Staff is very friendly and know about what they sell. Dont try and sell you what you dont need not pushy at all. Was a great experience visiting the store. Will definately be returning for future purchases. Prices are reasonable, especially when theyre having a sale.

For the last month I have been pulling out my hair trying to get hardware for my two man Kayak. I went to local stores such as EMS and Dicks, I went to hardware stores, I went to Home Depot and even the Distributor themselves with no luck. I live in Vermont so I decided to look online and contacted Patty from The Kayak Shack and I received the best customer service and within a week I got what I needed today in time to get our kayaks in the water this weekend.
