Great service! During the year and a half Ive been using this service, Ive never had any issues. When I had a question about my billing statemement, the lady on the phone was polite and helpful. The price is also very good. Its cheaper to get these delivered to me than buy water from the store and slugging it home. Just this week I found out there was a boil water notice in my area that I only heard about a few days after it went into effect. luckily, I dont drink the tap water, I drink spring water delivered to my home from Crystal Rock!

I found a gold fish in a jug of water 💦🌊 from this company!!! I asked them what to do, they said to feed the fish or it would die.....

This is a great company. They adjust my orders to fill my needs. Very helpful with putting the bottles close to my door so I dont have to carry them so far. Never had bad service. Great price for products offered.

Rude phone operators, they supposedly service our equipment but I haven’t spoken to a rep on site in months (they don’t check in and you have to request someone to have you sign some sort of confirmation slip, they also come in our back door sometimes although I’m sure we’re paying for no one to show up). Several months ago they dropped off water cooler refills on a holiday and left them outside a locked door that no one could get into for an entire weekend. No note, no phone call. That could’ve potentially been stolen. They delivered our product to a different department in the building and when I called to tell them that we hadn’t received it yet they told me I was wrong and that the area manager also said I was wrong even though I didn’t find the product for over a week (why would I expect them to deliver something to the wrong people, it also makes it harder to find because they tell me it’s been delivered but can’t tell me who delivered it, who signed off on it, and when). Absolutely horrible customer service, and a lack of concern for customer retention. If a representative gives you attitude don’t bother asking for a manager, because he doesn’t care about you either.

Our company discontinued water service. When they came to pick up the cooler and empty bottles, they actually took 2 full bottles they were not supposed to, but left 2 empties they were. I have been calling for over a month asking for the 2 empties to be picked up when its convenient for them.(they are delivering all around us regularly!) We not only did not get credit for FULL UNOPENED bottles, but now are stuck with 2 empties and have not received our $10 worth of bottle deposit refund. This is the most ridiculous, frustrating experience! Once we complete our re-location we will most DEFINITELY NOT deal with this company again!

That delivery is always when it is scheduled to be the water tastes great and price is very reasonable

Very poor managment, unorganized billing and distribution of equipment. Many hours of headaches....

They change your schedule without notice, miss deliveries, and trying to contact them is a horrendous experience. Very unhappy with this service.
