Three strikes and you’re out. I scheduled to have a rear mount bike hitch receiver put on my car at Platteville U-haul. A week before the appointment, they asked if they could move my appointment an hour later. I was ok with that. On my scheduled day, I arrive and they tell me they can’t get me in for another hour. Now, it’s going to take over two hours to complete. I’m from out of town and I only have my bike with me. They call me 30 minutes AFTER they took my car in the garage to tell me the hitch for my car didn’t arrive and the one they have is the wrong size. They tell me I’ll have to reschedule for another day. Nope. I picked up my car and told them to refund my credit card. I scheduled the work to be done at another business in Platteville for less money. Not impressed with Platteville U-haul.

First time with U-Haul. Very pleased with the treatment I received and the trailer I got.

Rented a trailer from South Carolina for 149 dollars, a year later rented a trailer of the same size to go back south over 400 dollars, recommend call other places to get price quotes or other uhaul providers
