Owner seems cool but the cds are wildly overpriced compared to online/other stores.

Chris is the real deal. We were very lucky to find Level Up to build my sons very computer. He went out of his way to get our computer built in just 2 days, even doing some customizing to get the features we wanted to fit. 100% satisfied.... this is the place to go.

I drive an hour to get here and its always great to stop in and see whats new. Been coming here for a few years now and Chris is always helpful and up for chat about new stuff. Bought a laptop from him a while back and it still works great. Nice to have a game/electronics store that is locally owned.

I recently traded 2 older wii consoles with the cables and got a fair trade in credit of $60. My son (4 years old) likes to play on our Sega Genesis, and wanted some fun games. We selected 4 games, that we fairly priced (all from $7 -$15) and 1 controller. The total should have been over $60, but the wonderful woman that was helping us, said the total was just going to be the $60. For my son, this experience was a great learning and exciting moment. He saw that you can trade in 1 fun iteam of another. He left the store wanting to go back, because there was so many cool things for him to see. He also liked how nice the lady was who helped us. We will trade/shop there again for sure!

Chris was so great! Had an issue with my work laptop, freaked out, bought a new one. Then brought it in here & once parts came in it was fixed & back to me in no time! Great & swift communication & honest service. Happy to have found a go-to for electronics 🙏

I bought a used Nikon Camera. It was in excellent condition and Ive been enjoying it! Great place and the woman who owns the shop was very pleasant, helpful as well as patient. She even looked online with me as we compared features and ratings of two of the cameras I was considering. She couldnt have been more helpful than that! Ill definitely be back and highly recommend this shop! Theyre opening another location in Plattsburgh as well.

Interesting selection of things to browse through and possibly purchase

I hate to be the sole low-rating reviewer, but I did have a bad experience here. I was looking at one o their laptops, carefully going over each part of it to make sure it was something I could use. The woman behind the desk asked me are you actually looking to buy, or are you just playing? There were some issues with the laptop that I laptop that I would have overlooked for the sake of the price, but the way she asked sounded very rude and that was enough to make me decide to not give this place my money

Always love spending time here and finding good deals. Owners are really awesome and really work with you to make sure you’re happy.

Grizzles has an awesome assortment of reasonably priced electronics, from TVs to unlocked iPhones and even N64s, and they offer a layaway plan for almost everything in their store which I think is very amazing of them to do and makes some of those more pricey products seem not so impossible to afford. They also have musical instruments (electric guitars, keyboards), movies (blu-ray, dvd, vhs), CDs, vinyls, jewelry, and are willing to buy almost anything to add to their store. The owner is a very kind, obviously intelligent woman. I love to stop by and check out the store every now and then.
