had to then walk another few miles in order to find a place that would let us in.

Bought a grill, had to fit it in my car due to no boxed grills left. While I waited for the manager (I believe his name was Gavin) I saw him helping a woman load about 20 bags of soil into a trailer. All of this during a busy Memorial Day Saturday. Then we were helped with the grill, taking pieces apart to fit it into my car. The employees and manager went above and beyond. Thank you so much!
