We experienced multiple problems when we ordered countertops and flooring. They deceptively advertise their Kitchen Experts will help you every step of the way in your renovation. This was not what we experienced at all. They have no-in-house flooring installers. They gave us a list of contractors that was useless. Our Kitchen Expert failed to calculate the quantity of flooring we needed correctly. She gave us Zero follow-up to see how are installations went. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS CHAIN! We sent a formal complaint to corporate headquarters and heard nothing back, nothing... disgusting.

Clean friendly and helpful

Was okay. They dont seem to have very good inventory control. Ordered an Anderson storm door in September. Had to make a substantial down payment. Was told the door would be in within 3 weeks. At the end of 5 weeks got a call that the door was in. I live about an hours drive from the store. Got to the store, paid the balance, went out to the warehouse to pick up the door. After about 20 minutes of looking, the employee in the warehouse called one of his co-workers and was told the door was backordered. Was sent back to the office. The office said that they had misread the computer and that, indeed, the door was backordered. The women in the office said she would call Anderson to give us a revised date. She never called us with a new date. Finally, yesterday, my wife called Curtis Lumber and was told the door was in a week ago. Oh. why didnt anyone from Curtis call us. We picked the door up today, after the yard employee spent 15 minutes trying to locate the door in the warehouse. Im afraid to open the box of the door. Hopefully Ill find the door that I ordered.

We have always been very satisfied with Curtis lumber, we built our new home last yr and we were happy with all the help from all of the employees, Marty Maggy took care of all of our needs and did a excellent job for us, start to finish Marty was very helpful !!

Customer service is terrible and delivery drivers have no respect for there customer and there customers material very unprofessional

I make a point to source project material from locally based businesses. Curtis Lumber never disappoints. Service is exemplary. Quality far superior to big box lumber stores. Pricing always competitive. Easy access without having to navigate chaotic parking lot. Load up and check out a breeze.

I took on role of general contractor of my own home with no previous experience and Gave them my plans and they got me a very accurate supply list, they deliver and have been extremely flexible with my needs. Malcom in the back is extremely knowledgeable and assisting me every step of the way, Brady in front end is very helpful too, helping me with orders and Jody in kitchen/bath design is great too!

I started out with an easy remodel, which has turned into a disaster. Jody was always very professional and went above and beyond to help me navigate through the process. She’s amazing as all of their staff is. Personalized. Genuine.

So I just bought a house and got a gift certificate of $200.00 for Curtis Lumber and so my husband and I drove there to look around since we needed a new bath tub, maybe a vanity, toilet seat, etc. I went in to look around first since my husband was on his phone and two employees were standing at the counter chit chatting and never even acknowledged I came in. I continued through the store to look at bathroom stuff and see what other things they had. Not one employee approached me and asked if I needed help. I continued to walk through the store and by the same two employees again and again neither one asked me if I needed help. Not impressed at all with this store. Needless to say I will not be buying anything from them for my new house. Not sure what I will do with the gift certificate. Maybe my husband can find something to buy there. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Apparently they do not need new customers. Not sure if it was because I was a women, it was near closing time or that is the way they treat all their customers.

Very impressed with the door shop. I brought an odd ball sized door in and they prepped the hinges and cut the door to the same size. I was in and out very quickly. Great service

The sales staff was able to get me the products in the quantity that the big box store was not.
