Great selection of materials for crafts, and home decor. Staff is friendly, helpful, and prices are great. Definitely install the Michaels app on your phone for coupons. We have found so many things here that we couldnt find elsewhere. Seasonal decor items run out quickly. So get there while you can and stock up.

Who doesnt enjoy a trip to Michaels? Great store, staff was polite and friendly. Some of the sale items were picked over but the were enough choices to fulfill my needs.

Went to get artwork framed. The young woman (Sommerleigh) in the frame area was fantastic. Friendly. Knowledgeable. HELPFUL. Courteous and delight to work with. After all That, the next bonus was a 70% off Sale! Unbeatable deal!

I have such a hard time not blowing all my money in this dang store...they always have some kind of sale going on, its always worth the savings with the products they carry💜

I love the variety of literally everything they have to do with arts and crafts, scrapbooking, etc.... Both employees that I approached while I was there were extremely friendly and have the knowledge of where everything is placed in store. It was a very enjoyable experience. Good quality products, albeit a little pricey. The store felt a little cramped with all the extra Christmas displays and Christmas shoppers. Staff were friendly and knowledgable and disinfected between customers...they should disinfect carts as well. Bathroom needs improvement as always. Its only one stall so why not put a lock on the door? A lady walked in and could see me on the toilet thanks to the gaps between door and fixed part of stall.

This store and all of its associates are amazing! They know where all of their merchandise is and are happy to take you to it, if needed. They are always smiling and extremely helpful. This is my favorite craft store because of all the variety and all of the hard working employees. Thank you all so much for always being there to help!!

I found a great selection of some things, a little less than idve liked to see in some others. Over all the shopping experience was mediocre. Staff was friendly, helpful and attentive only when I was checking out. Several of their people walked by as I shoppedand said nothing in the way of greeting or assisting me.

Its a Michaels store.If you cant find it here, youre either in the wrong store --- no, they dont sell sneakers or truck tires --- or you just need to get creative and draw. paint, weave or knit yourself some tires or a muffler.Seriously. Think about it. A wool muffler for your muffler. Some acrylic-painted tires.Do it.

Great store for crafts and supplies. I noticed they rearranged their layout again, but what I was after was in the same general area. Had a special coupon which ended up taking 60% off. The cashier was getting ready to go on break but took me when she noticed I had only 1 item. She was kind and polite and asked if I had found what I was looking for.

A fun place to shop! They have just rearranged the store, so some things are in different locations, but most of it stayed the same. Looks neater than it did a while ago, maybe due to the new design.

Great craft store with everything you need to be artistic and creative. Sometimes the prices can be a bit too much but if you have the app, they always have really great coupons for you to use when shopping. Store is very well kept up and the staff are always friendly.

Well-stocked craft supply store. I have also had artwork framed here in both an efficient and cost-effective manner. Michaels is much more attuned to customers needs than Hobby Lobby! And if they dont have an item, theyll help you find out how to get it! Even if its from a competitor! Thats class!

Just wish they would stop taking away every thing I use, every time I start a new project they no longer carry what I need. If the dont want to carry every thing thats needed they should take my name off the store. I am used to Michaels art supply and crafts store having a variety of items available to pick up at a moments notice. However, I was disappointed that the 40% or 50% off coupon for any single item was not honored after my long drive to get there. In the future I think I would shop online rather than go into their store and have to guess what their any one item discount perhaps will be actually honored.

I could live in this store lol. It is a little expensive, BUT they do have very good coupons though. I got some stuff on clearance and a 50% off one regular priced item. The people that helped me were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and honest with their opinions. I hate it when salesmen just tell you what u wany to hear so youll buy something.
