Stopped by back in September and found one of the unicorn bottles of bourbon ive been looking for. I saw the empty spot and i believe it was the owner who helped me said hold on, i might have one in the back and he did! Had a good time looking thru the store and will definitely stop by again when im over in Plattsburgh again!

Always have spirits that other local liquor stores dont. Good people.

Here is my story for anyone who cares about loved ones who have hidden disabilities. I have Spinal Stenosis. Not going into detail but I cannot walk long distances nor stand up straight for a long period of time. Entered Liquor and Wine Warehouse at 25 Smithfield Blvd Friday afternoon. Usually carts are there when you walk in. (No sign stating carts are not available) No carts were there so Paul went and found one. I cannot shop long without a cart. I need it to lean on to reduce spine pain. So we began to shop for Christmas gifts. After finding a few bottles and put them in the cart a staff person, now I know he is the manager yanked the cart away from me which made me stand quickly and of course instant pain. Told me I was not allowed to use a cart because of COVID quite loudly and the store was very busy. He then handed me a basket as I tried to tell him about my pain and need for the cart. Needless to say I was angry, embarrassed and hurt and we walked out of the store immediately without a purchase. After shedding a few tears we drove to Dame’s Liquor Store. I was hesitant but we went in. A cart was available and we shopped. I did not feel like a second class citizen and they were very helpful in this store. I called today and spoke to the manager who did this to me. The reason for no carts, they don’t have time to clean them due to the volume of business. I guess they need to take lessons from Wal-Mart. I’m sure WalMart’s business volume is a bit more. Needless to say I will never go to this store again. Hopefully you will think of me before choosing what store you shop in. 💛

Coming from Canada, this place feels surreal. Cheapest wines Ive seen in North America. Good variety of wines, liquors, and spirits.

What awesome place to go for ANYTHING! The store is HUGE!My love is Patron Silver & yesterday when I went in,I there was a tasting booth for the new flavors they had of Patron!! Orange, Mango, n Pineapple Liquor!! YUM😁(recommend the last one🍍)This place always has some kind of wine tastings Ive seen as well. Have gone here for years cuz the prices are low, and the staff is ALWAYS helpful & friendly😁

Personally I only drink very occasionally so I cant say I visit here often, but they really have everything and anything here. Prices are affordable. If you are looking for wine or liquor this place will certainly have what you want. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

One can get lost, but there is plenty of help to find whatever your looking for! Love the Ny wine section too.

A very large store with tons of variety. The workers are extremely helpful. As large as they are, they definitely do not carry everything including some brands you would expect to see so I am docking a star for that.

True customer service. I stopped in and bought a few bottles of Riesling that were on sale. The sale didnt ring up properly and I didnt notice until I got home. I left my name/number at the store, just expecting to get the sale price difference back. Instead, the owner personally called me the next day and went above and beyond to make the mistake right.True customer service is hard to find these days. Besides having good prices and a great selection, this place treats their customers right.

A wide variety of wines, especially North & South American and other European sources. Unfortunately for me, their selection of French wines isnt what it could be, imho. Prices are fairly reasonable, but not exactly inexpensive. However, customer service is excellent and omnipresent!

A nice quick stop. They could have a better selection and maybe lower their prices a bit to compete with the other liquor stores around.

Provided two legitimate forms of ID and they would not sell to me when they came up damaged on the scanner. The ID was only two weeks old! I correctly identified the address but it was of no use. The manager came up and just said no and then walked away. I wouldn’t have minded as much if he at least politely explained but instead he delivered the message in a rude manner. Minutes later my wife walks in and purchases with a permanent resident ID that does not have a code to scan. Not sure how this works!
