Lots of good holiday items at decent prices.

Saturday afternoon and all is calm in the store. Masks are still recommended. The store was clean and well stocked with lots of new merchandise. I saw several employees working, and each one had a smile and stopped to see if I needed help.

HomeGoods is a very nice store with alot of unusual gift ideas.

Lots of great stuff, nicely arranged. Friendly and helpful staff. Just a look around results in some wonderful finds.

I felt very safe shopping here during the COVID restrictions. The store was sparkling clean, employees were disinfecting the checkout counters after each customer, and floor markers helped steer traffic and keep distance between customers. Great inventory to top it off.

Interesting place and prices are reasonable. A seasonal wreath that would cost you a hundred bucks at hobby lobby will cost you 30 hear. Same type of store like hobby lobby,but a lot smaller and much more interesting. More doable with pricing.

Always love HomeGoods, however have been recently disappointed in the furniture.

We love this HomeGoods store. Selection is good. Prices are good and the sale prices can be wow! good. Definitely worth checking out. Lots of unique furniture, decor, pet items, household items, food and more. Usually something for everyone. Staff has always been nice.

I never really have a reason to go here specifically. But my girlfriend always wants to go and somehow we buy the whole store when we leave. Not sure how this happens but one time I did end up with a cool duck that looks like hes made of ramen noodles for decoration which was nice, so its all good.

We shop this store several times a month. They have a great selection of spices we cant find anywhere else. The store is always clean and the staff more than willing to help you find what you need, or to let you wander and find that special something you didnt know you needed. Love the ever changing selection of merchandise.

Let me divide the notion into workable drafts. First: the silver apples are incoragable. Second: sadly, the marketing is inside of the back window. Third: the restroom is skyward on the plain. Last, and most certainly primary, the corner stand is on the fourth wall

Awesome selection of home furnishings, furniture, cooking supplies, and much much more. Their prices are very good and they are always bringing in new items.

This store has beautiful things love to window shop, but never bought anything in the stoer, to much to choose from.

I was shopping in the Homegoods, and I asked one of the employees; Rachel, a question but I was not impressed with her being rude with her response, and didn’t care to help me and walked away quickly. She has no customer service skills. Then I went to another department of the store and I encountered another employee by the name of Mary, I asked her a question regarding an item on the shelf and she looked at me with a bothered look on her face and said I don’t know I’ll have to look and see. She tried to help me but didn’t have a good answer and then she went back to doing her job. I often go into Plattsburgh at least twice a month,however upon going to this store and encountering these two employees. It has changed my mind about where I will shop. From now on, I think I’ll go to T.J. Maxx I just don’t feel that their customer service skills are above and beyond. Both of these associates seem like they have a bad attitude or they don’t like to deal with the customer

Staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was too busy standing around talking amongst themselves to help me with a rug. And when I asked to talk to a manager she was incredibly rude and acted like I was wasting her time. I will not be back.

I like going in Homegoods. I usually shop the pet section and of course the clearance section.

I bought a mattress cover and it fell apart the first time I washed it. Was not happy with the quality of the sheets or pillows either. It was all crap made in China.
